Called with a weekend middle of the night flooded room. Panic googled some 24/7 plumbers and the first one didn’t answer or call back, so I tried here. They answered and had someone over within the hour. Dennis was really nice and helped us figure out the problem (water leak because of a blocked condensate line). Let us know the problem so we could turn the AC off to avoid more water and offered to call a restoration company to give us a call in the morning to address the flooded room. When I asked how we could pay for this visit, I was told there was no charge. Had a pretty not great night, but am very thankful for Dennis’s help in identifying the problem and referring some folks who could help address it.

Louie was very professional, he came to my location and performed quality and fast work. Had to put a y in to send water to both sinks. He was knowledged and checked for leaks. I will use these guys in the future.

Billy is awesome! I was quoted $20k for a re-pipe due to a backup of water in my shower. When I called Roto Ranger out for a second look, Billy was able to determine the problem and clear up the pipes for $47. Couldn’t be happier with his service.

Very nice guys but wanted to upsell. The bill went from $47 to snake the drain to $200 for a diagnosis as to why it was draining slow and then to $6000.00!!! to repair some pipe. Way overpriced! Needless to say I didn't fall for the ridiculous price and most likely won't be calling again. Sorry guys.

I’ve had ongoing issues with my plumbing since I bought my house about 6 years ago. I called them up and they came and checked it out that same day. Luciano and Jim have been amazing so far and as much as it hurts to have to have this job done, we are grateful to have them being the ones helping us with the repair. This company employs genuine people that realize you are human and not just an address on their service log. If we need anything in the future, we know we will be loyal to Rooter Ranger.

Luis went above and beyond to help diagnose the issue in my bathroom. He answered all of our questions and offered coupons when he had. I will definitely call Luis with Rooter Ranger if I ever have any other issues.

You better check what they are doing on speedway&swan for the mission plaza , horrible work , stinky smell , and damage all the shops plumbing , those employees are rude and also lazy , they sit in the car for hours playing there phone , I will post more pictures for what they are doing on instagram and Facebook groups to let people know this company if they don’t finish there job right at mission plaza.

I called Rooter Ranger for what I thought was a simple clogged drain. Turned out that I had to have my house re-piped. Luciano was my go to and was professional and extremely responsive! The lead technician Cisco and other technician, Jarod were well-mannered, timely, communicative and friendly. I felt comfortable leaving my house in the hands of Cisco, day or night. As an added bonus, Carlos, the Quality Assurance employee, visited my house daily to make sure things were being done correct and on time. Hands down, I will be referring this company to my family and friends! This is a company I can proudly stand behind on!

I have had a few opportunities now to work with Rooter Ranger. I have been very pleased with the service. I especially appreciated when their dispatch called to inform me of some delays dues to emergency work they had that was impacting schedule. My biggest frustration with contractors is when they don't communicate their schedule or delays. This has not been an issue with Rooter Ranger. Their prices are the most affordable that i have found. Special shout out to Dennis and Orlando who went above and beyond to try to understand the blockage my shower drain was experiencing. 6 out of 5 stars!

I own an older 1960s home with original galvanized pipes...needless to say that is starting to become a problem in its old age. Recently there was an issue with the kitchen sink backing up, and the tenants (who are in the process of moving out) called on Christmas Eve. Rooter Ranger was the only company available that did not charge overtime fees (they never do, as I found out which is great!) and they were able to come the same day.

The problem turned out to be a little more complex, so it was recommended to do a camera inspection and a kitchen flush to try and clean out the years of sediment in the pipes. The techs were great, even with moody tenants that made getting inside to do service difficult they were friendly, on-time and courteous. The charges were reasonable and the service was quick. The recommendations were also on point and I plan on using this company when I move back in and make plumbing updates. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Been dealing with a repeatedly clogged sink for the last couple years. Yesterday I had the worse backup we'd had yet...flooding out through our dishwasher. Called Rooter Ranger out and Luis and Fernando responded within a couple hours (as soon as they finished up another job). Super professional and respectful.
Turns out my clogged drain wasn't a simple fix. Yet they worked tirelessly for 5 hrs before calling it a night. Returned 1st thing the next morning and worked another 3 hours and finally got it all working again. All in all, very happy with the service I received.
My only potentially negative feedback would be the pricing. I eventually had to have the drain hydro jetted. The quoted cost was just under $1200. I've never had this kind of work quoted before however a simple google search brought back a number of websites that list the national average in the $300-600 range for hydro jetting, with $1000 being the maximum high end. I didn't find a single website (even in typically more expensive markets) that estimated the cost at $1200.
So in summary, the service from Luis and Fernando was top notch. Their professionalism was fantastic. However Rooter Ranger just seems to be priced above average on their hydro jetting service.

