If I could give more stars I would!!!! These guys were so pleasant and knowledgeable. The most important thing to me was they explained everything and showed me what they were doing. The price was unbelievably fair and he even fixed something else he saw wrong without even charging me. He also gave me an estimate for some other work I needed done. Ed and Matt (I think, I didn’t get name) quickly and effectively fixed two leaking facets and provided insight into another long term issue. They were very informative, professional and efficient. Frank’s Mr. Plumber is very professional and prompt and reasonable. We had a problem with water coming into our basement - a big problem! The company continued to come out until they figured out what the problem was! Frank himself came out and at this point we are hoping 🤞 that it’s all fixed but if not, they have said they’ll keep coming back until it’s corrected. Can’t say enough good things about them!
Around 7pm found standing water in the basement, called the emergency service and within an hour they arrived, very courteous, helpful and explained everything completely, proceeded to unplug main sewer line, left absolutely no debris behind and from the initial call to the actual service you could find a more kind and polite staff. Price was reasonable as well, will recommend them in the future. Thanks to all.
I called after hours around 8 pm today Monday August 26, 2019. I spoke to James who was on call. James was fantastic of guiding me thru a toilet issue. It's OK for now, but I have to have someone from Frank's office at my house tomorrow. Once again thank you James!!!!!!!×!

Joe N is one of the nicest most professional people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only was he super efficient in repairing the leaking pipe, but he makes sure the client sees what he’s talking about and will go into detail on how the repair will go to give you a better understanding. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend them.
I had to have a new hot water tank installed . Called franks, had it installed within 24 hrs.The tech who installed it Nate, was friendly, professional, and cleaned up after himself which alot of people dont do. I am planning on using franks again for further work. Highly recommend.

We had Shane Foster and Lindian Steele complete some work at my mother’s home. They are fantastic—friendly personable and very knowledgeable , they explained the issue and what they would do to fix it and then got to work. They cleaned up their own mess, too!!! Just four months after we bought and moved into our house, our sewage system failed due to infiltrating tree roots. We had a national brand come and try to clear the roots out, but it kept happening. We shopped around for prices for replacing the whole system, since that is what we were told we would need. My brother-in-law recommended Frank’s plumbing, and I’m so happy that he did. They were able to get to our house in a reasonable time to replace the whole system. Ed, who was in charge of our project, was really nice and walked us through the whole process. They handled everything with the town and were done in less than two days. Did I mention they gave us the best deal? Our system comes with a 20 year guarantee and is transferable to the next owners of the house if we move before then. What a deal! I see Frank’s plumbing signs all around town and now I know why. 5/5 stars, 10/10 would recommend to anybody who needs any plumbing services.

Highly recommend! Scheduling an appointment was very easy with a very courteous receptionist/scheduler. In this situation I needed someone quick after discovering the hookup to my washer was defective and a new washer was being installed in a few days. Frank's Mr. Plumber delivered. Ed came out, gave me an estimate for a rather complex sump pump discharge system out to the street bubbler with several down spout tie-ins. Ed explained every little detail, very professional. After reviewing several estimates I went with Frank's, mainly due to reputation and a recommendation from an HVAC company I had done business with. Work began as promised with Tom coming out to trench everything out and lay the pipe, wow, amazed at the tidy way that the trench was dug out. Tom and his crew had to dig threw root systems and rock but at the end it looked perfect. After all pipe was buried, Tom, at my request took away all the rocks, roots and excess dirt. Tom's crew raked my lawn afterwards to cleanup any remaining debris. The next day the inside work was to be done, Joe showed up to run the discharge line through the finished basement from a preexisting mess. Tom, like Ed and Joe did not disappoint, work was done very professionally, always keeping in mind the over all appearance of the work as well as the functionality. Additionally, the above mentioned employees were always courteous.
Now, here is the part of my review that Frank's Mr. Plumber may not like. If you are looking to do things cheap, down and dirty don't contact Frank's. There is a price for quality of work and decent workers, at Frank's your going to pay a decent price but in return you will have a quality job and piece of mind. This statement is coming from a guy that likes a deal but also recognizes the risk and cost you sometimes pay for getting that deal (I speak from experience). Bottom line, I whole heartily recommend Frank's Mr. Plumber and can't say enough good things about Ed, Tom and Joe.
Oh one additional item that I just thought of, during digging, Tom ran in to and issue where he was not able to dig under the very wide sidewalk because of an excess of roots and large rocks. This would normally be and upcharge for side walk removal and a new slab poured. Tom contacted Frank and Frank OK'd removal and replacement of the side walk (pouring a new one) for no additional charge, Really appreciate that.

