I was dissapointed in the labor charges. I was told $90 for the first hour and $22.50 for every 15 minutes after that. I didn't expect that the time started when the technician was on his way to my house, or that it included the 45 minutes it took him to go get parts, or that they round up so 6 minutes gets charged as 15. The technician was actually in my house working about 30 minutes yet I was charged for 1 hour and 45 minutes. This may be standard but it was not what I expected. I'm not sure why the parts weren't in his truck. Disappointed.

Had a leaking outdoor hydrant that caused the water to the house to be shut off. Called first thing Monday morning and They were on site working by 10:00. Really appreciate the prompt response.

We noticed a musty smell coming from our bathroom cabinets. When we pulled the vanity away from the wall, we noticed a large crack in our old drainage piping. I called 3D and someone was at our home within 2 hours. They cut and removed the old pipe and replaced it with a new one in less than an hour. Now I can use my bathroom sink again! Thanks

Water heater was leaking like a river at bottom. My regular plumber didn’t have an appointment until the next day. These guys were full but fit me into the schedule within a few hours. Called when he was on the way and got my old water heater replaced in about an hour. Fast, friendly, and honest. Now I have 2 plumbers I can rely on.

I will highly recommend HM Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. My Warranty company sent them out on my hot water heater. It was 24 years old and had stopped working. To old for parts. HM put in a new one. The young man was knowledgeable and efficient. After being with out hot water for 2 weeks because my warranty company couldn’t find anyone to come to Augusta. I thank HM for a great job.
