Never met Patrick or spoke with him and he shows up on my door step demanding payment and if I didn't pay him he threatened to get a foreclosure on my house. Not once did I receive a bill or phone call from him. I wasn't even the one who hired him. Very unprofessional.

Called this business after an unhelpful visit by Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Danny was responsive, had good communication, and was prompt. He isolated the issue within minutes and had the problem cleared within 30-45 minutes. All at reasonable (aka awesome) price.

I asked him for his opinion on if we needed to replace our pipes, and he gave an honest assessment and recommendations. I will recommend Dutchman to anyone who asks and I am confident that we have found a go-to for plumbing needs!

Clogged kitchen sink... called around and the soonest Contractor could come out FRIDAY (4 days later!) so I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they came over within 30 mins! Tech was friendly, fast, and professional.
