Service was good, but when it came to billing, they forgot to bill me, and then when they did bill me, they didn’t have an address on their invoice. I googled their address and apparently it was incorrect. They called looking for their money so I told them I mailed it a week prior, then they asked if I would mail a new check or if they could pick one up. I now have to do a stop pay on the other check and resend a new one out. I work for a business so envelopes get trashed before I get to pay the bill. Honestly if they had the address on the invoice that would have solved everything, most companies have it there, with a date. Someone needs to update your website too, everything is electronic now-a-days and people appreciate current info on websites.
