Great service from the first call to Mary. Professional, Courteous, arrived on time. And after you left you would’ve never known they were even here everything was so neat and tidy. I’ve dealt with Mary,Cameron, Josh, Chris and Owen. One just as nice as the other. Excellent work at a fair price. Would never hesitate to hire them again. In the past I have had an unpleasant experience with another company which would never consider hiring again. Mark’s Plumbing might not be the biggest company around but what good does it do if you are a large company and do not get repeat business. Mark’s may be smaller but repeat business and loyal happy customers is what they strive for and have managed to achieve! That is a smart business plan.

Marks plumbing is awesome. Called this morning for a clogged sewer and they were here with a professional and thorough fix this afternoon.

Bad experience. They came to repair 3 year old hot water tank. Told me the part would be covered by warranty. They charged me $200 for part and said they would mail my rebate.They only sent me check for $114. I also had to have them come back same day as repair because my basement smelled of a gas leak. They repaired the improper installation of part. Good thing I had to go in basement to do wash after they left otherwise my house could have burned up

Cannot put into words the wonderful plumbing repair job Chris and Owen did for us. Within five minutes of their arrival they explained the problem and how they were going to repair it with such amazing confidence. Immediately our minds were at ease. We knew we were in good hands. We would recommend them and everyone at Mark's Plumbing so highly. Mary is a true asset to the company. She is very kind, and yet confident that our problem would be resolved. That, in and of itself, was so reassuring to us. Chris and Owen were at our home within 24 hours of calling for help. We were also amazed at the reasonable price for replacing and repairing our pipe. Mark’s Plumbing is a triple AAA. Company. My entire supply line from the street to the basement had multiple leaks in it. In one day the line was pressure tested leaks were detected and the 3/4” copper water line was replaced. Cameron was a pleasure to work with. Mary in the office was great with keeping me posted. My Wife and I would recommend this company.

Had a kitchen sink drain leak in the wall. I was given a quote over the phone. The plumbers came fixed the problem.Not only were they on time , they put covers on boots. Redid all the drain pipes under the double sink, ran new drain pipe to basement and connected to main drain pipe. The work looks good, and the price was less then the quote, That's right less then the quote . Who does that........Marks is my new I got a Guy when someone asks me do you know a plumber. (6) stars.

On January 2 2019 I had someone come to my house to give me a estimate for a hanging sewer and new stack pipe he stopped by looked at it told me he need the walls and ceilings open to get a better idea of what needs done I took the walls down and opened up the ceiling called him back and was told that he was coming back on January 3,2019 had me settling all day waiting to hear from them no call or anything I called the office and texted him still no response I have 2 handicapped kids and now no way to shower them this company is a joke if I would of known this I would of never opened the walls and ceiling.!!!

Very pleased. Quick response on time. Came in got the job done. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a few estimates and Mark's was the only one who didn't try and make more out of the job. I will call Mark's whenever I need a plumber.

Like much of WNY today, I woke up to a basement full of water. Mark’s Plumbing came highly recommended by my neighbors. I called at 8:20am, fully expecting them to be flooded with calls already (and they were) but the receptionist said they would definitely get to my house at some point today. To my surprise, one of the guys called just an hour later. They pumped all of the water out of my basement and replaced the sump pump (with a 3 year warranty!) + check valve in just 2 hours. Both employees were extremely polite, informative, and professional. The total cost was very reasonable. I recommend Mark’s and I will definitely be using them in the future!

Crew showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem and were done in about an hour . Price was VERY reasonable ! Wife kidded they were young guys and still had training wheels on their bikes but they were personable and professional ! Well done from a person whose father was a master plumber in the twin cities and wrote many of the codes in Norrh Tonawanda.

Mark’s plumbing has been a life saver! We have had a hot water tank and a sewer problem that flooded our basement on two separate occasions. Both times someone was sent out immediately to handle the situation and it was taken care of same day. Everyone is always so friendly and professional! I couldn’t recommend this company more!!

I'm absolutely delighted with the service I received from Mark's. My service guy was Chris, and he was prompt and professional, and was able to replace a rotted drain pipe in my bathroom without messing up the wall. That saved me hundreds. I highly recommend the company.

Water heater quit so I called around to get someone to tell me what was wrong and get some quotes. I called Marks last around 2 p.m. and Mary was so nice, she asked a bunch of questions, 1 very important one, no one else asked or was aware of, did we have a check valve and expansion tank? Which ended up we had a check valve but not the expansion tank and Niagara County requires them. I checked into it and sure enough it is required. I called her back after 3 and they came out Saturday Morning around 8;30 and did the job. The 2 guys that came were very honest, professional and friendly. Price was less then I expected and they didn’t charge emergency or weekend prices. Highly recommend them.

Amazing job by the crew! Whenever we ran the washer machine, and it drained, it would back up into our kitchen sink. So we asked the guys to come out and see what the problem was. They had to come out a couple of different times, but they never stopped looking for a solution. They ended up finding the issue and taking care of it right away Never did we feel like they were pressuring us to do something that we didn't want to do. They were honest and professional the whole time! Job well done guys! Will definitely be recommending Marks Plumbing to friends and family!

I'm not one who usually leaves reviews, but after today I feel it's only necessary. I called Mark's in the morning and spoke to Mary. I explained my problem (main drain backing up) and although they were busy with a booked schedule,
she was able to squeeze me in with same day service. Having a large family and unable to run the water was stressful in itself. Mary was understanding and so kind. She was truly wonderful to deal with from beginning to end. When the technician (Chris) arrived, he was just as pleasant as Mary. He was kind, professional and took the time to explain everything he'd be doing. Chris completed the job with ease and we were back up and running in no time. Each interaction with Chris throughout the entire visit was positive. Many thanks to Mary and Chris for making my stressful situation easier to deal with. Mark's will be my go-to should I ever need service again. Not only that, I will always recommend them to family and friends!

Fast, reliable, affordable service. My basement drain clogged and I was unable to clear it on my own using a manual snake. This happened once before last summer and I made the mistake of calling Roto Rooter who charged an exorbitant amount of money for 20 minutes of work. I decided to go with the local service this time around and was pleasantly surprised when their invoice amounted to significantly lower than Roto Rooter for the same labor. The drain flows beautiful now and should be good for a while. Will definitely be calling Mark's for my future plumbing needs.

Fast response and friendly servive

I recently had them about my water tank. They took the time and effort to find out what was wrong. They even called the company on it several times and was put on hold for over half hr several times. Called me back at night to tell me results. Hard working, very reliable.

I had a sewer backup in the crawl space of my home. Mark’s plumbing came the same day I called. Unfortunately it was a big problem as the tree root infestation damaged the pipes from my home to the main sewer. Within days I had a date when the crew would be here to fix my problem. The crew was very professional and friendly and answered every question and concern I had. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again.

Marks was a life saver! Had water leaking from tub area into basement, they came quickly and identified the problem just as quickly! The prices were reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. After having been ripped off by trusting the “professionals” I was quite refreshed to deal with a family business who wants to get the job done and not steal your money and do less!!

I had an issue where a bathroom sink drain was draining slowly I took apart trap and then discovered that the drain was corroded and couldn't get it to not leak. They came over on short notice and fit me into their schedule. Chris replaced the drain and made sure the sink worked. Discovered that drain was still not working and he took care of that issue hopefully for good.
