Strongly suggested! In the dead of winter, we had to get a new boiler. Steve made time in his schedule for me despite his heavy workload. His team arrived on time, did a great job, and was pleasant to work with. As far as I can tell, the job was excellent, and the price was fair. Without a doubt, I'll hire Wichita Drain Clean & Plumbing services again.

DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. They are scam artists.

These guys came to my house TWICE because I had a blockage in the main line.

The service tech (same guy both times), INSISTED I didn’t have an outside access to the main line a small recommended I install one and clean it that way... minimum $1500 up to $3000.

They have all these financing options where you can put it on credit and honestly, I was close to pulling the trigger.

The next morning, I called another, local plumber (JM Plumbing... call them, they’re great) and guess what they found... the OUTSIDE ACCESS I DONT HAVE.

The cleaning for that was only a few hundred bucks. I’m SO GLAD I called and got a second opinion.

It’s honestly disappointing that a company with this kind of ethical issues can be so successful. My advice: STAY AWAY.

Nathan the main technician was extremely professional and explained things as they were working on them and what needed to be done. they were a great crew of guys and I would recommend them to anyone and will use them if need be again!

Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.

I noticed an odor coming from the basement. Come to find out, my floor drain had backed up about a gallon of something. I called to schedule an appointment and to my surprise they were able to send a technician out same day. They called before the technician arrived to verify timing was going to work. The technician was very professional. Twenty minutes later, problem solved. Great job!

I have called upon 3D on the electric and for plumbing, and my experience has been excellent. The electricians and plumbers are professional and know their stuff; truly impressive and entirely honest. They have earned my confidence and trust.

I had an appointment set, which they called and cancelled, and said I would be called to reschedule either that day or the next. 3 days later I still haven't heard from them, so I scheduled with a competitor. Apparently my business isn't that important to them!
