Bob's Sewer Service

We were referred to Bob's Sewer Service on a referral from Bower Plumbing. We spoke with I think Lonnie on the phone and after listening to our issue he agreed to come by after finishing the job he was on. They fixed our issue in a matter of time were most courteous professional and priced right for the service performed. Highly Recommend!

Service was good, but when it came to billing, they forgot to bill me, and then when they did bill me, they didn’t have an address on their invoice. I googled their address and apparently it was incorrect. They called looking for their money so I told them I mailed it a week prior, then they asked if I would mail a new check or if they could pick one up. I now have to do a stop pay on the other check and resend a new one out. I work for a business so envelopes get trashed before I get to pay the bill. Honestly if they had the address on the invoice that would have solved everything, most companies have it there, with a date. Someone needs to update your website too, everything is electronic now-a-days and people appreciate current info on websites.

DO NOT hire Mr. Barnes or anyone associated with him!!! Heck of a nice guy but doesn't stand behind his work. He charged us for pulling a permit which he never pulled therefore his work wasn't inspected. He installed a new septic tank for us but didn't hook it to the lateral lines correctly so it will not drain. It's been over 3 years and he gives nothing but lip service about showing up to fix it and make things right.

I did not use him

His attitude was rude, acted like he was being inconvenienced, very over priced take your money and go else where.

Lonnie and Nathan are true professionals. They came out today to clean my drains and did a great job. They were neat and friendly. The prices are reasonable and they cleaned up after the job. They are a family business and I'm willing to support small business. I recommend them 100%

Our sewer backed up into our basement bathroom over the weekend and our plumber recommended to call Lonnie. I called him on Monday and he was able to come out the same day and was very professional and helpful in diagnosing our problem and giving us some options and suggestions.
