NOT AN EASY INSTALLATION FOR THEM, BUT THEY PERSEVERED AND EVEN CAME BACK TO RE-TIGHTEN THE FAUCET. THEY WEREN'T HAPPY UNTIL I WAS HAPPY.

I had an instant hot water heater go down recently, and I originally called the service company recommended by the manufacturer, and they told me they would get back to me with a time someone could come by. I never heard from them again, so I called Comfort Solutions to see if they could help with the problem. They sent a technician, Eugene, out to my house that afternoon, and he was able to diagnose the problem and get the necessary parts ordered for the repair. Eugene was professional and courteous with my wife when he arrived, and I was very pleased with his customer service in general.

It ended up taking a week to get my hot water heater up and running primarily because the parts took several days to arrive (to no fault of Comfort Solutions though), but once they did, Eugene had them installed in good time and charged me a very reasonable rate for the number of hours it took to complete the diagnostic and installation process. The repair has held for several months now without issue, and thus it was time to give Comfort Solutions a positive review. Thanks to Eugene in particular for getting the job done well and being straightforward and honest with me throughout the process.

I did NOT have this company install my HVAC, but I had a great experience with the initial estimate process. Jeremy Larson was the B Carlson representative who came to my house to bid for my furnace replacement and swamp cooler conversion job. His proposal was so detailed it was very easy for me, a total newbie to refrigerated air conditioning systems, to understand what was involved and that helped me so much! And it was so prompt! He was absolutely the most professional and knowledgeable of all the HVAC people I worked with.

Adam was very thorough in the seasonal check up for my furnace. We had a disconnect about how he recommends I service it through the winter and what is physically possible for me to do. Took Adam some time to figure out I wasn't being difficult. I was explaining the furnace location and my petite size are not compatible

Customer service was excellent. However technician did not give us any choice on hot water heater. We asked for 40 gal and he installed 50 gallon. He did not ask if this is what we wanted. He was on the phone the entire installation 6 hours. He left our water running for 3 hours and we are on a well costing us electricity. He said he forgot it was on. Next morning gas smell was very strong in our garage. We called and they sent out another tech who had to fix all of the fittings. We are on propane so wasted gas for hours. We are on a very tight budget due to COVID lay-off earlier in the summer so all extra expenses are very hard. I feel like he took advantage of us by not giving us any choices in price. However I really appreciate the office for getting us taken care of so quickly.

We were very satisfied with WMF. The professionals who came got there on time, they were good and we didn’t have any problems with them. We talked with them when they were there and they explained to us what they were going to do.

My family and I have been using Donner for over 15 years and haven't had one complaint. Everything has been quality from the customer service to the jobs they have completed.

Daniel and Ebony were very friendly, clean work, and knowledgeable. Natasha the manager and Bo helped with a accomodations when the city was late for inspection and our power remained off over night. Work was excellent. Thank you guys will use their services again!

Ben couldn't have been nicer. When the problem we called about was just a simple fix, he asked if we had anything else we needed checked or any questions, so we would get our money's worth for the required one-hour minimum. He told us how to annually flush out the tankless water heater, and also gave good advice about servicing the swamp cooler. A very good guy who offered many money-saving tips! And he was so friendly to our dog!

Would definitely use them again

Was supposed to start today after doing an interview on Monday at a Starbucks. They told me they've had 4 people recently quit and needed to find someone dependable and that would show up on time. Then I was sent a text that they were offering me the position and I was supposed to start today so I showed up to their house/office on time (early really) and started to fill out paperwork. There was a page that said this is not a guarantee of a job... I politely voiced my concern about it and Curtis was very upset about that and Leslie asked what his thoughts were and his exact words were (in a very negative tone) you don't want to hear what I have to think extremely unprofessional and incredibly rude!!!

They called and said that they had a cancellation and were able to come earlier if I was okay with it. The service man and assistant fixed my swamp cooler. Found the float needed replacing, which I expected it was the problem when I called. No further issues since the visit.
