I should have done this a while ago, but I highly recommend Hazlett. I don't have a basement and my drain lines were underground. They installed new lines. Also had a hot water tank installed. Tank was in a closet, tight fit. but door wouldn't close. Called and they came back and fixed. no big deal.

Original segmented tile sewer line to main filled up after receiving over 1 of rain. This is a problem that we experienced previously that required removing roots from the line. Used Angi to get quotes. Hazlett was the first to reply, quoting $250 + tax to snake sewer (3-4) from accessible outside cleanout, up to 65', and caped at1 hour. Also included use of camera to determine if there were any underlying issues, with an understanding that might not be possible if the trap prevented the camera from getting into the downstream line, which was the case. The drain is working again & the price was what was quoted.
I'm considering using them to replace this original line.

After the Nov 2022 snowstorm, our second story ice-filled gutter crashed to the ground bending the outside faucet and knocking off the external exhaust pipe from our high efficiency furnace. Hazlett Plumbing was very responsive when I contacted them. Noah came out and replaced both and I also appreciated that he installed a turn off lever in the basement for that faucet. I would recommend Hazlett Plumbing.

Sinks have been backing up. Thought I needed a main line clean out, but after Christian arrived and quickly assessed the issue he was able to offer some great cost-saving recommendations for us. I highly recommend Hazlett Plumbing!
I had Sam and his helper Noah install a whole home water filtration system I had purchased for my home. Sam suggested I directly bypass the system for outside faucets to save the filters. It was a great idea. Both guys did a fantastic job on the install. The were quick, thorough and left a very clean work area. Would recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience with this company! My sump pump broke, and they were able to come out the next day to complete the installation of a new sump pump and water backup. The other companies I called were turning this into a long process. When I called Hazlett, they responded right away, had me send them a couple of pictures, and they were out to fix the problem the next day. Plumbing problems are the worst, but it's great when you find a company like this to help with any issues.

There is a reason these guys have 5 stars, very impressed. I called a lot of plumbers for quotes on the installation for a waterline, most either completely blew me off--even after following-up a few times--or gave me an 'F* you' quote. These guys were fast, responsive and professional, all while being reasonably priced. I highly recommend their services.
I would recommend anyone I know to use Hazlett Plumbing if they are in need of any sort of plumbing work. I had them run plumbing for a 2nd floor laundry room. They were extremely professional and gave me a very fair price to complete the job. I love my new laundry room as everything is working great! It’s a good feeling to know that I have confidence in the guys that did all of the work.

Comments Part 2 (three weeks later): After the great work described below was done by Hazlett, I called NFGas to have them reconnect the gas line and reinstall the valve that they removed just a foot downstream from the meter. I was told (opposite of what I was originally told) that it was my problem. I, of course, called Hazlett again and Noah came out to spec out the piping and valve (after NFG did not return the valve as they promised). I was stunned to hear from Chris at Hazlett that I would only be charged for the parts (no labor)! Noah again did an outstanding job, after arriving exactly when he promised. Every person at Hazlett is a true PRO. I will call on Hazlett every time!!
Hazlett Plumbing (Noah) repaired a punctured section of my natural gas line for the pool heater in the middle of my back yard.
Communication and coordination is always exceptional. As Noah stated before he started digging up my lawn to access the pipe, his goal was to make it look like we were never here. A surgical repair indeed! This is the third job (all different) for which we hired Hazlett; will hire them every time.
I found Hazlett by internet research. I did not have a major problem but it was not something i wanted to work on. Secondary Bathroom problem in small quarters...old fixture...old lines, busted flanges. Comments on website were very good. Website offered good company insight/experience and BBB did not have any negative inquires.
Called Sam and he was out within 90 minutes, as promised. I had told him when time allowed as the problem was under control. It was a quality and clean Job that was done the same day. Noah, who did most of the work that day was professional, courteous and neat.
Very confident I will use again. I have already referenced Hazlett to others as I as quite pleased!

Sam and Noah just came out and replaced my laundry tub, laundry pump and re-ran lines to accommodate new shutoff valves for my washing machine. They did such a great job! I couldn’t be more happy with how everything looks. They were efficient, clean and completed everything in a timely manner. Sam even reached out a few days later asking if I liked my new setup. I HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking for a plumber (who cares about the work he does and customer satisfaction) give Sam a call. I discovered water leaking into my basement at the foundation on 2/15/2023. I contacted Hazlett and they had a plumber at my house early the next day. After adjustments to the sump pit and floor drain the leak stopped.
I have used Hazlett for a hot water heater, faucet leaks, sewer line camera inspection, change valve connecting house to public water line and sump pump installation with backup pump.
Hazlett does quality work, very responsive, fair price and has great employees.