They were a bit pricey but did excellent work. Cleaned up after themselves nicely but did forget to come back and level back off the yard. Otherwise they would of got 5 stars!
I was very pleased with the service I received from Frank's Mr Plumber. They problem solved and always kept me informed of their progress. They responded in a timely fashion and followed Covid protocol. I would definitely recommend Frank's for any plumbing or basement issues.

The service provided by the folks from Frank's Plumbing has been absolutely outstanding. This is the fourth time that I have hired this organization and have been exceptionally pleased with the professionalism and project outcome. In this most recent mission Jerry and Mike completed a complex repair in an efficient and expeditious manner. Not only where they knowledgeable but the finished repair/installation actually looked good. Consequently, I would strongly recommend this organization and these gentlemen for any future project or repair that one might have in the future.
Bryan Randall was the plumber who took care of our problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what needed to be done and talked to many people so that our insurance policy would cover the expense. Would recommend Bryan to our friends.
We had a sink backup that was attached to our washer. The guy's name was Mark, and got to our house within 15 mins of our calling. Very professional and courteous. He fixed it and gave some tips to avoid it from happening again. Top notch guy.
Service charge was a little steep but considering it was a Friday at 6 PM when I CALLED and he arrived and fixed it before 7 PM, I can't complain.
I realize the timing was probably more of a fluke than anything else, but I'm still thrilled.

Long story short, we recently updated tile and bathroom fixtures in our bath. A previous renovation left our toliet flange broke. Our contractor tried everything to get the old flange to work with new handicap height toliet. After waiting for his recommended Plumber, I call Mr. Plumber. They came out with in 20 minutes to look at issue and provided me with a quote. Fully explained what will need to be done etc. It was a wonderful experience since most places I called were way to busy and couldn't send anyone for 2 weeks. The house only has 1 bathroom!. The best part is he came back out and installed everything. Just had to wait a few days for a part. The cost....I had been quoted over 4,000.00 from 1 other place.....Mr. Plumber was more affordable. I fact they were so much so that we had him also fix a few other issues with stationary tub. I would definitely give them a call if you need a plumber!

Called Frank's because I had a squealing shower and my normal plumber was tied up on other jobs for a few weeks and I figured I would give them a shot. Frank's quoted me $1200 and claimed there was a need to replace the shower head, spout, trim handle, and entire valve set. In order to do that they would've needed to cut a hole in the closet of a bedroom behind my shower and that would've been my mess to clean up and resurface. I decided to wait for my plumber, turned out all we needed was a $50 spout. Thank God I waited for my plumber who likes to work for cash and comes on weekdays after work... Never again, never again!

I had a problem, called the company and Ed Pytlik was here within and fixed my problem within 5 minutes. Ed was efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable.
I’ve called two weeks ago and asked if they can do a tub installation, I’ve gave the details at least 3,4 times and asked if they do install tubs, drain, and shower faucet. The person who took the appointment said yes and that they will need to come give me a quote and if I agree they will install the tub. Today 18Aug2023 the plumbers show up and I’ve asked them if they are ready to install my tub. And they were confused as they proceeded to inform me that the company does not install tubs, they went to give a call to the office and left without saying anything. I’ve called the office and asked to speak with a Manager and explained him the exact situation and he said sorry sir we do not install tubs as they are not contractors, and he threatened to close the phone. My repeated question again is why say that you can install a tub, make me wait for two weeks almost, put my work on pause for two weeks and then be so unprofessional when you see how upset I am? Mind you that I spoke respectful, not yelling, not cussing or calling names all the time I’ve talked to the workers and Manager. If I could give 0 stars I would

I could not be more pleased with the response and service from the Frank's Mr. Plumber team. The sewer line collapsed on a Wednesday and they were here the same day to assess and stop the damage. I called on Friday, June 25 because my sump pump died and they came out that day. Ed Pytlik was the plumber and he was timely and kept his work area clean. And finished the job in under 2 hours. I had a new sump pump put in and a battery back up put in
We had Joe from Frank's Mr. Plumber install a new Gerber Comfort height toilet and a new shut off valve for it today. He also installed a new Moen faucet on our bathroom sink with new shut off valves for that. He was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional. He explained everything to us, and was very courteous as well. All of Frank's team are very highly skilled, and you can always trust that it's a job well done. His entire team takes pride in a job well done. Ten star service for sure!

