Horrible customer service. I guess because it was 5pm he wanted to get home. Showed up not a hello just said old furnace get you a quote for New one 2600.00 the check furnace control board is out 500.00. Then 5min he’s done ✅ send you a email with the price of a new one. That’s 75.00 sign here. Out the door no good bye...! I think I’ll let someone else pay for their commercials!! I think the 5 star rating are a joke!! For real 😳???? Go somewhere else.. I did and definitely anyplace has to be better. I’d rather give the next guy 100.00 before I’d get these guys 1 cent..just saying!!!

I’ve used them before, and they’ve done an ok job changing my heating over to swamp cooling.However, last week they sent out a technician who tightened a pulley screw.One week later the swamp cooler stopped working. It was done incorrectly.The bearings need to be greased.$126.00 later after service call and diagnostics, a new technician quoted me almost $5000 to replace the entire system.No thank you.

Today Signature Heating & Cooling installed my new swamp cooler, it was a pleasure work with the Technicians, they were friendly, did a great job and it was the best price I could find in town, Thank you guys.

I highly recommend Whitehorse Plumbing. Fantastic company. With no notice and no appointment, they came out at night, in the cold (with masks on) to do a leak repair at the main line under my house. They not only fixed it but they replaced the piping that was poorly done and put in a shut off valve for safety (as it didn’t have one anywhere). Additionally, after fixing the leak we knew about, they checked the line and found another leak and took care of that at no charge. They went above and beyond, are VERY reasonably priced (seriously, such a great price), and kept us reassured. These guys did a great job and I will certainly be using them for future projects. Thank you!!
