Called this company because we needed work on our water heater. Not only were they able to get a tech out next day, it was a WAY better deal, and was going to able do it same day!!

Roto-Rooter was going to charge us $1000+ for a part replacement, as well not being able to fix it till next week.

The tech Michael was great, and we so appreciate him coming out!!

Sadly the only reason we didn't use the company is because our landlord opted to use another company. If it were our choice, Motherroad would have been the way to go!!!

First time using Central Plumbing. Had little to no hot water from water heater. After reading online reviews for several other companies, I noticed that Central Plumbing had not one negative review from anyone for whom they did service. Was in the middle of a busy work day, so I just sent off an online request to be contacted about my water heater issue. Mark responded in less than 2 minutes, and an appointment was set. Mark and Braden came out, diagnosed the problem, and solved it quickly by replacing the hot water valve. Could've sold me a new water heater and taken me for a $$$ ride for all I know about it, but they didn't. They tested all areas and lines and made sure that issued was fixed and that I had hot water again before leaving. Very pleased with their friendly, thorough service, and I will call them again anytime I have an issue. I never say that about *anyone*, so, do yourself a favor. Call these guys. You won't be sorry.

I finally get a chance to sit down and thank these individuals for being professional, knowledgeable and ever so kind to get help to those who need it. I made an error, called the wrong agency, and they gave me the run-around for several days. I took a mental day, figured out I made the flub, and called Affordable. Tony came out right on time and called to let me know he was on his way. I am grateful because I don't have to take my dishes to wash at work anymore. Heaven only know what my in-laws put down my sink. But I'm all good now. :)

Andrew did a fantastic job on checking the proper operation of our recently installed HVAC system. He was very polite and answered the questions we had. The install team and Andrew are the bright spots of Wagner.
