Elise in the office was polite and informative. Mark responded quickly with quotes and invoices and receipts. I couldn't be more pleased with this company. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The entire experience was stress free and during a Pandemic. Everyone also wore masks. I highly recommend them.

Water heater went out. I thought I would have had to replace it.... Barney from Wagner recommended a repair that was a fraction of the cost of installing a new unit. Very satisfied. Just as a quick note, Wagner installed my hvac unit and haven't had any problems. I definitely recommend Wagner

Alexa is the worst customer service representative I’ve ever had to deal with. She was unable to hear my frustrations about her having her tech turn off my cooling WITHOUT any authorization and would yell at me and hung up on me twice! Despite me telling her I recorded these conversations, she claims she never hung up. I would LOVE to have the owner/boss of this business contact me to have these recordings sent over.
