Sump pump float was no longer working so pump was running continuously despite sump being empty. I called Cellino and they were out within a few hours to look at and replace the float. Now, everything is back to working as normal. I have been using this company for several years now for bothe plumbing and HVAC and they have always been responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Will definitely call again.

This is the second time I've called Cellino Plumbing. First time was earlier this year when we had to repair our bubbler drainage for our sump pump. This time our utility sink wasn't draining. Both times the representative sent out was courteous, professional, and they get the job done quickly! Both times I've called them, they have someone to my house within a few days, this most recent time they offered to send someone the same day I called! Highly recommend them!

Technician showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly and efficiently did not try to sell us on parts we didn't need, it was just a small receipt and cardboard in the fan, crazy.
Ed from Cellino was the first plumber (we had 3 prior) who thought he could help. He thought outside the box, checked in with his team and made a plan. Ordered the parts and had it fixed quickly.
Old houses need creative craftsmen who aren’t afraid and looking for the easy button. So glad we tried a 4th company! They won our next business for sure.

Jonanthan came out a few times to assess the situation. He was very thorough and very nice. Explained everything in detail. When he came back to do the job, he did great. Explained what he was going to do and once it was finished he explained what he did. He was very professional and friendly. Overall, very happy with the work and the technician. Cellino recently installed a heat pump at my house and I was very impressed with the excellent communication from everyone involved. They were able to get me an estimate and book me for installation quickly, while getting me interest-free financing and a large rebate. My only complaint is that installation took a day and a half instead of 1 day as promised, but stuff happens. Workers were courteous, friendly, and polite, and my dogs and cats liked them too.
Kyle was extremely professional. I would recommend him to everyone and will ask for him again!

Another quality job! This is the fourth time using them. This was re -plumbing of two sinks toilet and washer. Had a smell, called them, they found stress fractures in the main line drain and old out dated plumbing. All new and up to code 😃 they were on time, stayed with the two day job till the end, and respectful work force. Highest recommendations here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Each tech answered and question I asked... they were modest when complimenting them.. They made the install look easy. Even though the pvc pipe angles, or the low ceiling, factoring in all the obstacles to navigate around so to complete the install, to me was impressive.... I was impressed...I highly recommend these three tech guys. I only recall Zack's name. In my opinion, all three represented Cellino plumbing well.

I started to smell gas in my basement. Narrowed it down to an old shutoff valve. Called Cellino, they had a tech there within a few hours. Confirmed it was the valve leaking. Repaired and replaced took about 45 minutes. Very efficient. Would recommend

We used Cellino Plumbing to replace the sewer connection from our house to the street. They were able to perform the full service, including removing our driveway concrete, digging the trench for the new line, and installing the new connection. They then filled the trench and even replaced the concrete for our driveway pad and sidewalk. They were very professional and were tidy and careful given our narrow driveway. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

My main sewer line was backing up into my basement 12/30 after all the snow was melting. I had called several plumbing companies and no one was going to be able to come out for a at least a few days. Celino was out the next day less than 24 hours after I called. Chaz was my technician. He was very professional and made sure the problem was fixed before he left. I have nothing but good things to say about this company from my experience.
My furnace was making a loud humming noise so I called Cellino to service it. The technician who did the repair was Frank. He was very efficient, as he identified the cause of the problem (paper lodged in system), removed it, and made recommendations for further maintenance. I highly recommend Cellino and am very pleased with the service I received!

Great work by what was obviously experienced professionals. My 20yr old furnace stopped working. As a professional engineer registered in NY, i was able to weigh the difference of repairs required to maintain old tech as opposed to replacement. I have used Cellino Plumbing for about four projects now and will not call any other company for plumbing. I highly recommend Cellino as they are so knowledgeable and efficient and their prices are unbelievably fair. I appreciate their great customer service, and appreciate the fact that if I call them, I know the work will be done right.
Had a plumbing team arrive at 2:30om-3:00pm the assessed the request for a high pressure jet cleaning of our weeper drain. Upon inspection they advised not to jet the drain today because the problem I thought was a backed up drain was actually a collapsed section of the drain. They suggested a camera tech should evaluate and give an estimate for repairs.
The next day the camera tech arrived on time and scoped the drain, explained what needed to be done and quoted me a price. A team is scheduled this coming Friday to fix the problem
Jake was great fixed this issue and recommended a reasonable maintenance schedule to avoid future issues

Tyler, HVAC manager, made a visit to provide an estimate for installation of air conditioning, filtration, and purification systems. He was thorough and very clear about the process, products, benefits, options, and pricing on the systems. I signed a contract with Cellino immediately because I was convinced of their expertise and the price was slightly lower than the my two previous estimates from other companies. I can’t say enough about Tyler’s knowledge, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. If my further contact with Cellino representatives goes as well as this initial visit, I will be extremely pleased at hiring them for air conditioning and filtration/purification systems.

Cellino is my current “go-to” company when experiencing plumbing issues. Whatever their price is, fair or not, I just pay! I’m a part of their “discount” program, but I never really see a discount.

Cellino came a few weeks back and replaced our furnace. So far so good.
Recently we use their plumbing services. We’re very satisfied with the service from Cellino plumbing. Andrew came in and fixed our leaky kitchen drain and was able to snake a very clogged basement pipe (that another plumber could not) that was causing quite a back up in our kitchen sink. Everything is great now and would highly recommend Andrew and Cellino plumbing.
