Discovered a leaking pipe in my basement over the weekend. Called and spoke with Dan at WNY plumbing. Dan had a guy out to my house within an hour of the call. Did a professional job at a very reasonable price. A very classy organization that has been around a long time. Keep up the great work!!!!
I contacted WNY Plumbing yesterday, re a problem with my faucet that they installed. I was advised that they would have a plumber at my house today. In the time that they said he would be here, he was here. (After he called) The plumber, Taylor Powers, was very professional and friendly. He explained every thing that he had done and answered all my questions. The faucets are working great. I was very impressed. I would suggest any one in need of a plumber to use WNY plumbing.
The technician was on time, polite, and fixed the issue in less than 1/2 hour.
Came right out after I called. Our tech, Taylor, was professional, friendly, and didn’t mind our dogs! Great service - would highly recommend!

We own a new built Marrano patio home we have been experiencing low flow coming out of our master bathroom shower. Yesterday WNY Plumbing sent Mike M. to see what the cause was. After carefully removing the fixture and checking various possibilities he found that this fixture had a restriction in the valve assembly. Well after he fixed the restriction our shower now works the way the show room shower worked with force another words great. Mike is professional a true journeyman he didn't just try to talk his way out of fixing the problem he fixed it for that we are very grateful and would recommend him and WNY Plumbing to all of our friends.

I was told by my washing machine delivery man that I needed new shut off valves. I called WNY plumbing because they had done work for my mother and she was happy with them, when my service guy Kyle showed up he told me I didn’t need new shut off valves just a little tightening and didn’t even charge me a service fee. I definitely recommend if only for their honesty WNY Plumbing!!!
Ricky from WNY is the BEST. Some water came from our storm pipe line. We called several companies to come and take a look. Most of these companies have very high google review, such as 5.0, 4.9, etc. One of them gave us a 4k quota and told us we need a new bubbler system; another one gave us a 2k quota and told us one pipe needs to be replaced after sending snake and camera down to the pipe. Ricky came several days ago and told us it is just because the pipe is blocked and he successfully drained it within one hour - saving us lots of money. He is very professional!! Definitely choose WNY when there is a pluming issue next time.
Used WNY Plumbing 2 times this summer (2021). Both times they were able to schedule visits within a week. Mike expertly installed our bidet seat, new toilet and a second hot water tank in no time with no mess.
Can't say enough good things about Plumber Mike: knowledgeable, experienced, pleasant and professional start the list.

Great job. Very friendly and explained everything well. Very pleased and cleaned up so well we couldn't tell that they were there.

Would not recommend. They do not honor their warranty repair. They installed a kitchen faucet which started leaking after some time. The repair was performed and billed by them, then the leak started a few weeks afterwards.After calling them twice, the answer was Will call you back - they never did. Feel disrespected.

Kyle was on time. Explained everything he had to do. Replaced 2 toilets, kitchen sink and faucet, made it fit the space, installed two new bathroom sinks and faucets, installed a new sump pump and back up system in under 6 hours. Removed all the old stuff and all the packing. Took me thru for a walk thru and made sure I was satisfied. The only thing is the new toilets are a bit too high. But overall everything was great. I’ll use WNY plumbers again if I need them.
Mike knows what he is doing and there are never any issues, Wny did the original install on our house when it was built in 2008 and have serviced ever since with no problems or concerns

Excellent response and professionalism with an item under warranty from a new build.
We’ve used WNY Plumbing since we moved here in 2006. Over the years they’ve installed a water heater, replaced a sink, repaired a sink, and fixed our toilets a time or two. Their service person has been on time or was courteous enough to let me know if they were running late. The repairs have always been thorough. As a small business owner myself I can say that they check all the boxes regarding good service, reasonable pricing and customer service.
We have used WNY Plumbing and are quite satisfied with their service and prices. Mike, our service tech, is very thorough and completed the job to our satisfaction. He called to tell us when he was on his way, very aware of the covid requirements, treated us with respect, and willing to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend WNY Plumbing.

We have used WNY plumbing multiple times. Last time was for a new hot water tank, this time was for a water line repair, faucet and toilet installation. Excellent service. Mike and Tyler installed a part for my water heater. While installing the part, Mike noticed a slight air leak on the air intake which he fixed. They both have a great sense of humor and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend WNY plumbing.

Super pleasant staff on the phone . Plumber called first to let me know he'd be there within 1/2 hour. Fixed the issue with no mess, no fuss. Even asked if there were any other issues I needed fixed while he was on premises. Reasonable cost and very professional. Highly recommend.

called AM, visited PM, diagnosed problem which i already knew. (heat exchanger water supply inside unit burst in a 12 year old tankless system). They replaced next day. Mike and Tyler were efficient and did good work removing and reinstalling new unit.
Taylor Powers, licensed journeyman plumber was excellent. He made sure the job was done right before he left. Excellent customer service. I would definitely call WNY Plumbing again if I had an issue. Thank you Taylor for a job well done.

I'm very happy with the overall service we received earlier this week. I had a clog in the kitchen sink. They gave me pricing over the phone and were up front about expectations. Within a few hours, we received a call saying they were going to be there soon. Upon arrival, they were friendly, assessed the situation and got right to work. Brad gave some feedback and left the area clean when he was finished. They would be the first call I make if I needed a plumber in the future.
Plumber (Ricky) installed a walk-in bathtub and a gas hookup for a dryer. He was prompt, professional, and did excellent work. Highly recommend.

WNY Plumbing is one of the best in the Business. I am Chairman of the Lake View Fire District and use them exclusively for any problems we have in either one of our 2 District Buildings. They have taken care of Tank-less water heater installation, outside drain tile problems, indoor trench drains running slowly in our truck room... the list goes on and on. Good value in my mind, the unit I needed would have been roughly half the price they quoted, leaving the rest for supplies and labor. Highly doubt I could have done the job myself any faster, cheaper, or easier.
Outside of that, this was as smooth a process as could be. I called for an quote, within two days I had the number, and within two business days of that I had a new water heater. No fuss, no delays, no surprises.
All in all, I got a nice new water heater, installed correctly/professionally, without having to do more than make a couple calls. What's not to like?

I have a new house I purchased from Natale Builders in Nov'20, and WNY was contracted for the entire plumbing. I called WNY, when I took an extended soak in my second floor tub, and the morning after noticed some water seepage in the first floor dining room ceiling. Mike was amazing from the start. He was on time and extremely courteous. He diagnosed the source of leak, which was a loose overflow cap/gasket in the second floor tub which was causing some seepage in the first floor ceiling along the seams. He sealed it with a silicone sealant, and mentioned writing a report to cover the ceiling repairs...i will comment on that part once its done. But, coming back to Mike's service, its refreshing to see that excellent customer service still exists. (He even gave me some helpful advice about my water softener :)

They seem like nice people, but take absolutely no pride in their work as well can snap and be very abusive at times. Would not recommend.
WNY Plumbing was the contractor used by our home builder a few years ago. WNY Plumbing has continued to provide excellent customer service since then. Most recently, Mike installed hot water outdoor faucets to my home and neighbor’s home. We added them for the resurfacing our pond for the kids to play hockey on through the winter. Mike has done a few other installs for us and been very accommodating with great interactions. Mike also takes the time to answer any questions and ensures that you have a full understanding of services provided along with the associated costs. After installation was completed, I have asked Mike and the WNY Plumbing to send a proposal for roughing plumbing for a full basement bathroom. After the years of quality service and the continuity of mostly dealing with Mike, we are confident that they will do a fantastic job with the new bathroom.
