Woke up to no hot water. Called T-Mark and they were at my door in about an hour. They removed the old tank and ensured the new one wasn't leaking. Service and price was great. Would highly recommend them!

My daughter’s radiator was not heating up. Jeff at T-Mark took a look and realized it was a low pressure issue with the boiler. He fixed the problem all the while explaining what was going on. To say I was nervous of the transition would be putting it mildly, changeover never goes smoothly and I thought I would for sure have to argue about what warranties I had and what service plans I was used to; NOPE. This company is the best ever. The plumber they sent was a true professional. He knew his craft well. A 2 hour job turned into a 6 hour nightmare. We lost our HWT (RIP) on a Sunday afternoon. We called TMark and they were ready to fix our tank Monday afternoon. Kevin and Kevin were at the house around 1:30. The K2 team (Kevin &. I scheduled a repair service call for 11:00 am. However, they called at 9 am, requesting a shift in the schedule to 3:00 pm that same day. The reason provided was the distance between my location in Hamburg and their current location in Amherst, which they hoped to avoid driving back and forth between. I agreed to the reschedule under the condition of their punctual arrival at the new agreed time.Unfortunately, there was no sign of them at 3 pm. By 5 pm, having waited two hours, I called the service number. Their response was that they were scheduled to arrive after one more stop at Blasdel. At that point, I decided to cancel the service call and seek services elsewhere.What I found disappointing was their decision to impose a 10-hour workday on their employees, even on a Sunday. Even more concerning was their lack of communication with their customers regarding service updates, as well as their failure to honor their commitment. This is crucial, as a timely service delivery is as important as the service itself. I believe it's only fair that customers are kept in the loop if there are any changes to the agreed schedule.

We own a small multi family building, with a unit that had an ongoing problem. Brian, the techniciancalled to let me know of 2 potential outcomes, with 2 potential prices. 2 weeks ago, our hot water tank bit the dust, the night before the storm was to roll in. Called T-Mark late at night, got a return call within minutes, and the next morning, Mark & Justin arrived exactly when they said they would, installed a new tank, and put me at ease.Today, Saturday, woke to a cold house, and realized our furnace stopped working. Called T-Mark expecting to have to wait until Monday for service, but Jeff arrived within a few hours, explained the issue, and had us fixed (and warm) in no time. It is because of the service I received from these professionals, that I will be using T-Mark for ALL my heating, plumbing & cooling needs. Keep up the great work & reputation!

Rich Pelc and the team at T-Mark took good care of me from start to finish. Rich presented a proposal that solved the complicated HVAC install setup at my house. He was patient and answered all my questions. Once the job started, he checked-in daily and managed my expectations well on timing and remaining work. Rich's proposal covered the whole job, including things we discovered along the way about my house. When all was done, the final amount remained just as promised and I was glad to have all the hard work done by professionals. T-Mark didn't shy away from putting four technicians on the job or rotating them so a bigger group got familiar with my home. There's a good chance some will be my service technicians should anything pop-up in the future. My thanks to Tom, Alec, Justin, Justin, Mark, and Dave for taking the time to educate me as they worked. It's been two weeks, and Rich has followed-up diligently on rebates. Highly recommended.Greg stopped by to give me a quote, 1/3 less than what I was getting from other plumbers in the area, so it was simple, hired. I scheduled an installation, Joel and Mike stopped by the next day and within 90 minutes I had a new hot water tank. What really separates these guys from the rest is customer service. Everything was explained. Joel pointed out a leaking water shutoff valve not related to the hot water tank and recommended it get changed, I agreed, they changed it but at no charge. Who does that! Amazing. Yes, I know it is factored into the parts line item, but the customer service is top notch. There is no need to call anyone else but, T-Mark Plumbing.Thank you Greg, Joel and Mike!

I never really had to deal with the plumber before so I guess I was expecting them to be like other contractors. And sad to say I have not been really getting the best service until today. From the time I called in with my problem I got the next available appointment and Not only was the technician on time oh, but he called me to let me know he was on his way. What a wonderful experience with T-Mark. Our technicians name was Dave, and he gave us the scoop on our A/C unit which wasn't cooling down the house. Our unit is 25 years old (We just bought the house last year) and Dave let us know that even though it was old, the mechanics (motors/moving parts) seemed to be running fine, but the coolant/coils were not. He gave us ALL the options, and we DID NOT feel pressured to make a choice. We went with option A - the coolant top up option for now, to see if we could get a little more time with the old beast of a unit. Option B - is a replacement and we will 100% be calling T-Mark again when the time comes to lay this old dinosaur of an A/C unit to rest and install a new one. Dave was fantastic at helping us today, and gave us the skinny on keeping our unit clean for longevity. Thank you so much! Cheers!

I am editing my original review to reflect my latest experience. In less than 10 hours of writing my first review, Ryan, the owner of TMark called my husband to apologize for the delay in responding to our message. Ryan had the project manager and a technician out to our house later that day to troubleshoot the issue. They reassured us numerous times that they were going to do everything possible to fix the issue. The next day Greg, the technician from the previous day, and Ryan came out to replace our pump with a new, upgraded version. I greatly appreciate all of their efforts to rectify the issue with our new boiler. Thank you!

After DAYS of fighting with my sewer and it backing up T Mark plumbing saved the day. Where others were going to charge close and possibly over 1k to fix my issue T Mark did it right and for way cheaper than that. Thank you to both of the Johns that fixed my issue. I can go back to work 5 hours away from my family with peace of mind and knowing that I won't have another backup. Their work is also guaranteed. If you're on the fence about this professional awesome company just hire them and thank yourself after. I can't speak high enough about T Mark. Thank you again.

We’ve used them three times so far, for an AC tune up and recharge, a heating tune up and to replace some galvanized plumbing with copper and an out dated hose spigot with a frost proof one and we’ve had a good experience every time. Greg who was out today was particularly courteous and professional. Can definitely recommend.

I called them and the office personnel could not have been more precise and professional. Along with that, they were able to get to my address within a short couple hours that same morning. What i thought was going to be a major crisis turned into a quickly and efficiently solved problem. WHEW!!!...TMARK sent a friendly, courteous fella named Kevin who was excellent and had informed me he has been with the company for 20 years...another great plus! While showing me through the process of how to fix my issue, he got at it and performed his work admirably. From what had been a panic state early in the morning, fretting my plumbing problem would be a disaster, had turned into a fixed success by early afternoon that same day. HALLELUJAH!!! Everyone from t-mark was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional! I had gotten several quotes for work and ended up having them replumb the water lines in my house. They also replaced some of the sewer lines in the basement.Nick & Nikolai were the techs that did both jobs and they were patient with all my questions as well as professional, clean, and courteous.10/10 would use them again for another job in the future!

Dyllon showed up early and was very attentive when I was expressing concerns and asking questions about my electric issues. I feel well informed about what steps need to be taken and was happy with the quote I was given. Looking forward to getting the work done and having one less major thing to stress about.

No one wants to buy a new boiler, especially when you are planning on moving, but T-Mark made the experience refreshingly simple. “Murph” was polite, friendly, and both people we dealt with were very careful with our dog and cat (not to let them out). Fast, professional, and the best of many estimates.

I rate 3 stars bc TMark was very prompt with appt. However I have not selected them as a potential contractor bc I feel the quote was too high, for work needed, $265×2 to snake drain and bathroom sink plus $$ for repairs if pipes get damaged in process. Not sure but this was not reassuring to me bc addressing the clog/slow draining will lead to a more expensive problem.

