Best System Maintenance in Buffalo NY

I don’t even know where to start but Sal was called after we discovered a pipe in our slab was cracked and leaking excessively. Not only that but my handy dandy husband tried to fix other issues with our boiler himself and that didn’t end well. Sal not only fixed the pipes & redid concrete in my house but he also corrected what my husband tried to do. Sal is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and a literal life saver! I without hesitation would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Jim Ando Plumbing was at my home to install a new sump pump and water pump back up. Very professional, knowledgable and their quality of work was fantastic. Took great care to work carefully and purposefully while explaining everything that was done along the way. Took great care to clean up after the job was done as well. Highly recommend their services.

Last fall Mike and his team did a great job on two projects for my wife and I, both were done quickly and professionally. The first project required excavation through my gardens to repair bad pipes below. They took extra care to remove the shrubs and replace them even though it was in the late fall and cold. I was so grateful in the spring and this summer of the care they took as the shrubs came back and the garden looks as though it was not disturbed... Thanks Mike and we will be back to you when need arises...

The entire team at Zenner & Ritter was so helpful and accommodating. The reps who answered the calls (Heather and Melissa, yes we called a couple times with more questions! were very friendly and informative, and our technician Greg was as well. They came even earlier than originally estimated. Greg also respected our wishes for safety and cleanliness in these weird quarantine times by wearing a face mask and gloves, and keeping a respectful distance. Highly recommend.

The tech was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my sewer system. We also when out to the front lawn and pull the town sewer cover. He determine it is a town sewer problem. Snaking the sewer line from my house to the sewer system was not needed and I was not charge for that service. It is always nice to have honest techs that only charge you for services needed. I know word of mouth is the best free advertising. I will tell everyone about my best sewer service call ever. We all know sewer service calls are never good( almost never). Roy's Plumbing should be proud of this tech.

Trustworthy and great service. Reasonable price for the thorough job they did. The plumber also looked at the entire sink to prevent further problems. Polite thorough trustworthy. The owner of this family business called me the following day to make sure that I am well pleased and to let them know if I have any problems with the sink. I will recommend to anyone seeking a plumber.
