I could not use their service at this time because I have a bigger problem then I first thought. I am going to call them to try to get financing to have the problem resolved. The service technician was very helpful in explaining my problem and what needs to be done to correct it.

It was a good experience working with Sam and others in installing a hot water tank and a furnace. I would use them again in the future.

Received suggestions on next step..repairman did a visual assessment of my issue due to my bulging wall. Unable to determine cause unless wall is torn into…informed any wall closure would be my responsibility. Disappointed they don’t do rough finish.I paid for his trip when I think this suggestion could have been assessed using virtual view.

We had an issue with our sewer line being overtaken by tree roots & had a flooded basement. Although I almost had a heart attack from the price of this project, the team was extremely professional and friendly. They went above & beyond to assist me with the added cost for this project. After the cement crew had left, (which I might mention most plumbing companies do NOT replace your driveway when they have to dig) I did have some issues but after contacting the company, they came out immediately & fixed everything. I would recommend this company for their friendliness & professionalism.

I had a plumbing emergency in my barn (February2023). I had no idea who to call, so I took a gamble and called Musso. A very short time later, Michael from Musso was there to help. While the actual fix was a bigger job, he came up with a temporary fix until I could schedule the job. The actual repair was completed in a short period of time and I couldn't be more pleased. Michael and his co- worker replaced the hydrant and it now works perfectly. I felt that the pricing was fair, and they could not have been any nicer to work with. Really great people, I highly recommend Michael and Musso. I know who I'll be calling for. any plumbing or heating needs- Musso!

This was my first time using Musso Plumbing, and was by far one of the most amazing experiences I've had with any service provider. Every step of the experience from my first contact, to the estimate and then two service calls, was met with timeliness, professional expertise very reasonably priced. The service technician Sam was thorough, neat and extremely kind. He did not try to up sell additional items to the job thereby adding burden to the expense, In fact, they did quite the opposite, working with our circumstances as much as possible. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Needed a water line for fridge, literally 3 foot line and they wanted to charge me 600 dollars, that’s a little ridiculous, thank god I didn’t pay it cause I found someone who will do it for me for 150 , this place is a joke and I’ll never use them again and they should be ashamed of themselves for charging that much.

Jim, the technician they sent out did a great job of diagnosing the problem and getting my tankless hot water heater back to operational. The customer service was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely give them my future business.

Called Musso Plumbing for a shower repair. A piece of the valve stem broke in the shower, so the hot water basically wouldn’t stop running in the shower. All that needed to be done was replace a part that costs less than $10. Instead I was told it wasn’t a quick fix, they couldn’t fix it that day, and I was quoted almost $2,000 to cut into the bathroom tile and replace the entire valve system. Additionally, they charged me almost $500 to install a hot water shut off valve when, again, all they needed to do was replace a broken piece in the valve stem of the shower. Fortunately I have a friend who is handy and he was free the next day to provide a second opinion. It took him less than twenty minutes to fix the issue. I called Musso multiple times since the incident to get an explanation for why I was quoted almost $2,000 when all that needed to be done was replace a $10 part (not to mention being charged $500 for a band aid fix that wasn’t really necessary if they just fixed the actual problem). I understand that mistakes happen, but it’s difficult for me not to assume that they are just selling unnecessary work and victimizing their customers.

UPDATE - I spoke with Renee at Musso and she explained that they do not repair faucets, they only replace them. From their perspective, it is in the customer best interests to completely replace the faucets to avoid issues in the future. I told her I think her customers may want to know about more cost efficient solutions that may be available, but she insisted that Musso only provides the best possible solutions (regardless of cost efficiency, hence the push to replace the entire shower faucet rather than simply fixing the broken piece). I think only offering the most expensive possible solutions is a bit self-serving, but I would walk back from the comment above about them victimizing their clients and simply say there may be simple and cost-effective solutions that Musso Plumbing will not suggest and/or provide in connection with their services. In full disclosure, she also provided a partial refund for the band aid fix noted above which wasn't necessary, but still something I should have had done, which I also appreciated.

my breaker tripped . clearly electrical they ordered a new gas valve and a transformer . did the put the transformer in first? no . it would rule out the gas valve . ill join any class action case brought.

The technician came to do line cleaning of the pipes. He ran the water and found out it is running good. He suggested a few tips to maintain and left without charging anything.