I had a flooded basement and called T-Mark. My sump pump was running but was not draining the sump pump reservoir. They sent out a technician named Matt Franjoine. This gentleman diagnosed the problem quickly which was an ice cap on my bubbler pipe. He removed the ice cap and everything was running fine. He was very friendly and wasted no time. He could have told me they had to dig up my yard to find the problem and I would not have known any better. He seemed more interested in doing the job quickly, correctly and with a smile on his face. I was charged for a service call ($39). How refreshing. I can tell you this one service call by them has earned them my loyalty. I will be calling them when it is time to replace my furnace.

T-Mark to the rescue! Our main line out to the sewer was backed up. One often worries with a 100+ year old home that it is going to be complicated and expensive. T-Mark was able to come the same day that I called for help. They send you a text so that you can track how long it will be until the plumber will I arrive. Brian was here promptly and got us up and running without complication and without breaking the bank!! He was so courteous and professional. I highly recommend T-Mark for your plumbing needs! Great service! Had a tank that was toast. The salesman came on a Thursday and the installers came on Friday. They did a great job and were quick. Everything is working great. Also, I felt I could ask them a question and get a real answer they were not trying to pull one over on me.

I am very happy with the service that I have received from TMark's Service Technician, Jeff! He is nice and very respectful. He was able to come in a quickly discover what was going on and diagnose the issue that has happened. Our heat would not work at all - and that is because WASPS got in and clogged the air intake with their mud nest - He was able to remove the clog and clean all of the pipes and get everything all set for the winter! I recommend TMark to everyone for any heating/cooling!!!

Our church hired T-Mark for 2 major boiler installations. They have an excellent relationship with their major boiler supplier Lochinvar which gave us a great level of comfort when considering the warranty offered as well as their technicians' familiarity with the units for maintenance. Their service is top notch. These guys go the extra mile to keep their customers happy (and more importantly, warm). T-mark's technicians share knowledge to find solutions. We have always been able to reach our technician even after working hours and on the weekends; we couldn't be more satisfied with their response. After many issues with our old boilers, finding this company was a blessing.

I have had T -Mark to my house 2 times. Once for a furnace repair. They were only interested in upselling and making money. The tech was very abrupt and did not want to answer my questions. A year later I had to get quotes for a new AC unit so I thought I would give them another try. The guy was in and out of my house in minutes flat, quickly showed me a couple estimates on a tablet, and rushed through every aspect of the visit. I asked him to email me the two estimates because he clearly did not want to answer my questions. That left me having to take time out of my day to call their office and ask a bunch of questions. I chose not to work with them again because the other 2 estimates i got, the representative was very accomodating and took the time to answer my questions. Will never work with them again, they're too interested in pushing upgrades and sales and not serving the customers

Logan was great. She was able to figure out the problem and effectively get the system working. I'm a first time home owner and her professionalism was great. She explained the system to me and that when I should get a tune up.

He said they could install it the next day. It wasn’t an emergency the tank was 14 years old and I wanted to replace it before I had a problem.The technicians were here on Wednesday afternoon. They were very polite and professional. They did a great job. They put down floor covers to protect the carpet. I am extremely happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend T-Mark.

I was having issues with my American Standard Tankless water heater. I contacted T-Mark and recieved exceptional service. From the initial phone call and talking with the Office staff. The staff was polite, courteous and efficient. I had an appointment the next day. Jeffrey Balcerzak the lead service technician arrived early. He was able to diagnose the issue, contacted American Standard and ordered the necessary parts. Jeffrey returned when the parts arrived and replaced the old/broken ones. The entire time Jeffrey was nothing but professional and polite. I hope to need the services of a heating/plumbing service seldom but if i do, I will be sure to call T-Mark.

Our hot water tank started leaking. I called another place first (which I won't name) which was closer to my house. They couldn't get out to my house quickly and also seemed to not really know what was going on--- phone tag--- but the price they quoted over the phone for replacement was reasonable. I then called T-Mark. They had a guy over to our house almost immediately to assess the situation and give us a quote for replacement or repair-- they said they needed to see the situation first before giving us a free estimate. The tank needed to be replaced. The quote they gave was higher than the first place by a fair amount--- but I decided to go with T Mark because they just seemed more professional. Boy, am I glad I did that! They had two workmen out the very next day. We requested they wear masks since we have high-risk people who live here and they did not give any pushback at all, which I appreciated. They finished the job in two hours, then explained the new system to mein a professional manner as well as explained maintenance. What's more, they had found a dead animal in the natural gas exhaust exit and said that this was dangerous and could have resulted in our death due to carbon monoxide poisoning if the animal had blocked the exhaust completely. They said this was likely because our chimney did not have a metal mesh covering the opening that would prevent animals from getting into the chimney. They recommended I call a chimney place to get a mesh covering installed, which I did the next day. So, not only did they replace my hot water tank, the T Mark guys may have saved our lives in the long run! Thanks T-Mark! Totally worth the slightly higher price! These guys are pros!

We have an older water boiler furnace for the house that didn't work at this time due to the storm. Your company rep came to our house, checked everything out and gave us a very reasonable explanation with a very affordable price. I just had the best experience I could have had with Matt and T-Mark Plumbing! I had water leaking from under my toilet into our basement and I had no idea what to expect when it came to cost or what needed to be fixed. I need to give a shout out to Logan at T-Mark. Back in July I moved into a home that was built in 1988. The previous homeowner kept the home in great condition but like anything that is a few decades old things begin to break. Unfortunately for me, in a span of two weeks parts on both the Hot Water tank and Heater failed. I called T-Mark and they were super responsive. I was fortunate in both instances that Logan was the technician that came to diagnose the problem. This past Friday it was the furnace that stopped working. I was concerned we would be without heat during Halloween weekend. Logan was kind enough to squeeze us in late on Friday. She quickly figured out the issue, had the part needed to be replaced on her truck and was really happy that the heat was working perfectly by the time she left. Thank you again!

Not pleased with the information provided by the technicians. They fixed the issue and it took two visits and two separate charges and there is still a pump that needs replacing that neither technician told us about. I just ask that the technicians go over the whole unit/job to ensure the client will have a running unit in its prime condition.End the end they did make things rite after my mom needed a new unit they came and installed it within one day and got us rite before our big snow storm.

Had tankless water heater installed. The install team arrived on time , answered any questions I had throughout the process and gave the system a final test. They did a great job cleaning up. Overall very professional and personable service. I recommend them highly.

Couldn't be any less professional, in my opinion. First off our AC had be broken for 3 days so fixing the AC was a priority. We had contracted them to replace the AC and our furnace ,they were schedule to arrive at a certain time so my husband had to work from home. They arrived 3 hours later and by that time the day was already gone so my husband could have gone to work. They were there for 3 hours and practically got nothing done. So they had to come the next day. Well again they said they will be here in the morning and connect the AC first thing, they arrived late. Then the AC wasn't up and running until after 6 pm. On top of that they had broken a light fixture and didn't even mention it, if it wasn't for my husband going around and checking everything they wouldn't have said anything. At the end there was no discount or nothing.

Aug 13 my A/C took a dump and needed repairing immediately as to poor health needed A/C. Called at 7am was told a dispatcher would call after 7:30am. Called at 8:30am and stated a technician named Jason would be at my address between noon and 2pm. 9:30am Jason called and said he would be here in 10 minutes, got here and went to work, found issue in less that 10 minutes and fixed it at a fair price. Very nice young man and pleasant to deal with and would recommend him for A/C repair. BTW he even cleaned my compressor and offered some information on maintaining my A/C.

I was in need of a new furnace. Called T Mark heating and they came out same day. Inspected old furnace and confirmed replacement(no charge) Less than an hour later Rich came over and gave us an estimate. We agreed and they started the next day!They arrived on time and went right to work. Justin was great and worked with me on location of furnace, hot water tank and exhaust options. Keith jumped in with his expert plumbing skills and created a work of art out of the piping. I was very impressed, especially considering how much was involved. It was actually a two day process to complete. Keith went over how the system operated and furnace settings when completed.The next day I noticed the under cabinet heater(old unit) was not coming on. I called and Justin came over right away. He pressure bleed the system to release an air pocket. No problem, sometimes you just have to get the bugs worked out.I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism, quality of work and quick service. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending T Mark. We haveused them in the past and have always been pleased.

