Also- over the summer 2018, a few months ago, my swamp cooler died after 17years. I decided to replace the system and purchase a Master Cool system. Best decision! I set up the installation with representatives Mario Martinez. He explained my options for home cooling systems very throughly. Alex and Alejandro installation specialists were also amazing. During this time Pro Plumbing has tackled every kind of job imaginable and I has always reigned victorious. At the same time I have found Pro Plumbing to be the most reasonably-priced as well as consistent. Sigi is an incredible problem solver, professional and always has a great attitude. My only complaint is that my other contractors don't match the same caliber of Pro Plumbing.

After installing a HVAC system as well as electrostatic filter amounting to around $22,000, our water heater had leak problem and when we called Wagner, sadly it was Sunday and we knew we would probably have to pay more for service, they stated they did not have anyone who could help us. We called another company and they came promptly. We even had been a member of Wagner's Club. We cancelled this after they abandoned a customer who had paid all bills and had initially given them a good eval. The technicians who came were usually very good. But don't count on them if you have an emergency and please note after this experience we talked with several people and businesses, who noted as we did that they really price gouge. Shop around. Consider this a caveat emptor.

Water Mold Fire Restoration of Albuquerque came out and gave me a free, honest appraisal of how important mold remediation was in my home. They told me the truth -- that, in my case, it wasn't that important to do serious mold recovery. In other words, they were honest enough to not manipulate me with fear tactics about black mold. Honesty from people in this line of business is priceless...!!!

Called them to remove copper pipe and install new female part for tub spout, they showed up without the part,took off old part . They said they could come back with the part I originally needed, it is a way to over charge the customer especially at 150 an hour. They were here 10 minutes and charged me 150. The amount wouldn't have been so bad if the would have the part needed.

I've tried different plumbers in Albuquerque in the last 13 years and these guys are the ones I've come to trust over the years.

Our drain for our washing machine is over 70 feet and it can get clogged with roots. These guys have done excellent work in removing the roots and keeping the area clean.

Their pricing was totally fair, they were on time, tidy, and they finished rather quickly.