Used Musso Plumbing to originally replace my garbage disposal.Mike the plumber was very knowledgeable and said that if I wanted to not use the disposal at all he could just put piping in instead. Since I was on the fence on wether to do that I agreed on no disposal. Though happy with the decision, I was really shocked at the price that was charged. It ultimately cost me 517.00 and change for the job. I had thought maybe 300 or 350 but over 500? I was very surprised at that.

Have to give a top rating from young lady answering phone to techs jordan and brennan ...on time..courteous...when I had a question brennan called me on his day off ...that rated very high with Me.would never hesitate to call them again..excellent

Sam and one other master plumber came to install new kitchen laundry hookup after we discussed the possibility of doing this in an older home. They did a fine job but noticed a plumbing problem cause not related to the new hookup but tied in with the system and an issue mentioned by the homeowner. It was a serious problem which would have caused severe damage, backup and flooding. They stayed overtime and rectified the issue before it became a nightmare. Thanks to their skill and vigilance we have avoided a problem and have successfully gotten the laundry and house up and running!

Was able to get same day service, investigated, appeared to clear blockage but problem resumed a few hours later. Returned next day and found real blockage and proposed major work to replace pipes. In process of getting second opinion.

The Musso service people did a great job replacing our sump pump. This installation started as an emergency call on Saturday. Sasha was at our house within an hour to deal with the issue. 3 other companies that advertise 24-hour emergency service either did not answer the phone (Cellino), return my call (Frank’s) or told me they could look at the emergency in 3 days (Roy’s Plumbing). On Monday, Musso replaced the pump. Sasha and James were efficient, on time and kept us updated while they worked. We will definitely call Musso in the future.

I feel that I was badly ripped off for them snaking my sewage line and then was told something was wrong with the line and would be a minimum of $3,200 to fix. I got a second opinion and they said everything was fine and that the plumber from musso badly mislead me and over charged me for them snaking my line. Shop plumbers and read reviews before calling.

Update and repair our hot water piping throughout the whole house

started to replace an old cast iron sink and called Musso to finish as it was too heavy for me to lift out of the countertop. Sam did a great job, installed the sink and faucet and went to get new drain piping to install. Neat and clean and did a more thorough job than i would have. He was here for almost 3 hours including the trip to the store so i am sure the job is very professional. He took the time to point out a few issues with the countertop and cleaned up. The price is not cheap. I do think this company is high but, their work is prompt and efficient and have no complaints. I know that if i called other plumbers, I would not have had such quick service. Plus you can usually get same day or next day service which I suppose adds to the cost of the job.

Technician Sam showed he is knowledgeable and professional in installing the bib and piping. Would request Sam services as the tech hoping he would be available. Outstanding work ethics. Keep hiring dependable technicians like Sam.

Repaired a broken pipe under my kitchen sink. Came a few hours after I called and repaired it in a few minutes. This was at a time when all other plumbers were backed up for days and I was on waiting lists at several. Musso was the only one that could help me right away and that was important.

Michael was very personable and highly professional. He quickly resolved the immediate problem at a reasonable price. He also provided excellent recommendations for ongoing care and maintenance to reduce the possibility of a recurrence. It was my first experience with Musso Plumbing and Heating. Quote for job to be done was EXTREMELY high compared to other quotes received from a variety of plumbing companies. Me personally I would not go with Musso Plumbing as they seemed to be too over aggressive to get the job.

From Mary Moretti: Dishonest and inept. Find someone else. I am updating this review as Musso didn’t know who I was??? $29,000, and I’m calling an electrician for a second time in two years. I’ve got a rough quote today of at least $1500 to fix the just some of the inside/outside electrical mistakes. Can you imagine burying electrical wire without any conduit. So many mistakes these clowns made.These guys can’t design a septic system. They used my entire yard to put the system in and I can’t even plant a flower bed because of all the gravel they deposited.They put the drain into my neighbors yard and refused to fix it, arguing that they didn’t realized the stake the surveyors put in was the property line. The electrical work is being redone for the third time and I’m calling my lawyer and the Town government.