T-Mark Plumbing did a really great job repairing my investment property sewer system issue. Maintaining my property from across the US while changing over property management is a huge challenge, especially dealing with tenant availability and aligning with the plumbers schedule. T-Mark made this process very easy and they were able to squeeze me in same day which is almost unheard of these days. Like all contracting companies, you need to be hyper vigilant of being scammed, but they took that concern away very quickly with their great communication and explanation of what the issue was. Just for reference, my previous property management quoted me over $7,000 for the repair, T-Mark, just over $400. I was about to be scammed, luckily I found a trust worthy company who does quality work for a fair price. Thank you T-Mark for all the help, the excellent communication, and the professionalism, you are now on my speed dial.

My review is a bit long, however it is the only way to give T-Mark the credit that is due, TRUST me read it! Back in June 2015 we were in need of sewer help as our line was backing up again (even after we paid to have it fixed 9 months prior by a company recommended by a friend).We decided to trust another recommendation from friends and this time called a different “bigger name” local plumbing service in Buffalo. When I called, I was met with a receptionist with a horrible attitude and who was quite rude. I was told to call back the next day as my schedule was “just too complicated” and I would have to change around my schedule for them. After that there was no way I would call them back.I decided to do some research online of my own and decided T-Mark seemed like the best choice. When I called Jessica answered the phone and was extremely nice and helpful. An appointment for June 12, 2015 was set. That day Patrick Keenan from T-Mark showed up to snake out our lines. He was extremely professional, nice and did an AMAZING job! He explained everything in detail and also explained what else should have been done the first time, he even took time to discuss some options that we may do in the future to our service. Patrick went above and beyond what any other service professional has ever done and was definitely experienced in his trade! My wife and I were in the home stretch of planning our wedding at that point, so to have someone be that great and helpful made our lives that much better, married just shy of a month later.This brings us to last week. We started having issues with our furnace as we just kicked it on for the first time since last year. So we immediately call T-Mark and again I speak with Jessica, who late on a Friday was extremely nice and helpful! I eventually get an appointment for today October 20, 2015. T-Mark was a 5 star experience from the very first phone call to the end of the project. Every person on the team met us with kindness, eagerness to help and professionalism. A freak accident caused a power line to snap and fall into our backyard. The surge from the damage destroyed our furnace and we were without heat on a naturally cold/snowy day in April (with a 4 month baby at home). We were clueless of what went wrong, so we called T-Mark and explained the basic details and from the start, you could hear the compassion/urgency to get the ball rolling on servicing our needs. We had a technician at our house within less than 2 hours. Jacob W was truly one of the greatest service techs to ever enter our home for any repair we’ve needed since residing at our home. He was so kind and so determined to help us. He spent so much time trying to troubleshoot the damage. He did everything in his power to get our furnace working—he also stayed so quiet the entire time because our daughter was napping (and we didn’t even ask him to be!) He then had another service tech come over to see if they had a part to troubleshoot the damage before making the best/most cost efficient recommendation for service. She arrived after Jacob spent over an hour assessing the furnace. I didn’t hear her name because she was equally as pleasant, kind and courteous to be quiet for our sleeping baby. But she was just as hard pressed to try to get us heat for the night. Despite their maximal efforts, our furnace was beyond reasonable repair. But it was obvious they tried all that they could. They set us up with a wonderful program manager Justin W who then came over to give us a run down on options for a new furnace. Since we were not prepared for such a large purchase, we took the information and asked for time to make a decision. He was so kind and understanding—he was available to contact for more questions after he left. We needed to think fast because we needed heat for our baby. He truly helped us along the way as we weighed our options. It was an easy decision—we chose T Mark for installing a new furnace. They were able to install by the next day. Justin returned in the morning and delivered two space heaters that kept our home warm as we waited. The furnace was installed by Derek S and his team—it’s up and running now and the process was quick. Our broken furnace was removed and we had heat within less than a half days time. Our toilet was leaking in the basement. During the fix, it was discovered that the previous owners had done some terrible DIY that made it a bit more expensive to fix. Kevin did a great job, he explained every time we ran into something that would cost more and made sure I was okay with that before he fixed it. He was very professional, and given the circumstances, I think very reasonably priced.Also, I have to say, I was very pleased that when he was coming I received a phone call that he was on his way, followed by a text message with his photo and his full name. You can never be too careful and that safety feature really gave me peace of mind.

He arrived early, exactly as text explained. So professional, courteous, patient, and kind. He explained every step and procedure he was going to do to fix the problem. Also provided exact pricing and time of completion. Everything was fixed, exactly as he said it would. Tested everything out before leaving, answered every question I had, explained things that even I could understand. At the end he was very respectful to me and my mother. We were in need of a new hot water system and T-Mark quoted us $1,000 less than the first company we checked with and they got us in very quick as we did not have any hot water. I talked to them through a chat online and it was very easy to set up the consultation. They are super professional, letting you know who is coming to your house and what they look like before they come. They also share some back story to their employees. The entire experience was easy and painless and actually pretty pleasant. The day of the installation we needed a lot of work done for the new system to be put in, the guys worked an almost full 12 hour day and when they were finished, the work they had done looked immaculate. So much nicer than our previous system that was about 10 years old. They were very good at explaining things to my husband and I as well. The financing options they have are also a big plus. One other thing that made me really appreciate this company was that about a week after the installation they sent us a package with a lunch box filled with cookies. I will use this company for future problems and maintenance and I will definitely recommend them to anyone! Huge thanks to T-Mark, and Keith and Bill who did our installation!

I had what should have been a simple fix, but wasn't. Due to personal reasons, I didn't have the money for the actual fix, but Jon went above and beyond to make sure I got a temporary fix until I'm back on my feet and can call him back out.And my dog was pretty quiet while he was here and working. My dog doesn't like strangers, and is never quiet while they're here and working.He knew this guy only had the best intentions.The temporary fix to leave me with some peace proved it.10/10 recommend.

I first made appointment for toilet. Took two times to come out. They un clogged toilet. But did not notice water coming out the bottom.That was Friday.Monday they were supposed to come out to un clog drain. No show . Today they said from 11- 1 no show and when we called they said the booked to many appointments. Meaning our problem was minor.They called us at 1130 and said they were on their way. No show.They are unreliable. Called cellinio. They are on their way.So now I'm getting texting back from owner saying I'm not telling the truth.I've been haggling with these people over my comment.I wrote the truth . They didnt show up and failed to call me and tell me they weren't coming .

I was getting water backing up in my basement when I flush the toilet Brian from T Mart, came out and assessed the problem and realized it was the roots that were causing the back up from a tree that I have out front and he went above and beyond to correct the problem to the best of his ability and did a fantastic job. I just needed a diverter replacement for my shower to work. I even bought the parts. They charged me over $210 and were here for about 20 minutes. That includes the time to do the estimate and the bill. I know plumbers are expensive but $21 per minute or maybe $40 per minute if you don't count the paperwork time is just plain price gouging. They had no qualms at all about taking my grocery money for the entire month.. I won't be using them anymore

My wife and I had a tankless water heater installed by David and Michael. Unfortunately, the following day, National Fuel had to correct T-Mark’s work as T-Mark left the main gas line that feeds the tankless water heater loose at multiple fittings. This resulted in a gas leak.When we spoke with T-Mark, they stated that there wasn’t a technician available to fix their own work.

