Unfriendly, quick to not help

Great company, quick on response time. Had our sewer back up and they came right out. The technician we had was named Tom. Tom was awesome and had a great attitude the whole time. He was very helpful and did great at explaining what was wrong. He went above and beyond all of our expectations. I would definantely recommend anyone to use this company. I wouldnt call anyone else. This company was sent out by American Homeshield and I would definitely recommend! They went above and beyond to repair our air conditioner. They came out on a moments notice and made sure it was working before they left. Explained the issue and guarantees their work!

As Murphy’s Law would have it, on the coldest day of the year my heat was acting up. 3-D plumbing-electric-heating & air was able to send someone out quickly to get me taken care of. They sent out Dave who was super friendly & professional, explained everything very thoroughly and had my home warm and cozy again in no time. To top it off, they were very affordable!
