When I contacted Mr rooter it was to repair a burst piece of CPVC pipe in a crawl space beneath my home, and when Tim showed up on site he listened to what I knew of the problem and let me know how he'd like to proceed with his repair. His willingness to speak on the level with me and ask if I was alright with him exchanging the CPVC for Pex was extremely welcome.

Great company. They were able to get us worked in the next day when we called for service. Chris was very professional over the phone and very friendly. Joe was our tech that came out and he was amazing. Had the job done quickly and professionally. Great price, great work and friendly people. We will be hiring them again and we will recommend them. March 9, 2017 service date.Matthew was prompt, professional, efficient, and personable. Surprised to see only Matthew, no assistant. We had 3 toilets removed and replaced. Matthew completed all his tasks under 4 hours Boom! Better than the quote received from Jim Bower. I pleased to provide this review. We will save water and money with Kohler Cimmarron 1.28 Water Sense toilets we purchased.Why 4 out of 5? Finish: 2 reasons. 1) Matthew had to return and repair a leak from the tank gasket that did not seat properly. 2) We have a wood floor in the half bath and Matthew used caulk to seal the base. It can be argued that if we had carpet in the bath would he have used caulking?
