Best Gas in Albuquerque NM

I had been using Rocketman Plumbing for about 1 1/2 years, always satisfied with work & price.
I called a few weeks ago to have my swamp cooler serviced, explaining it was noisy and not cooling well, after they looked at it, I was told it needed a new motor and bearing, also that the pads could be replaced although they had only 1 season of use. The motor and bearings were replaced by Rocketman, the cooler still was not cooling, actually functioning more poorly. I called Rocketman, explained it still was not working, they sent over a different tech, named Kyle -I believe one of the owners, he was rude and condescending, showing disbelief when we explained how well the cooler had been working before.
my son-in-law came over to see what could be done and was surprised when he found the cooler had never been properly started up, the cycle pump, designed to replace the water every 8 hrs of use, had never been turned on or connected, causing the same stagnant water going over the pads repeatedly, causing them to wear so quickly, straw had been put on top of the pads - don't know why - it was black and moldy! Several screws that hold the side covers on the cooler were missing.
Rocketman Plumbing were the only people serving my cooler for 1 1/2 years - this last encounter cost me $487 to not have the unit properly repaired. Also - as a follow-up, when Kyle left here the 3rd time, he knew I was unhappy with the results and I've never heard anything from them until this review invite.

Tony came out, diagnosed my line leak, fixed it and was able to give me the cost right there on the spot! I had options on cost to repair or cap the line. Stayed here until he was sure it wasn't going to leak anymore. Very professional and, he takes great pride in his work! How often do you find that to be the case in New Mexico? Not very often. I am a customer of B Carlson for the duration.

Friendly, professional and local family owned. I decided to go with a five star service that was more accessible than the big names where I was probably just a number in their daily quota (that really happens). Former military I wanted good value and them in and out. Quotes and research completed they were my first choice. The technician notified me ahead of time they could be early if convenient and were in and out with parts replaced, my problem solved rather quickly. Thank you Central, we recommend this company and their number is one you want to have on hand if you own a home.

The first tech that showed up only works on swap coolers and as we have AC he couldn't do anything. When I called the office to complain the person I talked to tried to claim tis was my fault. It took a while for him to admit he made the mistake.

Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the system. Would have been 5 stars but my appt was at 0900....I received a message at 0854 saying they were on the way but they didn't get there until 1130. I called to check and they had been sent on a different call. The work still got done and it's a great system!

I've tried different plumbers in Albuquerque in the last 13 years and these guys are the ones I've come to trust over the years.

Our drain for our washing machine is over 70 feet and it can get clogged with roots. These guys have done excellent work in removing the roots and keeping the area clean.

Their pricing was totally fair, they were on time, tidy, and they finished rather quickly.

They say they will get to the job but now seem too busy. Say they will call back, no reply. Now they would rather I find someone else. They don't care that their delay and inaction is causing me to run out of heating and hot water. Their delay canceling the work til the holidays is a big problem, that they don't care about. I will never even consider using them again.

They might provide good service to others, but the guy they sent lied straight to my face twice, made a bunch of excuses about why they couldn't actually fix my problem, and tried to upsell me more services rather than fix my leak. BTW, another company came and fixed my issue the very next day in just a couple hours.

Excellent plumbing and mechanical contractor. Great customer service. You will not be disappointed if you use them.

The positive reviews on here are friends and family. Just call to schedule and you can tell just by the way the girl answers the phone. I called to schedule and was told she busy and in the field when hours went by I called again and was told they could schedule with a window. They not professional and they are rude I will spend my money elsewhere
