Picture Rocks came highly recommended by a friend of ours who is a realtor. We gave them a call around 4:45pm today, a Saturday, and the agent informed us that all their technicians had just gone home for the day. We then asked if they had a 24 hour company that they recommended (because who wants to be without A/C when it's over 100 degrees??) and the agent asked if she could call us back. No more than 10 minutes later they called us to let us know that they had a technician heading our way. Within about an hour our unit was fixed. The technician was friendly and very knowledgable and the price was very fair considering our need was after hours. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service! We will definately be using you for future service (hopefully not too soon though 😉) We will recommend you to everyone we know!

They were able to help us out with a new water heater installation as well as changing out numerous water shutoff valves on the toilets, and under all our sinks throughout our home. Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

The first time we used their services everything was done over the phone. Josh was on time, sent photos of what needed to be done, then sent more when he was done. We’re very happy with what was done. We called a second time for a leak. Jake was on time, found the leak quickly and gave us options. We chose what we wanted and William did the install. Very happy with all the techs and the office. We will call upon them in the future and will definitely recommend to others.

Reggie came to assist us with a clogged toilet. He was VERY professional, friendly, and personable. It would be a pleasure to have Reggie do work for is again. The company as a whole, I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The canceled service every time . After two saturdays of wasted time waiting for service , asked for a refund for services not rendered at call center . They stated they would send an email of confirmation for refund . Never received . Never received money back on credit card for prepaid maintenance check. Will file with the better business bureau.

Communicated well prior to arrival. He was on time. Very professional. Explained what was wrong and how it was repaired. Future use suggestions. He was polite, neat and clean and and left the area he was in tidy. He has been here before for a repair and did an excellent job

We have used Parker and Sons for many services. They installed our new AC/HVAC system, new water filter/softener, and new water heater. Yesterday they came out same day to replace our faulty 18-yr-old smoke detectors that were going off randomly. Always our first call for any service and always great.