Sam is the absolute BEST. He was there within the hour, thoroughly studied the plumbing and located and stabilized the leak. Sam explained everything along with associated cost before making any changes. I NEVER FELT PRESSURED. He then suggested an important improvement to update to my entire system.
He may not like it, but I’m definitely calling Sam and Musso plumbing the next time I need help. Thank you Sam

Called Musso’s about a slow sink drain and they had Jake S. at my house within two hours, after the business day ended and well into the evening. He worked hard to assess the situation, which unfortunately turned out NOT to be an easy fix, but made arrangements for it to be taken care of the following day. Jake was friendly and professional and nice to talk to, and he explained our situation well. The following morning James and Sasha (forgive me if I’ve misspelled) showed up and took care of the problem, which was labor-intensive and, I’m sure, unpleasant to deal with, but they remained upbeat and professional throughout. The two of them seem like a good team and my husband and I enjoyed talking with them, while also staying out of the way to allow them to get the job done, which they did well! When it comes to matters of price and how it compares to other local plumbers, I’m out of my depth and unable to give a fair appraisal, but I will say we were given a clear estimate at the outset and there were no unexpected changes to that estimate when it came time to pay the bill. Overall, we are completely impressed by the service provided and would gladly call Musso for any subsequent plumbing needs. Side note: One question I think many of us ask ourselves when a service professional enters our home is Do I want this person in my house? and truly every Musso plumber put me at ease immediately and made me comfortable, which counts for just as much as a job well done. Luckily for us, Musso provided both.

Mike showed up exactly when they said he would. VERY nice friendly guy. VERY informative and up front. Receptionist over the phone was very friendly. James arrived later in the same day and did the work needed. And flawlessly! Again, very friendly and informative as he preformed his job. At first I loved Musso plumbing. Michael was great. Fixed part of my problem couldn’t complain.

A week later my hot water tank started leaking after they put a new one in. It caused damage to my closet floor and bedroom floor.

I now have to fix on my own with my money. No one will say they are responsible. I can’t recommend them to my friends and family.

Mussco added a gas line so we could use our gas dryer. They did a great job and it didnt take to long dispite the challenge of having to go in and out of our small crawlspace multiple times. Very professional and knowledgeable about the job. Highly recommend. Nice people.

The office was helpful with scheduling and payment. The plumbing tech, Sam, replaced a hot water tank, sump pump and water powered sump backup. Sam worked to get me the best pricing, with courteous responses to my questions and on-time thorough installation. It wasn’t inexpensive, but their products and work are worth the peace of mind of knowing the systems will work properly.

Sam from Musso Plumbing and Heating was absolutely wonderful. He showed up and was kind, obviously knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to talk through the issues with our hot water leak and made sure I knew to watch out for future hot water heater issues. I appreciated his patience while we got in his way - we had a lot of people and activity at our house while he was there. Despite some barriers we caused, he got the job done efficiently and we are quite appreciative.

Jake came to tell me why my basement is leaking and they said it would be $99 and when I didn't go with them because my friend will do the work, they ended up charging me another $80! I was also forced to do emergency plumbing earlier in the year, and I later found out they charged $4000 more than the normal going rate. Never calling Musso again! Hertel plumbing will continue to be my go to plumbing company.

We had an awful experience with Musso, Plumber broke a pipe that was not broken and asked to pay over $400.00 to fix it. The co-owner was to come out and after 3 calls never showed. Had another company come out and total charge was less than $50. The customer service was poor and I felt mistreated by the owner and plumber. I would not recommend to use them.

Renee Musso, Lori and Melinda are all very rude and unprofessional. Called 3x's trying to get a quote and none of them could help me. They all stated they would have to call back or have someone call me back and i never heard from any one of them. Also you can never just talk to the same person, they are always out to lunch or in a meeting!!! Just went elsewhere

Had several repairs/replacements done. Techs were professional, prompt, did jobs well. One major complaint: Did not install any shelves with tub surround...left them for me to find...which I've had no luck with, even online. That cost enough that the shelves should have been installed along with the surround!

Very prompt service. Technician explained everything thoroughly and respectfully. Turned out it was an electrical issue. Will repeat.

Update: Electrical issue was solved and we ended up needing to replace the sewage discharge pump in the basement. They were back the next day and got it repaired. Great service!

This company is awful. They don't know what they are doing and then on top they overcharge you to do it. Called to have my sewage line cleared, in the process all the sewage backed up in my basement and I was left to clean it myself. Three weeks later it started backing up again so it was never even cleared out. After spending over $500 from the Musso crooks I called Advanced Sewer Cleaning and they cleared out the line in 20 minutes, guaranteed it for a year and only charged $150. When trying to get compensation I was told basically they would do nothing. I STRONGLY URGE THAT NO ONE EVER USES THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PLUMBING SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!!!