Mr. Hazlett described how the job would be performed and that was consistent with my expectations. Sam and Noah were professional, polite and pleasant, (the 3 perfect P's of a great contractor!). They did a great job replacing a toilet and bathroom vanity. We inquired about getting an estimate for a much bigger, and complicated job and Sam was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the job.
I would highly recommend using Hazlett Plumbing.
Being in an older house, we have a lot of galvanized piping. Hazlett plumbing replaced the upstairs with pex. Noah did extra work in order to not open the walls. I was very pleased with the work and final result. The pricing was fair and cheaper than larger companies. When my next issue happens, Hazlett will be my first call.
Excellent first time experience with Hazlett. Having experienced more than one case of contractors not responding to smaller jobs, it was refreshing to see how Hazlett quickly responded, proactively followed up with texts and got my smaller, non emergency job done 3 days after my initial call. And, the workmanship was excellent.

The fact that he has a pretty much perfect rating (and I'm adding another) should say it. He's fantastic, he did a simple hot water tank replacement perfectly (despite a weird setup due to a previous owner) but noticed a few things awry in our crawl space. Came back a few months later, him and Noah did an amazing job despite spiders the size of hamburgers under the house. I really appreciate their work and their patience explaining some stuff to us new homeowners. We will be keeping him as our go-to for all future plumbing. Thank you Sam and Noah!

Sam was great! He knew exactly what I was talking about when I explained my leaky main shut off valve. He talked me through all my options with no pressure and had Noah come out same day to replace the valve. Our price was right in range of our beginning quotes once the job was done. Hazlett Plumbing did an exceptional job installing my tankless hot water heater (Navien 240A). Even though the heater is located in the basement, I was very particular about how everything would look. When Sam came to give me an estimate, we discussed the “plan” for running the gas and water lines. Very quickly I realized Sam was just as particular as I was. In fact, in the end, he did an even better job than I expected. From the quality of the fittings, to how he aligned the outside venting, he went above an beyond. On top of that, he is a very nice guy. You can’t go wrong with Hazlett. I highly recommend.
Update: Had Hazlett come out to replace a hot water heater at another house and once again they did a beautiful job. They shifted some piping to get the new tank to fit and each and every fitting was installed with perfect craftmanship. Two for two. Keep it up guys.
Sam responded immediately when I called about no hot water. Noah came within an hour and was pleasant and professional completing the install in a relatively short time. He took the time to do the extras like cleaning up old piping and replacing it to look good and be more energy efficient. I am so happy with this company!

I had a shower that was not operating properly. I received 2 estimates in the $650 range to re-plumb the system. Sam came to my home late in the day and was able to locate a $50 part for me online after several plumbing supply companies were unable to do so. I installed the part in 15 minutes and the shower works perfectly. He easily could have over-charged me and instead, went out of his way to help. I will recommend him to everyone. Thank you Sam.
I called on a Saturday and was able to have my issue looked at the next Tuesday. I just bought a house and wanted a reverse osmosis system installed and had some minor issues that needed to be fixed. All is complete and installed within 2 weeks. Very happy.

Hazlett Plumbing was asked to move a gas line for our new kitchen range. This included removing a cupboard with a stove top to make a space, installing the new range, installing an electrical box in the wall, and replacing a switch along with a receptacle near the stove. Noah installed a new faucet on the front of our house. They listened to what I wanted ran the line exactly where I asked them to put in a shut off valve and cleaned up afterwards. I received email confirmations of the appointment and time. The day of service I also received a picture of Noah and a text that he was on the way. Showed up on time was professional, courteous and pleasant. The work is top notch and I won't hesitate to recommend as well as use Hazlett in the future.
We have had the pleasure of working with Sam on two separate occasions. First to replace a sump pump and install a water back up system, the second time for a shower renovation. Hazlett Plumbing installed whole-house water filtering and a tankless water heater and replaced the bathtub drain system on different days. They were all polite and efficient and did an excellent job for us. They cleaned up nicely after their work each time, too. Sam, the owner, first came for an estimate to explain everything about the system, pros & cons, we appreciated how thorough he was, and that's why we chose his business, and we are happy we did. They were on time and the work was great. The only thing they charge me for 1 1/2 hours and it took them 1/2 hour to do the repair. It cost $354.00 for main water shut off. Over priced on labor and parts everything was 5 star. They need to be more honest about how long it going to take. I would probably not use them again. I would shop around.

