Paul of Imperial Plumbing was very professional in all ways. Very prompt, was here when he said he would be. Very knowledgeable, good with puppies & people. Paul with imperial plumbing was an exceptional experienced plumber. He took care of my clogged shower, also adjusted the water pressure. Making sure I had hot water for winter. He got the job done in a timely manner. Is very polite and professional. The only downside is that he isn’t 24/7 but I would definitely call him again.

Paul was on time, very professional and knew just what to do. He drained, flushed and replaced a couple of parts that had been ruined on our water heater.. Hard water in AZ is no joke and by the looks of the anode, pretty nasty!

I called Paul and he answered immediately- Wow!!! We got to talking right away about the sink's problem. He arrived promptly the next day. He diagnosed the problem and explained and how to repair it. The work was completed perfectly and he cleaned up so well that I didn't know he was even there. Paul owns his craft!!!
Paul was excellent! Communication was good, friendly, job well done and very quickly resolved. Hes also friendly towards dogs.
We had a water leak at our home and luckily a dear friend recommended Paul. The truth is that despite the hard time we had with this unexpected plumbing problem my family and I are very grateful and happy with Paul's service. We had an emergency with a water heater in our house. Same day service obtained and Paul kept me informed when he was to arrive. Although I wasn't home for the initial consultation, he kept me informed, sent pictures and gave me options for the repair and set a bypass for the heater so we wouldn't loose more water. The next day, he replaced the water heater. Imperial Plumbing kept me informed at all times of my appointments and texted informing me when he was to arrive. Repair was great and extremely satisfied with the work Paul performed. I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of Paul. Outstanding Job!! I highly recommend Imperial Plumbing!

Even though Paul had other jobs that kept him well beyond a “normal” day, he installed my water softener in the early evening to get the job done as had previously said he would on that date. He kept me informed on when he would be at the house so I could plan other activities. That’s commitment, dedication and customer service!! Will definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

We’ve had to reach out multiple times this year for some issues with our toilets. Paul had come to help us each time and is very friendly in each occurrence. He introduces himself over phone call to let us know who is coming and plan a convenient time and is very prompt. Mr. Paul unglogged a major blockage in kitchen sink today. He also installed my new sink and disposal previously. He showed me my sewer lines with his camera and we discussed issues he idebtified.
Imperial Plumbing was responsive, gave great customer service and was able to fix our leaking toilet promptly that day. We will gladly return to Imperial Plumbing Services for all of our plumbing needs.

I'm so glad my neighbor referred me to Paul. I've used Paul on multiple occasions and plan to again in the future. He is extremely competent and professional, and is great about explaining all of the alternatives and their pros and cons. His prices are reasonable as well. He also took the time to explain to me what I needed to do to maintain my water heater to get the most life out of it. It is such a relief to have a plumber I can really trust.

Paul arrived at 9:00 PM. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed a defective faucet and worn out plastic shut off valves that no longer worked. Valves replaced and arrangements made to order replacement faucet. Paul was very polite, professional, and efficient, even though it was 10:00 pm when he finished, long past his normal work hours.
Highly recommend Paul for future plumbing issues.