Have used Musso twice for heat issues both times they were prompt and professional. Very helpful!

The technician who came to my house was very professional however I was told that I would be informed what the charge would be before any work was done. That way I could to decide if I wanted to proceed with the work. I specifically asked if there was a minimum charge when I spoke with the scheduler on the phone. I was told there would be no minimum charge and that I would know before any work was performed how much it was going to cost me. It took the plumber less than 10 minutes to take care of the clogged toilet. And then he presented me with a bill for $68! I was never told ahead of time what the charge would be. I do not believe this was a fair business practice

Musso has always treated us well and do good work, and our furnace repair was no exception. Ahmed diagnosed our problem, replaced the faulty part, and had us up and running that afternoon, and all the while was professional and courteous. He did great work for a fair price, and I am confident that we made the right choice going with Musso for this repair. Bonus points for them being able to send someone out the same day I called.

We were looking for a faucet repair. We had the replacement parts that Kohler Company had sent us. Jake from Musso was very pleasant, cordial and knowledgeable but had to apologize saying that just installing replacement parts was something they couldn't do as this often resulted with further faucet problems which they did not want to be responsible for.

Michael came out today to give me an estimate, and he was very professional and friendly, however he tried to convey to the owner over the phone the nature of the job without the owner seeing for himself. Subsequently the estimate was ridiculously high and Michael insisted on 2 men to connect plumbing to new tub. It's a one man job and my costs would be to pay for an extra employee which raises an already high estimate, which seems like some gouging
going on.

No free quote, on time service appointment. Called for a replacement for a washing machine water box. Was told a plumber would be available next day which was fine. Plumber shows up next day on time and then says he didn't have time to do all work same day. Seems communication is off between office and field.

My hot water tank was only 6 years old, I called for repair service. When Sam showed up he made comments like repairing it would cost more than replacement. Funny how replacement was the recommendation when he had a new hot water tank in the van. He never really made an attempt to investigate what was wrong. I was without hot water for three days during the coldest time of the year. I’d say he played my desperation to get it fixed. The problem with the original water heater was a thermalcouple and the Honeywell gas valve needed to be reset so the pilot light would stay lit. This should have been a $200-300$ repair. The new tank was $1825 and essentially the same model as what I had.

Very Satisfied with the Services provided, the Plumbers where very nice and Walked me through the Process and made me aware of everything they where doing, my drain is now Repaired and it was Much Quicker than Expected and Now thanks too Musso I’m back taking 30 minute Showers 😁😁😁😁😁😁 1000% referring them for ALL PLUMBING NEEDS! Thank you so very much! I Highly Recommend there Services!

From my experience they could have done more,I have an older heating system with no warranty but couldn't afford a new one at this time.
Besides that I was a special needs
customer and got a repair instead of replacement.However I do have heat and I'll hopefully be alright.

In April 2021 We hired Musso’s to replace our existing our AC unit because we’d done business with them in the past and had no issues with their work. The unit is placed on the second floor in an attic space. Within three weeks the unit leaked and damaged the ceiling below it. We reached out to Musso’s and after repeated calls finally got a response. They sent out a technician who looked at the unit and casually mentioned that the unit wasn’t hooked up properly but that he’d fixed it, he then went on to say that he didn’t think that the damage was “that bad”. Musso’s agreed to repair the damaged area but has repeatedly given us the runaround. To date the ceiling has not been fixed and once again they will not return our calls. The bottom line is they don’t value their customers and clearly don’t stand behind their work. We paid them 7k to install this unit and they did a bad install which caused damage and have decided that they just aren’t going to repair it. We never even asked for any of our money back- only that they make the repairs. Beware of this company and their shady practices. Our only recourse at this point is small claims which is unfortunate.