Fantastic place. Had them out a few times, always the nicest technicians. Logan was out most recently and she was an excellent help. Expertly identified the problem, made sure to get it covered under parts warranty, and didn't charge me for the visit cause they'd just been out two weeks prior for the issue. So glad I started using them.

My hot water tank was making a noise...it took about ten minutes for Richard to figure out I have sediment in my tank... assured me that it was not going to leak so I am calling TMark to have the tank drained.....I appreciated the speed and efficiency.

Long story short, I had 4 companies quote me a install of a new water heater and new boiler for my house, with removal of the old. Of the 4, T-mark was the lowest cost.T-mark is super professional in its operations.* They text u pictures of the technician coming to your home prior to their arrival.* Their quotes were completed and emailed to me before they left my house.* The techs took the time to explain the pros and cons of a traditional boiler vs a combination high efficiency boiler.* They offer 0% financing.* Didn't charge me any extra for hooking up my ecobee smart thermostat.They did the removal and install in one day! They sent four technicians to my house.The quality of their work is above and beyond what the original boiler had. T-mark techs reworked the copper piping, the manifold, and added shut off valves everywhere, thereby making any future maintenance pain free. I am really really impressed with the new system.In the pictures note that the new boiler is the blue one.Thank you T-Mark!

Ryan was exceptionally professional, polite, knowledgeable, but was unable to complete the job today. He said he has to come back tomorrow with a high-powered hot water machine to flush out the clog, and asked the family to bail out the dirty water that came up into the bathtub before he comes back tomorrow between 12:00 and 4:00 and the price will more than double.Ryan's hard work enabled the family to use a snake in the toilet to finish unclogging the drain. It was unnecessary for them to come back the next day for an $800 plus job with a high pressure hot water jet.

Greg came out on Friday, I set up the appointment on line for a new hot water tank, on time. Went over the job gave me my choices and cost. I asked if he could do it as soon as possible, he said he would call me back in 10 minutes as he left. 10 minutes later I go the call and they said they could out next day at 9:00AM. Joe and Kyle arrived at 8:30 actually (wow not only on time but a little early) They explained the job and I let them go to it. 3 hours later they were done. We were set to pay and I asked how much, Kyle told me and it was exactly what Greg had quoted me! Great work, very satisfied...nicely done gentlemen!

Every time I have used T-Mark for plumbing/HVAC problems the service has been excellent. The Technicians are always on-time and polite and they have always left the work area spotless. In mid-May Alec and Joel came out to install a ductless heating/air conditioning unit and they were exceptional. Both Alec and Joel were more than happy to explain everything they were doing and readily answered any/all of my questions throughout the day. They were both in multiple rooms of my house, and even the crawlspace under my house, they left each room as clean as when they arrived. I am thoroughly impressed with the way they worked and the job they did installing the unit. In the end, Alec and Joel stayed to let the unit run, in both heat and a/c modes, to make sure the unit was functioning properly and explain the features of the unit to me. All my interactions with T-Mark are why I referred my daughter and her husband to T-Mark when they bought their first house and needed plumbing work done.

We have been using T-mark since 2020. We have never had a bad experience or felt over charged.

I filled out a request on the Jameson website for an Ethernet run from the basement to the 2nd story. T-Mark responded, as they bought Jameson. While I'll admit I agreed to the quote up front and the job was done sufficiently, in hindsight after some research I realize that I was taken for a ride. I shouldn't have paid half of what I paid. Lesson learned! Don't make my mistake!

Office and field staff not on same page. Cancelled appointment with me after I had been waiting for 2 hours. Would not recommend, based on this incident alone. amendment to above owner personally called and came out to house, far beyond expectations for after business hours. decided to use T-mark for updates.

We had just moved into our home. We did notice slow draining on everything in the home. We called a well know plumbing company. He tried to snake the drain going to the sewer. He said it was not good and within 10 minutes had a sign in the front yard and said we needed about $4,500 plus in new drainage. I called T mark for a second opinion. They had no problem snaking front to back. $45.00 later and no problems at all for a year!!!!

I was very disappointed they would not come out to check a problem with my drain pipe related to the work they did. Turns out they cut my pipe and made it to short that is why it was coming off. I called Musso plumbing who also did some work and they came out to look for no charge. I would not recommend this company

12/28/20:Owner Ryan called to make things right and offer cash back/an extended warranty. Professionally handled the oversight.12/26/20:T-Mark called next day (Saturday). Offered to stop by to fix this the next Monday.Ultimately, I didn't want to go too long with a rigged fix, so I bought some J-hooks/fixed the issue myself the next day.12/25/20:Had an issue after completion of hot water tank install; some pipe bracing was missed near expansion tank during install and put some strain on the lines/elbows.(Have reached out to T Mark; if they follow up, I will update this review with that experience.)

I called T-Mark because I had no water pressure. Brian came out very promptly and quickly determined my sump pump was not working and the back up water pressure pump was also not working properly. He scheduled a time to come and replace both the sump pump and the back up pump. The faucet in the laundry tub was leaking and also needed to be replaced. Brian does excellent work. He was efficient, neat and clean.I would not hesitate to use T-Mark, if needed, in the future.

I had T-Mark install a sump pump with a back up. Pat came out to do the job and did an okay job but he scratched up our brand new washer. I had literally got this brand new washer delivered 2 weeks ago and now there are 3 scratch marks on it. He obviously placed some of his tools on top it and created the scratches. If you hire them, make sure you cover up your appliances or anything valuable because clearly this company doesn’t respect your belongings.

Jason serviced my furnace today. He did a fantastic job. I'll be toasty this winter. I've had T-MARK install new sump pump snd water heaters. Always professional.

My furnace wasn’t working correctly and my thermostat apparently was the problem. The repairman took advantage and charged me 170.00 dollars for a 50 dollar thermostat!! It’s not even Wi-Fi!! I don’t recommend using this company!!

I didn’t actually hire T-Mark. The estimate I received was more than the estimate a friend of mine received for the same issue (and we live in close proximity to eachother). I’m sure they do good work (based on the feedback I received from my friend) but it just wasn’t in the budget for me.

We Needed emergency visit instead of a furnace check because our furnace would not start..Both Liam the Tech and Ian the mechanic were prompt courteous and informative..they explained the problem and we are now waiting for a quote on a new furnace as ours has a crack on the inside making it hard and expensive to fix .they estimated the furnace Was.put in. In the 70s or 80s so it gave many good years of warmth! New sewer line installed efficiently and professionally. Had to dig a large hole in my yard but avoided digging up a nearby concrete wall and saved some of my landscaping :)

We paid to have T-Mark come fix a toilet that had a very weak flush. The plumber they sent out didn't do anything. He looked at the toilet and said it couldn't be fixed and we needed a new one for $645. Also charged us for the privilege of having him come to the house and tell us that. We decided to replace the toilet ourselves. When we disassembled the old toilet, we found some of the internal holes were blocked by clear plastic with remove before installing printed on it. The weak flush was the result of an improper install, and easily corrected. Had the plumber tried to actually diagnose the problem and fix the toilet, instead of just selling us a new one, he could have found that issue and corrected it. Not everything about the service was bad. T-Mark did show up at the scheduled time.

What is the point of visiting people's homes if the first thing they do is tell me that I need an engineer to come and draw up a plan before your plumber can do anything. He didn't even try looking around the house to give me some idea. T- max technicians came and left in 5-10 min later.

The technician, Jeff, did a great job on our heating tube-up. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was polite, took care in putting everything back and got our 29 year old furnace running again. Thanks, Jeff and T-Mark.

