I called PCS plumbing and heating because my furnace was not working efficiently. Ed came right on time and was very kind mannered. He came in, did his job, and then gave me a lot of great information about my furnace. He was quick and efficient. I will definitely call this company again. Very reasonable and highly informative! This is one of those times I wish there more than 5 stars so I could rate PCS higher. Was able to get a next day appointment no problem. Johnathan was there within the 30 minute window I was provided (other companies were giving more like 2-3 hour windows and a few days out). Jonathan was a consummate professional, explaining the issues and suggested solutions as he went along. I also appreciated that he quoted a price and, once I agreed, he fixed it right there and then (as opposed to making another appointment). Price was WAY below what others had quoted.

The man on the phone who scheduled the appointment was very pleasant and professional, as was the plumber, John. He arrived promptly as scheduled. Returned quickly with our new kitchen faucet, and had it installed in no time. Very smooth process! Thank you!
Not only does this company do great work; they're punctual, efficient, have fair pricing and their customer service (Eric) is superb. Am planning to call them back next month to do routine maintenance on my boiler.

The team from PCS did a lot of troubleshooting to find water damage, leaks and replaced plumbing and valves. They took time to explain every part of job and what to do to correct it. We are very happy with the work they did for us.

When they finished working on the street and house water lines, they left wood boards with nails all over the front of my driveway, along with metal stakes with caution tape. I called the owner, sent him pictures and was told it would be cleaned up that day. Well I wake up another day unable to use my driveway as a result of poorly trained workers who are sloopy.
I have used PCS many times over the years, their employees are always courteous and well-knowledged, and I have never been disappointed with any of the work that's been done!
Great emergency service when my sewer line collapsed. I’m grateful they rearranged their schedule, because we had NO drainage (all in the basement) and five others I called weren’t able to schedule within 3 weeks!

I never write reviews but in this case it is the least I can do. This is my FIRST but definitely not last time using PCS. This company is an 11/10. They came in and replaced my hot water tank right before a forecasted blizzard and 2 days before Xmas!!!! The service was not only fast fast but beyond efficient!!! When I left for work work today, I was STRESSED bc my hot water tank gave out right before I left the house. By the time I got home from working a long shift at the hospital, my tank was REPLACED and running. . I have hot water and peace of mind!!! I am beyond grateful to this amazing company. They came in clutch, I will send everyone I know to

We at C&M Rental have used PCS Plumbing for a lot of our work when our own crews can not handle it. They are very professional and do the work right the first time. They have done literally dozens and dozens of projects for us.
Nate came to my house today to snake our sewer pipe. He was timely, professional, and fixed our problem. We were very pleased and would use this company again.

Great experience, they did exactly the work agreed upon, on the day they said they would be here. Scheduling was very quick. The plumber who did the work was very kind and professional, he did a great job! We will use this company again for future projects.

We hired PCS to install a tank less hot water tank and a bathroom faucet. They also did an air conditioner and heating system check up. We found Chris and Charlie easy to work with, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful workers. Made us feel confident about making the correct choice in hiring PCS. We had a problem with the faucet we had installed and Charlie told us where to go to get the part that would fix the problem. We did what he said and installed the part ourselves...making it an easy fix. The result was perfect. We would hire them again and recommend at least letting them give you an estimate. We felt pricing was fair, and are very happy with the results.
Excellent service and prices
These guys were OUTSTANDING! I'm new to the area and arrived to my house with no heat.
Entire system had failed and temps were dropping. They were out in a matter of hours and began work replacing the system very early the next AM. They were still here 12 hours later in a snowstorm to make sure the system was running smoothly and the house and my family were safe THEN they were back at 7:45 AM on SATURDAY to finish up details. Thanks to all the guys at PCS who got us through this. What a pleasure.

I needed an estimate and they were going to charge me $40. The guy continuously argued with me on it. So I guess they don’t give free estimates.

These guys are great! They came out for a sewer clean out. Spent quite a bit of time clearing the line. Had trouble again later and they came back out no problem, no charge and cleaned it again. I was very pleased with the service. They are very prompt.
I cannot say enough good things. One of the worst things that can go wrong as a homeowner happened on the coldest night of the winter for us: our furnace stopped working. I spoke with owner Chris that night and he patiently walked me through all the steps to see what was wrong. He then sent his guys out next the NEXT DAY to install. Mark and Adam were here from 8am until after 6pm in our heatless home installing a new furnace so we could have heat again. They were professional, kind, and helpful the whole time. This was the most stressful and financially straining events to happen since owning a home, and PCS made it as painless and affordable as possible. I am so incredibly grateful for their great service and would highly recommend.

Bathtub faucet broke. I had to turn main valve off, no water in house. This was later at night. Pcs was there in a hour and fixed it in 1/2 hour. Very nice person did the work. True professional and highly recommend pcs!

First time home owner here. Just bought our house and my kids clogged the main sewer line with baby wipes. Only company that wasn't trying to make me wait a week to get it fixed. Got an appointment the very next day, Eric was prompt, awesome, professional, and took care of my issue quickly. Officially the only place I will ever call!!! Forever grateful!!!

The plumbers on site were professional and friendly. They were able to get the excavation and repair of our sewer line done with minimal time without bathroom facilities.
Wish I knew about PCS sooner! They are knowledgeable, reliable, and more reasonably priced than others I have used. When I called about my utility tub backing up and pipes started to leak, they came the next morning to snake inside and outside. When he said dirt was blocking the pipes, I was dreading the phrase have to dig. He told me they could dig in the next day or two. I told him sooner the better would be greatly appreciated since I couldn't use any water. They started digging 8am the next morning! The three young men who came over the two days were very personable, professional, and answered my many questions. Will definitely keep PCS as my #1 plumbing and heating company! Thank you!!