Sam is an excellent plumber and an all-around good guy, very professional and courteous. I had an issue that needed to be taken care of quickly to meet final contingency for a home inspection - Sam came out, gave a very reasonable estimate, was prepared to do the work that same day, and completed the work quickly right in line with his estimate. This is the 1st time I’ve ever built a house so plumbing was a learning experience for me and Sam and his team were so supportive, patient, professional, responsive and punctual!! They were also so reliable and have an awesome scheduling system where they not only showed up when they said but they confirm and send an email/text notification to let you know when they’re on their way!! Excellent and quick courteous service
We appreciated the quick response when our hot water tank developed a problem with leaking! Sam came out on a Sunday in a snowstorm to help us out. We were able to make a decision to replace the tank, which was done in a way allowing us to keep a myriad of doctor appointments that particular week. We were able to communicate via email and texts. We knew exactly when the plumber was en route! On time, timely work. All clean when done. Will definitely call Hazlett Plumbing for any future needs!

Cannot recommend highly enough-This is third time I’ve called Hazlett plumbing - always responsive and upfront about services- I like that Sam will ask questions and ask for pictures before someone shows up -I get a text when they schedule when they are on the way and when they are done - Noah has been out here three times - we had an outdoor clog fixed , a toilet installed, and the third time an outdoor faucet and two shutoff valves replaced - he is pleasant professional and very quick -very happy I found this place

I was very pleased with the service from Sam and his employees. I received a very timely site visit and estimate detailing the scope of the project. A sewer line replacement under a concrete garage floor is never fun, but they were unbelievably neat, and used plastic sheeting, tarps on the floor, and fans to keep the dust down. Their cleanup was exceptional. I am very happy with the value and service that i received. I will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs, and strongly recommend them.

Hazlett plumbing did several jobs for us- they tied some gutter drains into the sewer and installed a bubbler- no small job. It involved much excavation and cutting/ repair of concrete and they made it look very clean and professional in the end. Also, I had a vessel sink installed which turned out beautifully.
Other work they did for me: I needed them to Locate an external leak of my sump pump drain, which they did both quickly and efficiently. And finally, I needed to have a natural gas grill installed, they made adjustments and did not stop until I was completely satisfied w the way the install looked. Overall, Sam and his crew were very professional, fast, and reasonably priced. They do meticulous work and I recommend them highly- I am a customer for life.

Sam arrived on time, within the time frame I was given. He completed the job quickly and involved me only when I was needed. During the project he assessed the situation and made the appropriate decisions to protect my property from any ruptures that may occur in winter. He was also able to repair my steam unit for my shower, a task that 3 other plumbers were not able to figure out. Great job, great service, great consultation.

3 men came to my house and did a complete re-pipe of all water lines throughout the whole house. They were curtious, informative and very professional. They were done in a day. Im very pleased with their work and would recommend Hazlett to anyone in need of plumbing work.

AGM: I've used Sam for multiple jobs and he always does a great job explaining whats wrong and has a very fair price.
Sam's crew basically replaced all rough plumbing at a rental we own. They replaced all old galvanized water lines, installed new drains (repairing some existing issues with the drain layout), installed new shower plumbing, and new water lines, drain, gas line, and dryer exhaust in a new laundry room. His crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite. They worked quickly and had the work done in one day. Their price was reasonable considering the size of the job (quality work of the large companies at a more reasonable price). You can tell that they were meticulous and detail oriented with the results of the project. I highly recommend Hazlett Plumbing and will most definitely be using them in the future.

I had a plumbing emergency where my main was backed up and my basement was flooding. My husband and I first called Hazlett to come check out an issue that ended up being something that a contractor needed to fix and not a plumber. However Sam was so incredibly helpful in taking the time to write up a review for our insurance adjuster. About two weeks later I unfortunately needed a Plumber to fix the water leak from our hot water tank. Sam moved his schedule around to get there asap . Very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely affordable. I hope to not need the service of a plumber again but am glad I have a company to call that I feel is reliable and will do an excellent job. We recently had them install a new water line in our old home. It was a tedious job running through length of building (without a basement). Two men completed the job. It took a little longer than originally stated, but we do not have a normal house and it was expected.

Did great work. Replaced damaged aging baseboard radiator, replaced old concrete stationary tub with new fiberglass one and installed two new outdoor spigots.
At a later date, they installed a new natural gas line for my new grill and hooked up the grill. Noah did a super job. I’ll have more work for them in the future.