Excellent Service ! I just had them come out and check and see why my toilet wasn't flushing and they suggested my toilet jet was pretty much clogged and corroded and that I needed to replace it. The charge was reasonable at 525.00 dollars for parts labor and taxes and they took the old toilet with them. My original toilet was at my house when I bought my home over 20 years ago and my home was built in 1963 so it was probably time to finally get a new toilet since the original one has been in my home for decades. Brian B. was the service guy who came to my home and he was professional clean friendly and prompt. I highly recommend T-Mark to anyone who wants Great Service !!!

I have used this company, several times this year, most recently august, the same problems keep happening, today tech John was quite thorough, he explained the situation and drained two different area and why he did it. Usually after the visits from previous techs I am satisfied, but today John giving me a better understanding and satisfaction.

T-Mark was able to come at an earlier time which was fine by me. David first asked me what the problem was and after I explained what was happening with the furnace he went right to work. After some time he came up from the basement, said what he did and it should be all set. But sadly it wasn’t- the furnace still wasn’t blowing warm air out of the vents when it kicked back on. he checked the air to while it was still blowing- he went right back down stairs and worked on the furnace again until he finally found the problem. He was dedicated to finding the problem and fixing it. He listened to what I had to say. And explained what was going on. I’m satisfied with the work David did.

We had a severe low water pressure. They diagnosed it and replaced the pressure check valve which brought us back to where we should be. We had gotten so used to low pressure we had forgotten what a shower should feel like!This was the second service we have had with TMark, with the same technician, Ken, and would recommend them without reservation.

I was having a issue with a leak in my upstairs bathroom and they came out fast and not only fixed the leak but half of my floor in the bathroom since the leak had deteriorated the wood. They had it done and looking better then ever within a couple hours and was alot cheaper then expected. They were very friendly, honest and I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will only be calling them from now on

When our water heater went out, I left a message on their website and had a new one installed the next day. I've called T-Mark for various jobs over the last few years and they've always done quality work.

I would seriously give 6 stars if I could. Had clogged sewer which affected whole house. On a Saturday. Called. Phone was answered by actually human who gave me an appointment at noon on Sunday, but said they'd try to squeeze me in. They did. Plumber was knowledgeable, communicative, and hard working. Not an easy fix. Required snaking from multiple directions, but he was tenacious and got the job done in about 90 minutes. Price was quite fair. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

My technician Pat and his helper did a wonderful job locating the leak and then fixing it. When Pat told me that the job was only going to take 4 hours I hoped he was right because my house is over 100 years old and nothing to fix only takes 4 hours, but he was right and I'm very pleased with the job.

I had no heat and they were able to come out in just 3 hours. Our tech was wonderful! Kind, understanding and extremely thorough I cant recommend them enough we will certainly be using them again.

I spoke with Ryan today and he refunded my $99.50 and said he was sorry he didn't get back to me. So everything is good now, I will be using them in the future. They are a very good company, I would recommend them to all!!!

He did a great job and recommended that if I would give them a second chance at servicing the rental property, to make an early morning appointment requesting him as the technician and he will make sure to show up on time. So I called the office to reschedule that appointment and made arrangements with the tenants to make sure they would be available, and Jeff showed up on time and took care of everything. While I was extremely frustrated with the prior experience with the office receptionist/coordinator, the fact that the owner reached out promptly to try and resolve the situation showed great customer service efforts and I appreciate that. I would definitely use T-Mark again for future heating and cooling servicing needs.***ORIGINAL REVIEW***Made an appointment for both furnace and AC to be serviced at our rental property with 2 units. The window was 3pm-5pm and my husband had to go to the property and wait (we live 35min away). Around 5:10pm I called back and asked again, and this time the lady apologized and said that there were several emergency calls today which is delaying everything. One of two 40 gallon hot water tank started leaking.the project manger came out right away .Not only did the tanks need replacing,but he pointed out the plastic rings around the coper pipe inlet was melted.He also pointed out by putting your hands near the exhaust stack shield the exhaust was not going up the chimmney and said it was clogged . it turned out he was 100 percent correct when they opened the flu going into the chimmney it was clogged solid.This could of turned out to be a disaster but wound up to be an excellent and positive new install of a tankless heater . Not only did it save me from carbon monoxide ,it saved from chimmney repairs .T Mark and their crew Alex , Derek ,and their project manger deserve 10 stars . They responded right away and was very professional .The previous owner had a plug in co2 detector in an outlet but never went off .I Highly recomend using T mark for their honesty and their quick response.

About two weeks ago, I came home from work on a Thursday night and found that not only had the furnace stop working, but the house smelled like burned chemicals and plastic. A friend of mine found T-Mark on line and recommended I try them. I called the next morning. From the very first interaction I was pleased. Brittany promptly answered and was friendly. She was very accommodating and was able to get someone out that day. Due to my work schedule, I requested the service appointment be after 2pm. The service technician, Jeff, called at about 1pm and offered to stop in now if I was free, or he could wait until 2 as I had requested. When I got home 15 minutes later, he was there. He was very professional, gave me a business card and he went to work. He looked at my furnace and was able to determine it was 2x too big for the house, the chambers had multiple cracks and all the internal components were melted. He used a camera attached to an iPad to show me all of the problems. The furnace was about 19 years old so replacing it was our only option. He turned the gas off to the furnace & made sure the electric was also cut to it as I was concerned about the smell. Jeff offered to have Rich come out that evening for an estimate on the new furnace. Again, due to my schedule, Rich came out the next morning instead. He was also right on time. He spent quite a bit of time with me going over the options. He clearly went over the types of furnace and spent some time figuring out the best way to connect the new furnace to the existing duct work. I agreed to move forward with his proposal. On Monday, Mark, Kevin & Cullen were right on time and got right to work. Before starting, they made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns before they started. They were professional, friendly and left the basement cleaner than when they started. Due to the duct work they had to do, they were there all day. RIch even stopped by to make sure that everyone was on the same page for duct work modifications. When they were done, they showed me how to program the new thermostat, they explained how how the new, energy efficient furnace works and how to shut it off, change the filters and explained the maintenance schedule. They even filled out the majority of the form to get the National Fuel rebate for me! This is a rather long review, but I wanted to make sure everyone knows how prompt, professional, understanding and accommodating EVERYONE at T-Mark was. Well, I have had T-Mark before but this may be the LAST time. The sewer line repair was done but they left a MESS. A large pile of dirt on the entrance way to the rear apartment - see photo, garden plants dug up - I don't know where they went, damaged a fence. I complained and someone said they would take a look. I don't know if anyone did - I haven't heard from anyone. And the basement smell like sewage - maybe this was unavoidable??

Used TMark for a standard boiler tune up. Tech was friendly and professional. There were no issues with boiler, so he spent some time to educate me a bit on the heating system. Also reminded me there is a National Fuel rebate to recoup service cost. Would call again for service.

Jeff and Keith came this morning and fixed my furnace. We were having a pilot issue and resetting it wasn’t working. They were able to quickly identify the issue and properly fix the furnace, and the warning light is off now too. Our home was very cold and T-Mark made sure they got here quickly, considering it was 15 degrees outside they made sure to get here fast. The dogs are happy in front of the vents now and the house is warming up nicely. Super nice guys, very professional!!! Would highly recommend!!!

TMark was recommended to me by two different friends and I saw the reviews were mostly positive on yelp and google. I gave them a call on a Wednesday and they offered someone to come out next day but I scheduled for Friday instead due to my personal schedule.My window was 10-12 but I recieved a call around 9 that he was on his way about 15 minutes out. Early? Ok awesome!Brian showed up and was friendly, polite, and respectful of my home. He gave me a quote immediately on my runny toilet and a sump pump replacement. He suggested I just replace the whole toilet since it was likely cheaper than replacing the parts that were broken.Toilet & labor was $595 - we passed on this since we felt we could do the full replacement ourselves.I did take him up on the sump pump (still $595 for the full replacement and installation) he offered to do it right then and there. It was worth it to just get it out of the way and done.Brian was quick and understanding about only wanting that one job done.Honestly we have gotten quotes and “hired” handymen twice in the last year to do this sump pump job and they never followed up or answered us or completed the job.T-mark was quick professional and followed through within 2 business days for us. I would recommend them and hire again for another project if needed.

