We had them come over and install a split box system on our rental the system works like advertise . Also did some work here at our home .Darn good people to do business with honey affordable and hard working .

I use Central Plumbing for all my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. Braden and Mark always show up on time, perform quality work, offer tips on smaller tasks that I can do on my own, and do it all at a fair price. Many jobs they've done for me even ended up costing less than originally estimated.

Had these folks out to look at my furnace as it would not run at all. I was given two options to resolve the issue: 1. replace control board, ignitor, exhaust motor and capacitor or 2. replace the entire unit which is barely 10 years old for nearly $9K. There of course was plenty of pressure to replace the unit, and the price continued to drop as I opted for option #1.Parts for the repair were not available til the next day, and there was more pressure applied to go with option #2. However overnight I had googled the exact model of unit proposed for option #2 and found that one could be purchased for $4200. I understand that one must turn a profit to run a company, and I understand there is a cost associated with installation, but the proposed bill was more than 2x the cost of the unit........ When I built my house ~ 10 years ago we did not pay $9K to put the entire system in the house (duct work and everything).Far from affordable, and I will not be calling Affordable Service Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning in the future.

Great Experience with Technician Moshe. Very professional and personable upon arrival. Did a great job explaining the services recommended and was not pushy when it came time to give me the price/estimates. The only difficult part is scheduling the technician as Wagner can't really tell you when they will arrive other than the day- very difficult for working professionals who aren't at home all day.

I have asked RMS to come to my aid so many times I cant count. I have not had better service, quality workmanship, or felt like a company cares about me like that I have experienced from RMS. Scott and his team know what to do, how to do it, and explain everything from start to finish. Pointers on efficiency, proper maintenance, its so wonderful I cant list enough things. Scott recently helped me fix up my folks needs because I couldnt get it done myself. They literally cried they were so pleased. Thank you Scott!!!

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

My AC quit in the middle of the triple digit temperatures. Cody came out the same day and diagnosed the issue. After the part came in, Candelario quickly and efficiently fixed the problem keeping a neat and clean work area. My system runs like new!

Stephan was very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable about identifying and repairing the elusive leak in my home. He was very professional and respectful of leaving things as clean as he found them including not dragging any mud into my home. He performed his duties above my expectations.