Brian was extremely knowledgeable regarding homes in my area and helped me gain a better understanding of my sewer and rain water draining system. He took the time to educate me and did not make me feel like any of my questions were stupid. Pricing was cheaper than other estimates I received as well! They were able to clear my sewer line and drain my flooded basement as well as make recommendations on how to utilize my home owners insurance policy for some of these unforeseen costs. I will be booking this work very soon with them to prevent this issue from reoccurring in the future. Could not recommend enough! I will leave another review after completion of the quoted repairs and upgrades! Thank you Brian!

I had a backed up sewer line in my front yard. When I called, Michelle answered and was extremely sweet and kind and comforting. My father just passed away three days ago and I have his wake to go to tonight. Besides that, I have 30 people coming over to my house after the wake, along with seven out of town family members staying at my house. A backed up sewer line was my own personal nightmare! Michele called me right back and found a plumber who is finishing up a job named Jerry Christiansen. He was here within 45 minutes took very good care of me, explained everything thoroughly, and was also very kind and compassionate. Had a sewer line section replaced where a cast iron line sheared at the foundation. The whole experience was great from start to finish. The free quote was thorough and they took their time. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect from Franks because their thing is basement repair not plumbing. But a main attraction to using Franks was my concern about the pipe replacement through the foundation. I didn’t want that to leak and I knew Franks as a company had the knowledge to re-seal the pipe hole well. Repair was outstanding, they had to dig right next to my house, in between landscaping trees and a sidewalk. With the emphasis on speed over quality these days, I didn’t have much hope for saving the plants and sidewalk. But they were amazing. They carefully dug without even damaging the sidewalk. I think I lost one little shrub that had to be dug up and the excavator driver even put it back into the dirt pile afterwards (it was winter time so I just needed it to last until spring when I could rebury it).they were kind, explained everything and got permits with the county and town. Highly recommend!
Mike came out this morning on time and is very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my sewer backup problem quickly and explained the issue clearly to me. He answered all of my questions and provided some helpful tips for any future sewer drainage problems.

Ed was able to come to my house with short notice and cleared a clog I had near the trap outside of the house. Was very honest and explained a few things, but suggested that I wait and see if it happens again and then go from there. Highly recommend.
Frank’s Mr Plummer has such professional workers. First, the scheduling agent Sarah was amazing. Second, Bryan Randall came to my house to assist with my plumbing issue. He is absolutely a courteous gentleman He is definitely an efficient worker and understands plumbing. Our water lines froze and we were water because our kitchen flooded when they burst and we had to shut it all off. We had Jerry come out for an estimate and unlike other companies he actually went in the crawl space to check things out. We could tell he really cared and wanted to help us without making us spend money we don't have to spend. They were great with communication, on time, and very knowledgeable. They worked in a snow storm and got us our water back and all new amazing water lines within 5-6 hours. Prices were fair and we're so happy. Usually we stay away from big companies but sooo glad we contacted them. We will never go elsewhere! Everything looks great, works great, and is warrantied! We got super lucky!

We had a clogged sink drain. Had a company come before yours, couldnt fix it and just left us in the “ lurch”. Your company came out , explained what was wrong, how it would be fixed and thats exactly what happend! SO happy & relieved this problem is FINALLY fixed. Jerry came this morning and went out of his way so he could use the snake machine from the outside saving us money. He reassured us that our sewer line was fine. Franks Mr. Plumber was very responsive and helpful when dealing with an issue with my sump pump. The owner Frank checked in several times to make sure we were satisfied and made sure the job was done correctly.

Frank's Mr. Plumber saved the day again. We had a few problems happening all at once (leaks, backed up drain) and Frank's was the right place to call. Anthony Simms was our service plumber and he was very professional, took time to explain how to maintain our fixtures after repairs, and was very thoughtful and kind. Anthony came to our house two times, on 5/10/22 and 5/17/2022, and he was quick, thorough, and worked cleanly each time. I have great respect for his skills and the way he explained everything to us so we new exactly what was being done. He is very pleasant and the repairs have improved our home. Very happy that Anthony was our plumber and that we called Frank's Mr. Plumber.
Professional, prompt, and helped us out late on a Saturday. Totally satisfied with my service and will call them again.

I recently hired Frank's Mr. Plumber a couple of times for both a toilet and indoor plumbing repair and an external PVC drainpipe repair. As always, they're on-time, professional, and all around fantastic! I have an old house with some plumbing oddities related to when an addition was made, and they got it figured out and resolved! They also fixed my outside PVC drainage pipe, which required digging up some frozen ground, so quickly! Thanks Shane and Tanis!