It is clear T-mark owners care about customer service. I had a completely clogged waste line from inside the house all the way to the street. To start, he staff taking the call was extremely friendly and understood the sense of urgency. T-Mark said they would be there in the morning... and they were right on time. I was fortunate to have a veteran plumber show up for this particular job. Their employee, Ben Piper was the technician and called when he said would, explained his game plan and cleared the lines in short order. He then went in the house to confirmed all lines were open and clear. I was going to ask him to do that, but i did not get a chance to because he did this on his own. Ben is very professional and best of all there was no upselling needed, he just did what i feel HE would want or expect done. T-Mark is a top notch outfit and i would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. I am also a service person and have been in the trades for many years, and am very picky. Prices are pretty high! Shop around first. I found a plumber with way better prices. If you don't care about price than I would go with T Mark. I just didn't have the price I was quoted. They back up their work and I believe they have a 60 day warranty. It might be longer. I called a few times and I was treated very nice! Give them a call. The price could be lower than mine. I needed a whole hot water tank put in and that's not cheap! Quoted $1,385! If you need a plumber it's always gonna cost you $$$$ I'm keeping with the guys I found. 👍🏻😃 Good luck but shop around for prices!

David Edwards came out to check on my AC unit because I thought it was underperforming a bit. He was on time, very nice guy, very professional and straight forward. October of 2022 I had a gas leak and the gas company turned of all gas to my house. Gas company found 2 leaks. T Mark came out 4 days later so I was without gas 5 days so far. I am 70 years old and recently lost my husband which I explain to the gentleman that came out. Trying to navigate this new life I trusted the quote of $3400 to replace all pipes even though there were only 2 leaks. Gary came the next day and replaced $34000 worth of piping. He left and was told to call gas company. He never checked for leaks and he gave me his personal phone number to call him if there was a problem all very nice. Now it is 8pm and gas company came out and said there were still leaks. Called Gary per his suggestion and he came back out. Called gas company again still leaks. Gas company left and he worked on it until 10pm and told me to call gas company in morning. He was quite rude like it was my fault. I realize he had some personal stuff going on but I did also and he was the professional.Called the gas company 5 more times after that and still leaks. Several days went by and still no gas. The last time the gas company came out and Gary assured me all was good the gas company tighten some pipes and they were able finally turn gas back on.Since then I still smell gas on and off but would never put myself through that nightmare again. Now it’s January 2023 and had a friend come out and check for leaks as he works for a heating company and low and be hold found the leak and not the one of the 2 leaks that was my original issue. I feelI was robbed and taken advantage of due to my age. I've used T-Mark regularly over the years for all sorts of different plumbing services (sump pump installation, backflow preventers, leak repair) and they've always been friendly, courteous, and thorough. I would highly recommend them for any work you need!

I have had the worst experience ever. The plumber was meant to come last week from 11-1. He was meant to have all the material needed and time to do the work that day. He showed up after 3 with many excuses and a poor attitude. He never left an estimate and just said he was too busy to do the job and to call the company to reschedule for the next week. I was shocked but when I called the company, they assured me that they would block off enough time and talk to the plumber (Patrick). I agreed to reschedule the job and called to confirm that he was indeed coming. They assured me he would be there from 11-1. 3:30 pm and no plumber, so I called the company and they apologized for the misunderstanding saying they had it on the calendar for 2 days later by mistake. I have had to push out my kitchen cabinet installation and flooring installation twice now. The good news is they refunded me the initial charge for showing up to give me an estimate. BUYER BE WARE. STAY AWAY!!!

Can i give 0 stars?**** HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!**** Came out to unclog my kitchen sink/basement sink line and told me everything was all set..Ran the kitchen sink and did a load of laundry and it was still clogged and backing up from the kitchen....clearly he didnt even make sure it was working properly before he left.When i called to complain, the girl that answerd the phone gave me an attitude and didnt offer any apology, she only rushed me off the phone. I was told it was bc the sink was dirty? The guy came back, never apologized.. stormed past me in my own home...almost as if making me feel that I was in the wrong for asking him to come back and do the job correctly...he finally did what he should have done the first time, but still blamed it on a dirty sink, yet oddly enough, its now draining fine. ***HORRIBLE service and even worse treatment towards the customer for $300.00***...also, there is an advertisement that this co.will clear any drain for $129.00, perhaps there is fine print that I didnt read.

Made an appointment but no one ever called or showed up. I know they may be busy but I made the appointment the day before and they gave me a few hour window, not like I asked for a specific time. Only reason I gave two stars is because the woman answered the phone quickly and was friendly.

Used this company for the first time for a HW radiator removal. I thought the price was very high, but they promised quick service so that my construction project didn't get delayed further. (Over $700, which was just insulting to be frank). Reluctantly agreed to job, but didn't have high hopes that I would use the company again due to pricing. Cullen came out to do the service and he was wonderful. He didn't mind me watching and learning about my boiler system. He explained what he was doing step by step, and answered all my questions. His professionalism (and complete lack of sexism) is a rarity in this industry. Would consider calling them again for this reason. Prices are still astronomical, 450 is more appropriate for a 2 hour Job that's only materials are 2 copper elbows, even if they did send 2 people for it.

Had them install a hot water tank several months ago. Never again! Work was done improperly causing a leak in my basement the day before I was leaving for a trip. Had even ran back out into the driveway and told one of the installers Greg about the suspected issue as he was leaving and he was cheerfully dismissive of my concerns. Also despite advertising that they are 24/7 they are not. After 5pm all you will get is someone on chat who is no help. After calling the emergency line numerous times upon advice of the chat bot and spending approx 5 hours trying to get a response from someone Ryan finally called me back at 11pm to obviously say it was now past the point of them doing anything that night. He couldn’t assure me either that they could get someone out the next day before I had to leave to fix it. A good company would bend over backwards to fix an issue that was their fault and potentially damaging to property. Luckily Jeff who said he doesn’t normally do these installs arrived the next day, drained the tank, and put everything back together correctly to stop the leak. The extra star assigned to this review is for Jeff. I came within an hour of missing my trip and they caused a lot of stress. The original installers also left a 1X1 foot smudge mark on my drywall. Instead of alerting me to it and apologizing someone opened a pack of paper towels from my storage area and smeared it around. The tank has a small dent and the documentation that went with it was left floating in a bag of water taped to the side. Their chat bot from the site took down my info numerous times and assured me they would take care of it, but they couldn’t follow through on something as simple as sending a new one out. At one point their answering service even suggested I find a local company to fix the problem they created. For my next job I will be doing just that. Mistakes happen. Had they sent someone out during dinnertime to fix the issue they caused earlier that day and apologized they might have earned a loyal customer. Because I spent a night mopping up water, almost had my travel plans upended due to them not checking their work, and they apologize for nothing I will never use or recommend this company again.

I had a service call for my AC leaking , they came within 3 days , I told them that I had already cleaned the hoses it stopped leaking and then started leaking again a week later-they came a week and a half ago and it started leaking again -so they pretty much charged me for what I told them I already did that didn’t work because now the same thing happened and I have to call someone else to figure out the issue after already paying them !

T mark came and installed two new furnaces in an old house I bought. They had to run everything through the attic and uncovered very cool artifacts from my house. Not only did they work very efficiently and diligently and in an organized manner, they also went as far to frame an artifact that they found. They called me and told me I needed to come over when I could, and surprised me with their findings. They were so sweet and genuine. Excellent experience. They went above and beyond.