Had a leak develope above my kitchen overnight and called them after another company wouldn't be able to make it until eight hours later. I wish I would have waited. After arriving relatively quickly, he went to work trying to find the leak which involved tearing the kitchen ceiling apart to find the pipe. During this time part of the ceiling fell and broke my stove flat top. After making a huge mess, he finally found the leak. But after a few more hours was unable to fix it due to the location and condition of the pipe apparently. So the tech was able to successfully talk me into a complete pipe replacement, which turns out after talking with someone else with years of experience, was a massive rip off. 2600 hundred dollars for one pipe. Even if i hadnt agreed to the work, which if it wasn't three in the morning and I had been thinking clearly I wouldn't have in hindsight, he still would have charged me about 600 hundred for what he called the diagnostic fee of simply finding the leak. So I agreed to the work and the same guy was back about six hours later to do the work. Which involved making a huge mess again without regard to surrounding areas and took all day to accomplish. Which technically he hadn't cause his new line was leaking still in two different places. And he didn't check his work before leaving, cause if he had, he would have been there when a separate pipe burst open after returning water flow to the upstairs bathroom where the new line ended. He was back within minutes of me calling him and telling him what happened. After the new issue was finally fixed. He said he was leaving and if any issues developed to call the company to send someone out cause he was done. One of the connections is still leaking on the new line and I have to wait another day for the company to send someone out to hopefully complete the job. Bottom line recommendation from me is to stay far away from this company. It is a 2600 hundred dollar mistake on my part that I will be paying for for awhile.

Excellent service, my shower knob broke on a Sunday morning and we desperately needed a plumber to come out to fix, they sent a plumber out who was very knowledgeable and professional, he even fixed our problem in record time. I'm glad we worked with this company, he quoted a price and even called for a discount. this will be my go to plumbing company from now on.

After Buffalo had sudden froze this winter (2022-2023), my family and I had noticed that our basement started to flood because the foundation had cracked. Our condo's management was able to repair, but had left a huge hole in our wall. After talking with Musso Plumbing and Heating, we were able to get a great price. Our technician, Trevor, had arrived fast and did a phenomenal job in repairing our drywall. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and he came back for an extra day just to make sure everything was clean! Job not completed leak was caused by technician. Still leaking.

Had a very expensive sewer replacement and 2 years later, we still smell sewer gas in the basement. They have returned 6 times to fix. They keep changing things but the problem is not yet solved. I guess they don't have anyone on staff who knows how to design a sewer system.

Jamie Goodrich is very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He recommended things that would help with the operation of the AC unit. Jamie is pleasant and I enjoyed speaking with him.

Woke up to find water in the basement coming from somewhere within the walls of the downstairs and upstairs bathrooms. Called Musso and they had a guy at the house within the hour. Great Guy, Mike. Very personable and smart. I watched as he did all kinds of tests shutting off/on valves to determine what was leaking. I was convinced it was a leaking toilet water supply line. I thought he was being overly cautious to continue testing. He did not want to bust holes in the wall and floor without more evidence of what the problem was. Good Thing! because it ended up being a leaking water supply line to the refrigerator ice maker. No water coming from anywhere under the fridge, it all ran straight to the wall behind the fridge, a wall common to the bathroom. His sound judgement saved me a whole lot of grief and money. Thanks Mike!

Sam was great! He was very pleasant to work with and never left me questioning what was going on or what was covered in the work agreed on. I never had any surprise charges or anything like that.

He originally came out for a clog at a house we recently moved in to. The previous owner of the house made some of their own upgrades and after showing Sam these, we came up with a solid list of areas to fix/replace. Sam and Nate spent the day fixing all the terrible work the previous home owner did. After listing out the fixes and improvements to an out-of-state plumber in the family they said I was getting a great deal. I showed the final work to them and they said it all looked really solid.

They were very professional and accommodating. They didn't waste time, didn't over charge. Very nice employees. We'd definitely use them again.

Technician stated everything that could be done FOR THE PRICE was done. Repair could not be guaranteed because customer was not willing to pay for additional excavation and repairs. Technician was not careful when leaving the worksite as neighbors landscape was left with tire marks ion the lawn.

on January, 2018, I called Musso for water leaking. The technician cut off a short pipe and we have installed an 1/2 inch hose bib. The fee was $442.61 including taxes. On June,2018, there was a leaking around the hose bib where the technician did the service on January, 2018, not to far away from the hose bib, it was about less than 1/2 of the toothpick from the hose bib. So I called the Musso to come and checking it up, because I have one year warranty, but the technician confirmed that the leaking today was not the place where he did the service on January,2018, and his company charged me $90.26 including taxes for what they called, diagnostic charge. I was like if $90.26 would make the Musso going further, go ahead and take my $90.26. The technician was friendly, but The Musso has been thirsty, they wanted your money. There is no customer services. My advise is thinking carefully before you call Musso.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. They are slimy dirty criminals. Worse company I have ever experienced in my life. Stay far away or they will try to scam you.

initially wanted to charge $1300 to unclog my drain and replace a $20 part. Then switched it up and gave me another quote of $375 to unclog my drain which they did not unclog. Still charged me and made a big mess in my bathroom. (Forced me to answer a survey on the spot) that made me feel uncomfortable. I called Roto Rooter and they fix my problem within 20 minutes and cleaned the work area. Lesson learned...

