Dutchman's Drain and Sewer

Had a particularly bad case of roots from a huge silver maple clogging the sewer line out back. He arrived right when he said he would and was very knowledgeable and did a VERY thorough job. And he did it for the best price in town. Total professional. I would recommend him to everyone.

I have used Dutchman's service multiple times to clean out the sewer and a floor drain. Each time they have been able to come promptly and complete the job quickly, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Dutchman’s is simply the best. Our sewer was backing up into our entire house. After another company had come out and not been able to fix it for 2 hours. Dutchman’s came out and had it fixed in 45 minutes. The other company had stated we would need a sewer line replacement. Dutchman’s work was thorough and showed us we weren’t going to need that at all. You have to appreciate a service company that doesn’t oversell you things you don’t need. Great service, pending parts needed, only service I call

Very quick. Called them to see if they could clean my sewer drain from tree roots on such short notice. They were their later on that day, just able to fit me in before the end of their work day. Charged me way cheaper then what all the other plumbing services Reddi Industries, Mr. Rooter, Reddi Rooter normally charged. The place to call if you get tree rooting pretty regularly.

Our main sewer was clogged for a few days, our home warranty contractor (the clogmaster) said they couldn't come out for 2 days the clogmaster was very unempathetic. Danny from the Dutchman came out Saturday morning first thing and I called Friday afternoon. He was on time and polite and fast and very informative. Im going to use them every year for my regular sewer maintenance. They are awesome. Saved our butts and were very well priced in my opinion.

I had a problem involving sewage coming out of the pipe my washing machine was draining into. I have a home warranty who sent my service request to a different plumbing company who I heard nothing from for over a day. I decided I would go to my trusted drain and sewer company Dutchmans. They had someone out that same day within hours and they had me functional for the time being but needed to bring out heavy equipment for a permanent repair. They returned two days later and dug up the main line that had been broken, replaced it and installed a two way clean out for a very reasonable price (1/4 of some other online estimates I saw). I have been pleased every time I use this company, they are honest, do what they say they are going to do and you don't feel scammed when you settle up your bill. I only took the time to write this because when a company is honest and hard working I believe it's the consumers job to spread the word so good business thrives.

We are very pleased with our experience. Dennis came first thing in the morning, cleared our drain line and replaced a leaking hose. He cleaned and made sure there was no mess before he left. We received a better service than what we have experienced before with the bigger names, but also with a better price. We will definitely call them right away next time we experience a problem.

We have the old orangeburg piping for our sewer line and it has to be cleaned out every spring because of roots. Dennis, from Dutchman's, has come out three years in a row and has been consistently professional and punctual. He also takes time to answer questions and explain things. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. Also, as of May, 2017, Dutchman's charges $130 for this job while other companies charge from $150 to $215. Thank you, Dutchman's!

The Dutchman came right out after his last job, hated to tell him my drain clean out was in the basement..but not batting an eye, let's get right to it...this guy is very polite and works that sewer machine cable like a surgeon. Told me he believed I had tiles instead of pipe for a sewer..just by feeling the line as he worked..Well worth the low price..expecting to pay more. l BRW

My sewer backed up on a Sunday evening. As I have been in my house a long time and have had this happen before, I called my regular plumber. He kindly informed me he no longer goes into basements. He recommended Dutchman's without hesitation.
I called Danny on Monday and he was able to send Dennis on Tuesday morning.
The service was EXCELLENT!! Dennis was cheerful, professional and thorough. And the price is extremely competitive.

Called this business after an unhelpful visit by Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Danny was responsive, had good communication, and was prompt. He isolated the issue within minutes and had the problem cleared within 30-45 minutes. All at reasonable (aka awesome) price.

I asked him for his opinion on if we needed to replace our pipes, and he gave an honest assessment and recommendations. I will recommend Dutchman to anyone who asks and I am confident that we have found a go-to for plumbing needs!

Dennis is absolutely amazing! I don't normally do a lot of reviews, but this company is 100% amazing. They first fixed my kitchen sink drain. Then they came back and installed a garbage disposal. They're so good and low prices I'm having them install and fix my shower drain. If you need any service they provide please stop looking and call them. You will absolutely be satisfied.

Danny came out the same day I called him, took care of the clogged main line by auguring the roots. At my request, he ran the scope which let me see why my problem persists annually. Danny was knowledgeable, affordable, and didn't create a mess. Considering that the clean out is in my basement, I was grateful for his personalism.