One year later and everything is running perfectly! Last year we had T-Mark replace our sewer line and install a back-up sump pump. Not only were they helpful and responsive during what was a stressful experience, they did an amazing job while explaining all the details to us. This was great especially considering the previous year we had another company “fix” our line which was not completed fully resulting in us needing to find T-Mark to do the job correctly. They ended up recommending a hung sewer line to prevent any future issues and everything has been working great since.They were in constant contact from scheduling the job, to letting us know when the property had been marked, and on the day of the job. They also did an amazing job of saving our landscaping which was impressive considering how much digging was required. Replacing a sewer line is not cheap, but T-Marks prices were very fair and consistently lower than other estimates we received. Additionally, for work like this paying a company to do the job right the first time is 100% worth it. I would absolutely recommend T-Mark for a project of any size and for high quality work and will be using them for any future projects at my house.

Just had a great experience with T-Mark! We had a leak in our basement that had been getting worse over a week's time. We called Tmark and they came over the next day! Our HVAC tech was Logan and she was so professional! She not only found the issue quickly, she offered to replace the problematic pump right away, and took out a very old filter while she was there. T-Mark and Jon did an excellent job fixing the plumbing and snaking the drain. The plumbers were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job.

I allowed T-Mark to remove a few sections of my brand new fence in order to get access to a main they needed to fix. They gave assurances that it would be repaired back to “perfect” condition. However, their workers were taking sledgehammers to it, and even running and jumping into it to break it down. They just put the broken pieces back up and tried to leave it like that. Then when I inquired I was told they’ll pay for what needs to be fixed. Now it’s been over a month and we still have a broken fence and no resolution in sight. My advice is to go with a more reliable and trustworthy company for your next project.

After wasting a bunch of time filling out a quote request online, I'm notified that a call will still have to be made to even start the conversation. That means the whole online chat is a complete waste of time. Then, I did get a quick call, only to be told that T-Mark won't install copper air lines. What the heck? It's just air instead of water. So, yes a complete waste of time.

What a great experience with our first furnace cleaning/repair! We initially had a coupon for a furnace cleaning and we were able to get an appointment fast and Greg was punctual, friendly, and everything went well! After Greg left, my husband accidentally did something to the furnace and water started to spray out from the lines in every direction. Not to mention, the radiator turned into a hot water fountain in our bedroom. We were able to close the furnace and immediately called Greg to see if he could come back out. We felt very stupid, but Greg had no problem coming back to our house to fix the problem that my husband had created. Greg came back fast and completely fixed the electrical that my husband had flooded. As first time homeowners, we are so thankful to Greg and the rest of the team at T-Mark Heating and Cooling for offering such AMAZING service. We experienced a backup of our sewer due to us using the so-called flushable wipes. As soon as we contacted T-Mark we knew that we were in great hands (literally and figuratively). From The Office Team to Ryan, our plumbing expert, our experience was top-notch. Communication is a clear value within the T-Mark culture. Shortly after Ryan arrived and after applying his shoe coverings he identified the cause of the issue and got straight to work. Within 45 minutes the blockage had been cleared and he had brought in his wet dry shop vac to clean up the area in which he worked in.I cannot recommend T-Mark enough. Do yourself a favor and give them a call, you will not be disappointed.

Brian replaced my sump pump. He's very nice and professional. Out of curiosity, I googled Liberty, the brand of sump pump, and it is highly-rated. I'm just feeling the cost for the service might be a bit high at $723. The high end of average cost for what was done is $500. But, I have no doubt it was installed properly. But, I want to have a new toilet installed and I think I will have to check out some other options for the job.

I had a boiler issue with my radiant heated flooring system and I placed a call around 9AM. They came within hours and fixed my boiler issue and heat was back up and running. Very friendly and honest service. As a customer, I never want to feel like I am getting ripped off and I certainly had none of those vibes. I had Ryan assigned to my call and he promptly fixed the issue. Much appreciated and will utilize service again if anything else arises.

Logan is a skilled professional and we couldn’t have asked for a better technician. We were having problems with our furnace and she walked us through everything she was doing to locate the problem. I chose T-Mark to install my boiler in the house I just purchased. Of the 4 companies I met with they seemed the best for the job. They were not pushy and did not pester me every day to accept the bid unlike a few of the other companies I had over. Rich even made a passing comment unrelated and noticed my hot water tank had a backdraft (which it did, so he kinda saved my life). Mike and Justin, the installers got it done within a day, it looked like it was not there first boiler. They were professional and in general good guys with conversations I had with them. I have yet to see how boiler performs sincee its not winter yet. However I have tested it a few times since and all the radiators get hot and the boiler itself is silent. Look forward to a warm home in winter and lower gas bills! As long as this boiler performs great and they stand behind there product and service, I would recommend them to anyone.

I have modified my review to reflect the service provided. After less than a months time, my brand new Dunkirk boiler stopped working. Liam came by on a Bills playoff Sunday to determine the issue lay in the thermostat. However, the thermostat was not provided at the time of installation. Liam provided me the necessary service and equipment to correct the problem.Upon going to that corner of the basement for the first time since the install, I did discover that the installation techs did not clean up all the remains of the old furnace. Furthermore, I found Ryan to lack any accountability for his business. To quote a sign on former President Harry S. Trumans desk, the buck stops here. When in charge you own everything good or bad.When one spends thousands of dollars, it is expected that mechanical devices function properly. Now as a result of a prompt follow up they are.In your well-crafted narrative you seem to lack the complete truth. In your account, would not an ethical technician compel the customer to at a minimum take the thermostat? In this scenario, the technician should cite the need for compatibility or at a minimum the financial aspect, you paid for it. So, at the time of install no thermostat was provided. Since your technicians left elements of the old furnace, they could have included a new thermostat. Nice try skippy.Furthermore, it was less than appreciated to draw nonblood family members, in your employ, into the matter. Since I have no doubt that he is one of your best employees you did not need to tell your tale of woe to him early on a Sunday morning. I find it to be cowardly to bring others into the matter. Especially since they had no bearing on the matter, other than you can take the opportunity to exert your supposed authority over a subordinate. If you cannot deal with a scathing customer review, do not go into the business world.

I called late afternoon on Thursday to arrange for a technician to check my furnace as it would not turn on. I was given an appointment for Friday morning. On Friday Jeff, the technician, called to ask if it was ok if he came a bit early to which I of course said yes. He was polite and professional and fully addressed all my questions and concerns while diagnosing the problem. He had everything fixed within the hour and I'm now confident we'll have reliable heat for this coming winter.

My elderly parents were in need of a professional for a severely clogged drain line. T-Mark was at the house within 3 hours of their phone call. Brian was courteous, professional and patient, explaining the situation. It wasn't a fast fix, but Brian didn't quit until the situation was resolved 100%. I had scheduled a furnace cleaning with T-Mark for 10/3. Greg was on time and very friendly. He was in and out in under an hour. Unfortunately after Greg left I had turned on the inline to the furnace without realizing it. Within minutes my furnace had over filled and water not only began to shoot out of the presser release but also the radiators upstairs. I was able to tun off the water inline but the main burners on the furnace would not ignite. Greg was back after his next appointment and repaired the furnace that I had just broken.Thanks again Greg for the prompt response and excellent service!!!!

