Seneca Plumbing and Heating Service and Installation

The furnace in our mobile home was giving us problems so I phoned a furnace company to assess it. The man they sent was absolutely useless, so my husband called Seneca Plumbing. Russ came out and within 10 minutes he found the problem and fixed it but notified us that soon we would need a new one.
We put one on order, but when Russ was doing the install, he discovered a problem with the roof which necessitated a completely different type of furnace. Russ not only successfully and professionally installed the new one, he also corrected the problem with the roof.
We were so happy with their knowledge and professionalism that my husband contracted them to put in a tankless water heater in our other house.
Yay for Seneca Plumbing. They are awesome.

Just had our 3rd tankless unit installed by Seneca Plumbing. 1st one lasted 20 years & thought it would be a good time to replace it (sold that house shortly after). Tank was leaking, called Seneca plumbing, they arrived the same day because it was leaking. Didn't take long to install new tank, it was also updated and installed to code. Works great. While out of town, our sump pump failed and our basement flooded. Managing this clean-up from afar had its challenges to say the least. When we reached out to Seneca, they could not have been more professional and helpful. They immediately scheduled service to our home and installed a new system in no time. We were incredibly impressed with their customer service and the work they performed on site. Thank you Seneca team.....it's nice to know there are still company's out there who take pride in delivering quality customer service.
