Contracted out by HomeShield, had Scott as my repairmen. Probably easiest and painless repair visits I've ever had. Once I got the request for a visit in, Scott got a hold of me in no time. Once he gave me the diagnosis, he made me aware of possible extra work and cost. Once we got an understanding of the situation, Scott went straight to it; including travel time and him needing to get the new unit, he was done in 2-3 hours. Scott's service was top-notch! I highly recommend.

I am a new homeowner and had to use my home warranty for the first time. I submitted the service request through AHS Sunday night. I got a call from hm plumbing Monday around 9am asking for more information on the problem. They said someone would be out that day between 1 and 3pm I was surprised to get a call from Scott advising me that he was in his way. He was at my home by 12. He was quick to diagnose the problem and got right to work. Being a newer homeowner I had several questions and he was easily able to answer any that I had.i was already extremely grateful to know he was the one coming after reading reciew after review about how great he was. And I am here to say no different. He was polite, professional, quick and on time. It was a great experience from start to finish.

I had a backed up line and Justin arrived on time and was very professional in his interaction with me. He assessed the problem by asking me questions and then determined what needed to be done. Poor guy got drenched with rain but did not stop him from completing the job and making sure drain was clear. Highly recommended. He did not leave until verified it was clear. He even tolerated my dogs (corgi’s)

First thing I love about these guys is they did not ask me to tear up my deck to access my broken sewer line in order to fix it, like 2 other area Plumbing Rooter companies. Scott who came out on the service call assessed the issue and designed an affordable solution to hand dig a pretty tight spot, but doable. My family worked together to build this deck and H&M empathized with our sentimental value. Justin and Ben showed up and delivered superior work, improved the current system and all 3 are my heroes

Outstanding all around experience.

We had a minor emergency plumbing issue right at the end of business day. While they were not able to come after hours, they did come first thing in the morning the next day. The technicians that came were very knowledgeable and efficient. They were patient with my questions and desire to watch the repair, and gladly wore the shoe coverings I provided to protect our newly installed carpet.

Plumber was quick and made sure issue was fixed.

The guys they sent did a great job. They had to do a pretty extensive job to repair some pipe just outside the house. They did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend them.

Never finished the job broke and left the reaming stuff on the ground. Also not what I thought the finished job would look like. Left pictures of what it should of looked like. Called sent pictures to the manager with no call back at all.

HM plumbing came to my house and diagnosed the sewer problem very quicky after they were dispatched from AHS.
They unclogged and resolved the issue, and throughly explained the situation!
They seemed very polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

We have an American Home Shield Warranty where they were contacted through. They had repaired what another plumber thought would be a much more expensive fix. 👍 👍

We used HM through American Home Shield. They showed up within the first 40 mins of the appointment window. Ben was nice, clean, and did a great job. We had a shower that was not draining and he took care of it within an hour's time. He answered our questions and explained what was going on. Much appreciated.

Appointment made in timely manner, issue was fix and is not now. The resolution only lasted two, no hot again and the company wants me to play another 75.

This company is UNPROFESSIONAL. They were suppossed to install a tankless water heater for my mother. They waited until morning of to cancle and lied about who cancled the appointment. Disnt even bother to notify her that it was cancled or that they requested it to be transfered because they couldnt do it. They are unreliable.

STAY AWAY THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU! They ripped me off. They were sent out by American Home Shield. Guy seemed nice enough at first but ended up trying to take me for an extra $600.

He had to go somewhere to pick up a new showerhead and told me he could get me a basic one for around $100 (not covered by AHS). An hour or so later he calls and tells me the only one he can find is closer to $200 and asks me if that's okay. We figure hey at least it will be a nicer one than we planned. He comes back and installs it fine.

He ended up telling us he was unable to complete the rest of the repair and quoted us another $600 (also not covered by AHS) to tear out and replace our wall and sink behind the shower. Told him we'd think about that one and let them know if we decided to go ahead.

After I paid and he left, I realized he never left me the box or receipt for the shower head. I texted him asking for it so I could use the manufacturer warranty if needed, but he insisted I didn't need it for reasons. I contacted his manager who said he'd contact to the repairman to get me the receipt. Never heard from them again, even after I tried reaching out again.

Saw the same showerhead selling for under $100. It's already acting weird, and now I don't have any kind of proof of purchase to get a warranty replacement.

I was warned that AHS and anyone contracted to work for home warranty companies were at worst a scam and at best a waste of money. I should have listened.

Edit: Turns out that the only problem with the $600-to-fix-shower-handle was a missing O-ring. The parts were new, so it's almost like someone took the new part and removed the ring to claim that it was a bigger problem so they could squeeze the extra money out of me.

Service tech arrived when stated and job was completed in a timely manner.

Scott was very prompt and professional. He completed the work in a timely man or. He asked for photos of the old hot water heater. That was great because it really sped things up!

The two young men that come here they were very professional and very nice. They can first time on Friday and they took care of us by putting them in my lock out on the hot water heater so we could at least have water in the house. And when they come to install it was one two three they were done they cleaned up after himself and we're very nice.

I will highly recommend HM Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. My Warranty company sent them out on my hot water heater. It was 24 years old and had stopped working. To old for parts. HM put in a new one. The young man was knowledgeable and efficient. After being with out hot water for 2 weeks because my warranty company couldn’t find anyone to come to Augusta. I thank HM for a great job.

After a week of waiting for my home warranty to approve the replacement of my waterheater replacement thus company canceled the morning it was to be done. They didn't even contact me to tell me, I had to call them and then was lied to. Not trustworthy, not reliable, and unprofessional.

They did not diagnose the problem correctly, requiring a refund, which took a month, requiring me to file a complaint with the Credit Card company.

My repairs were done through my home insurance, and I am so glad they sent this business to do the work! They communicated well, did an excellent job, and left no mess. I couldn't be happier.

We went thru American Home Shield and they assigned us HM Plumbing. Someone was suppose to be out on a Saturday between 11:00 - 2:00. Nobody showed up and not even a call back to let us know that nobody would be coming out. Very unprofessional! Would not recommend.

I made an appointment for them to be here to fix my plumbing and they didn't show. When I called they said they never put the appointment in their system and I was SOL until next week. I have a house full of people and we have been without water all week. The lady did not take any responsibility for making a mistake and had zero empathy for our situation. It was a very negative experience. The customer service was terrible.

Placed a repair ticket through our home warranty. HM were assigned the job. They were very quick to call and arrange a date/time, the arrived right when they said they would and carried out a quick and efficient service. Very polite couple of guys and they replaced our faulty unit in no time at all.

I had a home warranty which assigned my hot water heater repair to hm plumbing they sent their technician out I believe his name was Scott he told them that I needed $930 more work that I had to pay for in order to replace the hot water heater after turning them in to the better Business bureau and the attorney general's office they finally showed up over a month later to repair my hot water heater they did not replace all the items that they stated needed to be replaced in order to do the they did not replace the gas valve or the flue I'm not impressed with the American home warranty or HM plumbing with over 30 days to get the job done they did finally fix it with no extra charge to me account attorney general office contacted them

Scott was able to come fix my shower just two days after I asked him for help. He was able to determine where my shower was leaking and how to fix it so quickly! He knows his stuff and I will never use another plumber!

Nick was the best ! Was professional and responsive! Was very easy to work with. We will use him again when needed for sure !