T-Mark is an excellent company! I have used them for the past 5 years for all of our plumbing and HVAC service. Recently, I had them install zoned LG mini-split AC/heating systems in my entire house and the system is amazing. The units are incredibly efficient, quiet and even good looking. We have baseboard heating and I was concerned that installing mini-split AC units would be unsightly. I told Ryan that I wanted to make sure everything looked good and he recommended installing the LG Cool Art series. The face of the mini-split unit is actually a 20x20 picture frame. You can print and display your own art. People don't even realize that they are looking at my AC unit. The upstairs unit is a ducted mini-split that cools all of our bedrooms with a small ceiling vent in each room. It's so quiet I have to put my hand directly in front of the vent to know that its running. I've also called them for many smaller projects. They have serviced my boiler, re-routed plumbing, cleared clogged pipes, serviced shower fixtures etc. and all work was completed well and in a timely manner. T-Mark is incredibly responsive and every employee that I've worked with from the owner, to the installation professionals, to the service professionals, to the people who answer the phones are kind, courteous and professional. They are an excellent company to work with!

My furnace was installed five years ago, since then I've had to have the ignition switch changed twice by the same company who installed the furnace. I decided to call a different company Jeff from T-Mark came out and was extremely helpful and pleasant and I now have heat. This company also installed my beautiful walk-in shower. These guys are friendly, efficient and most of all...they know what they are doing!

After getting several quotes, we had T-Mark replace our AC in 2020 and our boiler in 2022. Both times we experienced excellent customer service. They were able to accommodate our requests, and even made themselves available for a Saturday installation! The techs were very friendly and took the time to show us how both systems worked in detail. Highly recommended!

I called about a leaking pipe under my tub late in the day and Ryan was there first thing in the morning and got it fixed. He did great work and was also kind to my dog.

Called them out to look at our boiler and was quoted 1800 to repair it or 6000 to replace it. I’ve worked in the industry and know how these things work. Called out another company and was told 600 to fix it and 4000 to replace it. Safe to say we had it repaired for the 600. If you want over priced service then these are your guys. If you want your stuff fixed and done reasonable price. Please call someone else

Jeff B came out and saved us during the blizzard of 2019. Our house was 38 degrees and the boiler needed to be fixed. Other companies either didn’t answer the phone or gave us an appointment for a later date. I called T-Mark and a very nice lady answered the phone and took all my information and was very understanding of our situation. She said she could send someone out in the afternoon and she did just that. Jeff B could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. This is a review I thought I had posted last year. Oops!T-Mark Hearing and Plumbing is my go to service company. Last week, I had my furnace serviced by Alex who was very polite and conscientious. Believe it or don’t, I had NEVER had my furnace serviced. Alex was a bit surprised as he shared that it was already 26 years old; imagine my surprise. I asked for an estimated life span of the furnace and Alex would only say that “you are on borrowed time”, which I felt was a very fair and helpful statement. Fast forward 4 days. I left my home late afternoon to run an errand and returned an hour later to a cold house. I called T-Mark and Abby tracked down Alex who was finishing up another job. He offered to stop by to see what had happened. I believe Abby didn’t need to make that effort, as she had me scheduled for a service call the next day, but she reached out to Alex. Alex could have declined to help me, as it was at the end of his day, but he didn’t. Upon arrival he immediately went to work and determined the igniter had failed. He had one in his truck and within 30 minutes my furnace was humming again. As I write, the temps in Buffalo are in the single digits this morning, and I am enjoying a warm home because of Abby and Alex. I am profoundly grateful to both of them and certainly the all around professional and exceptional service of T-Mark.

Jeff Blalcerzak made a service call. He was on time, introduced himself and gave me a business card, very professional. Inspected the boiler, pumps and controller. Investigated the problem and even called the manufacturer. Due to his investigation and call to the manufacturers he was able to solve the problem without replacing any parts. The manual which came with the unit said change parts. Jeff corrected the problem and saved e literally more than $100s It's called SERVICE, not sales and Jeff delivered service.

AC installation. The excellent service stared with the first contact. Within 3 hours of placing online requests I received a call to schedule appointment. On a Sunday! The project manager spent considerable time looking at home to develop most efficient and effective options. Installation began less than a week later. Installation team was cordial and professional. I was particularly impressed by their comprehensive review of project and how well they worked as a team. They left the work area cleaner than before they started!

i phoned this morning with the problem of a small gas leak from my new hot water tank. They gave me an appt for this afternoon. Alex arrived on time. He was extremely courteous and professional. He troubleshooted the problem instantly and corrected it on the spot. I have used T Mark many times for furnace and air conditioner as well. I have always received the same fast, professional and courteous service. Don't bother calling anyone else.

They were on time and gave a free estimate. They made a custom slot for the air filter and fished a new wire for the thermostat at no extra charge. Our installers Josh and Joel were very personable and explained everything in great detail. They cleaned up any mess they made and finished in a timely fashion. Overall it was a great experience.

I attempted to hire T Mark for a furnace and AC install. I have called 3 times over an 11 day period , account rep was sick on my first call . I waited for his return , no call again . I spoke with office and was told he would call that day. My last “he will call you today “ was 5 days ago . Never heard back ?? I was being patient due to holidays and COVid but done waiting . I called another company , they were at my home later that day , advised to not replace A/C at this time , not necessary at this time . Had better option installed at far less money. Thanks T Mark for ignoring me!Update - after writing this review I was called by the salesman for TMark . The response was quick and they were apologetic for what happened. They wanted me to know that is not the customer service they wanted for their customers. I was impressed how quickly they responded to my review.

Very expensive and did not do all we wanted. When we asked about a particular service, got some sarcasm. Had another company come out to do what we wanted, the other company did what we wanted and a lot more as well as re-do T-Mark work for A LOT, LOT LESS. When called, T-Mark was quick to respond and polite.

The guys worked hard and did a good job with hot water tank installation. Fair price. Did the best they can do, minimal cleanup.

This has been a superior experience! I have been greatly impressed with the overall expertise, professionalism and positive manner in which my AC job was done and how I was treated! Our old tank split and was leaking. Brian came with the new tank on the truck, drained the old one, wrestled it up out of the basement, and neatly connected the new tank. All within one hour. The Buffalo Bills discussion was an added benefit!

Liam was very professional, competent, and very knowledgeable. He listened to me explaining the issue with my HVAC unit and found what was the issue with my AC unit. It turned out to be a capacitor in the unit that stopped working. Liam checked the capacitor and told me it needed to be replaced. Liam replaced the capacitor and my AC unit is working fine. Today Brian came to give us a quote for a new AC install. He was wonderful to chat with and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right products for our home. On Wednesday we are getting our new AC unit and updates to our home. We couldn’t be more excited!

We are very pleased with T-Mark’s replacement of our old hot water heater. Technician Alec Jones did a great job. He was friendly, efficient and explained everything, before and after. The entire process took only two hours. All of our experiences with T-Mark, both plumbing and heating, have been very positive.

We had them give an estimate for a new HVAC system last year. They were at my house for 5 minutes and did not measure anything or ask any questions and then quoted us a price that was in line with the most expensive estimates we received. We had them to the house last week for a camera inspection of the basement perimeter drain and the guy showed up and told my wife we don't really do that and instead offered to just hydrojet the lines without even knowing if they needed it or if it would be effective at a cost of over $800. I called them and confirmed that they do that and set up ANOTHER appointment to have a camera inspection done to see if hydrojetting would be worth it. The secretary reiterated what she initially told my wife the first time, that inspection is free of charge. The tech called my wife this morning and told her they're not using a $10k camera for free and the fee was $250. We canceled the appointment and won't be calling these shady people for anything again.

I have had excellent service from this company. They replaced my entire HVAC unit at a fair price and have stood behind their work. I also had them replace the hot water heater (I live in an older house where no one had ever taken care of it before I bought it. It needs a LOT of love!) As a single, female homeowner, I have run into a LOT of bad contractors. T-Mark has been a phenomenal company for me to work with. I highly recommend them.

Stepped in water at 4:30 Thursday, had a new Bradford White hot water tank by lunch the next day. Can’t beat that for service.