Our technician Brian was awesome! My sink was not draining. He came out on time, was able to diagnose the issue, and was able to quote the work that needed to be performed.
I was not home for the installation but had my mother meet them. She said he was incredibly personable and kind to her which means a lot.
The work was done on time, the right way, and is warrantied for years to come. I am so grateful to have found Frank's Mr Plumber based on their quirky little trucks. Brian was above and beyond knowledgeable in speaking with him over the phone and discussing all the options we had available. I feel he went above and beyond to make the plumbing work look good and not have to cut through cabinets which may have been easier on him to do, but he was willing to do the more difficult task for a better end product.
I'd wholeheartedly recommend them. The prices are competitive and the work is spectacular. And their techs are truly experts in the field. Thank you.

This is just a general posting. No service work was done but I had a great experience. I had Mike come over to give me an estimate on snaking a drain. With his knowledge he told me the issue wasn’t that I needed snaking but a whole new toilet. Other companies I had come over just stated they would snake the water line for a very expensive price and never actually looked at the issue. Mike looked at what the issue would actually be and told me the best course of action. He stayed around to go over some other plumbing questions I had and was very knowledgeable on each issue. I definitely recommend Mike and I’m sure if work was required at this time he would have done it perfect! 5 stars!! Exceptionable service and I will be a customer for life now!

I initially had a backed up main and when they came to unclog it they let me know that i can get a complimentary camera inspection. So i did. i was made aware that the line was cracked and letting in mud. I soon started to gather funds for a repair. While at the same time i purchased a water sensor. If it wasn't for them i would probably have a completely filled basement. About 10 days after inspection the line had backed up again. By then we were close to having the funds ready so we called franks to let them know our issues and frank quickly had guys come over within 24 hours and excavated the line and had it filled back up in 8 hours total. Because the line was dug up and my water was nearby it loosened alot of sediment inside my water line. Franks quickly sent over two guys to fix my water issues soon after with no extra charge. By far the best plumber i have ever used. They are up front and courteous, they dont try to make stuff up and just let you know whats going on. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

I had a terrible experience today with their dispatcher. I needed emergency service for water backing into my basement. She offered me an appt Monday (3 days away) and when I called back asking about their 24/7 service she pushed me off. Frank himself got word of my review and called me directly himself. I already had someone here. He apologized profusely, offered to come out and double check himself to make sure the lines were cleared, or whatever work needed to be done he would come out and handle himself. He ended up paying for my service for the plumber that was here and kept in contact with me throughout the evening. I really am at a loss for words. He went father than above and beyond. It's such breath of fresh air that someone would go out of their way to show how truly they care for their customers and their business. I will continue to call them for my office and my home. How can I now possibly go anywhere else? It's a beautiful thing to say this company has redeemed its faith in me.
Bryan Randall was outstanding for an emergency refrigerator water line repair. He was fast, professional, clearly explained all our water line repair choices and helped us make the best choice. After turning the water lines back on he also went to every faucet in the house and checked/removed debris that was blown out from air in the lines. This kind of commitment to excellence is why we keep using Frank's Mr. Plumber.

In the midst of the “blizzard of 2022” I get a text from a tenant that their basement is filling with sewage. Really bad timing to say the least. I remembered a TV commercial about “everything basementy” so I called Franks Basement Systems. To my surprise they were able to get a plumber and a helper out there as soon as it was safe to do so. They were knowledgeable, friendly, clean and efficient. I felt that the price was very reasonable and included a one year guarantee for peace of mind. I will continue to use this company because I trust them to always do the right thing.

Editted to add that it was a total misunderstanding be careful because they have the same phone number that Gross Plumbing used to have, they are separate from Gross Plumbing.
They took over for the company that installed our system but said they no longer worked on furnaces. It's a linked furnace/water heater system. Then, they decided they had someone who knew heating systems and they would come out the next day to work on it. 15 minutes after the guy is supposed to show up, I get a call telling me that they can't do the work! Thanks a lot!! Now, we get to go another day without hot water.
Wonderful service with explanations as the job was completed. Joe is a great plumber who provided wonderful service and customer service skills. Would recommend this company and this service representative.
Excellent customer service. Mike Russo was knowledgeable and had great customer service. He installed 2 hot water tanks same day for me. Overall 100% satisfied.