The technician from Musso came promptly and provided a diagnosis of a problem he could not fix at that time, but provided the estimate for the cost of repair. Courteous and professional.

Absolutely horrible.
They sound great and knowledgeable when providing the quote. but crew was completely unprofessional. One guy talked to his girlfriend the entire time he was there.
Then they installed a shut off valve backwards so we couldn't actually shut off the water.
Finally, Musso plummer didn't finish fixing a shower drain leak. When I called back the next day as water poured down into my closet. They stated we told you it couldn't be fixed........of course they never told me anything. Then they had the balls to come back and give me an off the cuff estimate for a real fix of an additional $2900. I then spent 15 dollars on good sealant. Took the drain apart and fixed myself

This company is very impressive from the initial call to the professional plumber that showed up on the job (James). He was very courteous and understanding. He completed the job in a very short time cleaning up everything. I would highly recommend this company !

I purchased a new refrigerator. When I went to turn the water off to the refrigerator the valve would not turn to turn off the water. I needed the valve replaced that day. I called Musso Plumbing and they sent Michael McIvor to my house in two hours. The plumber fixed the problem in a short period of time. Now I can have my new refrigerator installed. I have not used Musso Plumbing and Heating because our Administrative Board must first review all estimates. That will happen this Sunday. I can say that the plumber tech showed up exactly on-time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, and after examining the work site, and the inside of our church, where the water feed comes in, he gave me an estimate that was approved by the owner. He later followed up with a written estimate, sent by email.

I needed a plumber to install a new water heater on my house in Buffalo NY and these guys did a great job. A++++

Ahmed was thoroughly professsional and efficient, able not only to tune our furnace and bleed our hot water heating system, but to explain the cause of the problem, and was both courteous and friendly.

We had Musso come out to give us an estimate for repairing our furnace. They were punctual, gave us an estimate for fixing the furnace, discussed the pros and cons of purchasing a new furnace. We were very pleased with their abilities and expertise.

They were extremely fast, friendly, professional, and AFFORDABLE! If I ever have another plumbing issue I’m calling them FIRST! I had one service quote me $200 just to show up at my door. I paid just over that for the entire service. Now, everything works perfectly again!

Had a burst pipe from outdoor spigot, with the back of the house encased in ice and had to shut the water main off late yesterday. Called Musso this morning who sent a tech, Sam, within an hour. After reading Google reviews and seeing Sam’s name mentioned/recommended several times, I was thrilled he was coming to do our job! Sam needed to go into our very shallow crawl space and diagnose the problem. He recommended solutions, took time to explain, and did a thorough job to permanently fix the problem. He was fantastic, definitely knows plumbing, really took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were 100% satisfied. Highly recommend Musso and, if you’re lucky enough, have Sam do your job!

We had a seies of mixups and miscommunications interacting with the front office staff. Ultimately, after a no show tech appointment, we got a tech out to get a quote for new HVAC. Tech was there briefly, seemed casual and less professional than competition. Very prompt on providing quote but no info on equip make, models, efficiency being proposed. Sorry, if I'm going to spend 10k or more for an HVAC project, I want the vendor to be well organized, detail oriented, and professional. These folks didn't project that.

When our boiler stopped working Musso said it would cost $10,000 to repair or $8,500 to replace the boiler. We should have walked away at that point but needed a quick fix for our tenants. After replacing the boiler the heating system did not work. Musso didn't know why and quoted nearly $15,000 more to test all the radiators. They ultimately walked away leaving us with a with a brand new boiler and a heating system that did not function for a single mother and 3 kids in the dead of winter.

I tried installing a bidet myself and got stuck... Had to work in am and have landlords below so couldn't leave water off all day... After trying many other places that couldn't help, Jim from Musso was here in 20 minutes, and had it installed professionally in no time! Thank you thank you
