James was very courteous and did an excellent job of fixing the toilet leak. Needed to replace the flapper for a Gerber toilet. FYI. To repair it correctly, you need a Gerber part. James called customer service at Gerber to get the correct part number.

The company was contacted to remove it. I found this company online. It was a pleasure to work with such professional technicians. The process of mold removal was done quickly and efficiently. Since they were the first call and not knowing if this was as good as it gets in town, I remained kind. Fortunately it wasn't.
