Call Wichita plumbing company to repair my parents outdoor faucet. They called back promptly and got my parents into there schedule. Appreciate everything you do!!

Plumber showed up on time. He worked clean and cleared my clogged pipe. Price was right on par with what I was expecting. He also fixed my drain leak that was under the same sink.

Top Notch People - Sean, Chris and Laura treated my home as if it were their own. Great work - reasonable price and was willing to walk me through what needed to be done so I understood. Thanks so much!

We had a leak in our main water line and Shawn and his wife interrupted their schedule and came out the same day to take care of us. We were expecting out of town guests for the weekend and they really saved us from having a difficult situation. We will be calling them for all our future plumbing needs.

Wichita Plumbing came out within a day to take care of a non emergency issue for me. They were done within and hour and they did a fantastic job! I already have more work lined up for them to do for me.

I am very satisfied with their service. I called and they came out the same day! Definitely keeping Wichita Plumbing Company as my go-to for plumbing issues!

They were prompt for coming to look at the project. Both guys that came out looked at the project and gave me a verbal bid, nothing in writing and in my humble opinion should have been a pretty close estimate vs. if you do it this way 700-1500 and if you do it this way 2000-3500. The project wasn't that large and they had all of the information to bid it within a couple of bucks either way. Not impressed. Additionally no follow up and it has been 2 weeks.

Update 06.21.21: Once I posted about my experience, they called me back, and gave me a closer quote on the project. Quite high but a quote none the less, so they did what was requested.

We had a clog in our sewer line and they had someone out to fix it in 15 minutes! They were very friendly and professional. Definitely going with them again for all of our future plumbing needs.

Installed a new kitchen faucet. They came out the same week and showed up early to the appointment. Clearly a family business who cares about their customers.

I've used Wichita Plumbing Company three times now, and I've never had such consistent and excellent service! Before I get into this review, let me just shout out the technician today Justin for his excellent service!

My first experience with them, I had a faucet that just kept leaking in my upstairs shower and, unknown to me, a sink downstairs that wasn't hooked up all the way and was leaking by my furnace, no hot water and a clogged sewage pipe. Lord, when it rains it pours!

They offered to stay and fix everything they found with the faucet issues but I had to get to work, so the repairs were split over two days, getting the drain cleared and after discussing my options and detailing prices with me installing a new water heater. Clearing the drain, installing and disposing of the water heater took under two hours and cost me under $1500 if I'm recalling the bill correctly! Quotes from competitors were 350 to do both drains and 1500+ for a new heater that they'd need to order in before it could be installed. Needless to say, I was thrilled!!

Today's 'repair' was caused by me putting noodles down the garbage disposal and it clogging both drains and my dishwasher, what I thought was a clogged sewage pipe, and a misbehaving faucet.

Justin came out, was 15 minutes or so early - caught me trying to clean house to make it seem like I'm not a semi slob in the process - and had everything diagnosed and in working order before he left at the scheduled start time.

The faucet wasn't getting closed all the way , it's center is slightly left - could fix but it's easier for me to just adjust, the dishwasher clog was remaining because I hadn't cleared the clog from the garbage disposal after running the draino, and while it might be an expensive fix down the line, the standing water is from my AC unit - not a clog.

For helping me with all of these issues, he wasn't going to charge anything because 'he didn't fix anything'. Bro, you fixed my anxiety and gave me the all clear to take more than army showers, so dishes and clean laundry without hauling them to my folks!!

Honest, trustworthy, fair. We really lucked out with this company. We have only been in town for about a year and don't really know any tradesmen. Wichita Plumbing Company will be the top of our list for plumbers. Chris came out on time, called first, listened intently to our needs and concerns. He promised an estimate the next day. We received the estimate that night! The estimate was clearly stated, broken down, and itemized. We didn't bother shopping around because the prices they quoted were fair and you cannot put a price on the feeling of trust and comfort that my wife an I had. They came out today to finish up the job. Every worker is in a clearly marked uniform, clean cut, professional, and courteous. The job, installed a whole house water filtration system (we are on a well) complete with water softener, installed a line to our ice maker, installed 2 new hose bibs that run off the well (not through the whole house filter). Chris went above and beyond and even installed a water filtration bypass in the event something goes wrong with the filter, he also had the foresight to order a water meter so that we can keep track of when it's time to change the filters. The bypass also makes it easier to change the filters! Ok so the ice maker line took a lot longer than originally planned, but guess what, the final price came in at Bid anyhow! I was totally prepared and ready to pay a few extra bucks.

I had some water backing up and they came quickly and fixed the problem! Made suggestions on how to keep the problem at bay and I will for sure be calling them back to have them come out and fix the big issue!!

I've had this company come out twice. Once to put a clean out access point in my main trunk and do a line clean out. The second time was to snake a basement drain and install a new faucet in my kitchen. I've always been more than happy with the promptness, quality of work and price. I called to replace a leaking shutoff valve under my sink. When Shawn arrived I asked him to go ahead and replace all 3 shutoff valves under our kitchen sink and to replace a brass replacement cartridge in our shower. He had everything completed in a little over 1 hour. He was extremely friendly and did an excellent job. I would happily recommend Wichita Plumbing Company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Gave them a call to install a new shower drain. Found out I had a pipe almost closed off that came from the sink. They got the pipe fixed and drain set. Very courteous and respectful. I will definitely use them again!

WPC saved me from having to buy a whole new water heater. They were fast, useful, and very pleasant to work with.

I called them today with a blocked main line. Laura was so friendly on the phone and squeezed me in, which is extra nice since we're right up against a holiday. Taylor was at my house in less than an hour, and less than an hour after that I was all fixed up. He gave me a good explanation of what the problem was, what future repairs I may need, and how to go about getting those repairs done. The cost of their visit today was very reasonable. We hired Wichita Plumbing Co. to install a natural gas line to connect to a fire pit on our patio, and we were very pleased with the friendly service and the quality of work. The Beales are class acts. They kept us informed throughout the process--which included some weather delays (certainly not their fault)--and gave us a very fair price for the extent of the work involved. We're happy to have finally found a plumbing service that we won't hesitate to hire whenever the need arises.

After many issues, and dealing with sub par plumbers. We hired wichita plumbing company and they were absolutely fabulous. They fixed our problem quickly, their prices were reasonable and the customer service was incredible. If you want your plumbing issue fixed right the first time, hire them!!

Had a blocked kitchen sink. Left a message yesterday and they called first thing this morning. They were here 30 minutes later and had the drain open shortly.. I would recommend them for their work. I had got their name from a neighbor who had them replace a hot water tank recently and she recommended them.

Requested a non-emergency inspection/recommendation on a recent sump pump upgrade I had done. Wasn’t happy with the bends in my PVC and couplings. The professional technician was on the scene in about an hour and went above and beyond: replaced slanted piping with straight/solid piping, upgraded all couplings to no-hub metal-braced couplings, clamped the PVC to the floor to keep everything from shifting during pump operation, and corrected the water flow out of my home by running a hose out from the house.