I had an experience that was less than what was expected, but the company did respond to my issues and make it right.

Austin Sanchez came ontime and gave us a competitive bid with excellent instructions of what to do next. Unfortunately installing a clean out trap, camera locator and hydro jetting the line is not cheap but necessary. We postponed the job until we are able to pay for it in full.

I highly recommend these guys! Luis not only got the job done faster than I expected but was also cheaper than the other plumber who had come out and given me an estimate before him. He was polite and very professional explaining everything before he did any of the work (which I really appreciate). If I ever need a plumber again these are the first guys I'm calling

We had a problem with one of our toilets that would intermittently not properly flush. Initially we called out another plumbing company who claimed they cleared the obstruction, but also suggested we replace the toilet which they said was the source of the problem. When the problem reoccurred, we called Rooter Ranger. Their technician Saul removed the toilet and determined the real problem was tree roots that had entered the waste line through a crack in the pipe. The repair work required to replace the broken section of pipe was extensive and required multiple trips. We appreciate the hard work of Saul and Junior as well as their supervisor Jay. They were professional and courteous and kept us informed of the work being done to insure we would not have this problem again. If we need plumbing help ;in the future, we know who we will be calling

Cause two leaks inside my house. Tore up baseboards and drywall to dry left and never came back.called owner in December no one has called back. Paid them over $4000. Ruined our holiday season.

Update Rooter Ranger finally called back after this review, they sent someone out to see the damage and supposedly to finish the work. At that time he said we will make things right first we will refund us fully if not at least half of what we paid and we will send someone o jet the pipes today. Since then no one has come or called me back. They refunded half of the price we paid them through the finance company, without letting us know by phone email or text. We got an estimate to repair our home from the damage they caused and it will take about $3500 to repair the floors and walls not including the water soaked new rug and the bathroom vanity. We will be ramping up our efforts through the board of contractors and social media to get satisfaction.

Luis was amazing, he was very friendly respectful and professional he went above and beyond to help us out unquestionably recommend this company especially Luis will definitely be using this company again.

Our experience with Rooter Ranger was less than acceptable. They were habitually late, disregarded our personal property and had to return after the initial job was completed to correct a mistake which was unbelievably careless. The entire process was extremely stressful and we would never recommend this company to anyone.

They never showed up on time once, left the job constantly because they either didn't have the right tools or another plumber needed help. They left my house a mess with damage to walls and just stopped answering calls. I'll never consider them for any job ever again and would advise anyone else to do the same.

First of all they were great! I called and they came to give me and estimate within one hour. Roger called, showed up promptly, and was honest and easy to talk to.

Junior and Frank did an awesome job getting us up and running before Christmas! We had issues all the way out to the city/county main sewer. Even though they had to saw and jackhammer a hole inside our house they worked overtime to get the job done and clean up.

I had been without kitchen for 3 weeks ( due to other companies failures) and these 3 men came in on time everyday and worked so hard to get my house back together, they were clean and always gave me updates at start and end of all 5 days. Called and made service appointment with two hour window. Waited but no one showed and no calls from company.

Louie and Fernando came to my home they called when they where on their way which I really appreciated, they were very polite and professional, Louie and Fernando kept me informed about everything they were doing . They were very knowledgeable . The did a terrific job.

Beware of this company telling you, you can finance “interest” free for the first 12 months by the company they use called “Green Sky”. That’s what we were told and have been paying interest each month. And of course can’t get through to the finance company to speak to anyone, nor has anyone from Rooter Ranger called me back to discuss this, after being told someone will contact me. Bad business etiquette in my book!

Olando unclogged my nasty kitchen sink in less than 30min

Prompt response to my call. My pipes —-55 years old—- were shot. They were great when I could hardly process magnitude of problem but once the pipes were out even a little old lady like me knew that the big job was the only solution. Great, courteous workers, respectful, explained everything. Even excellent financing to help when you have a major project. I would recommend them to anyone.

I originally contacted them to do a water heater flush special. John came out and while he was here, I brought up issues I was having. He immediately contacted his supervisor and they scheduled another appointment for the next day so they could dig deeper into the issues I brought up. John and Dennis came out the next day and investigated several issues. Dennis worked with me to get an estimate prepared that I could submit to my insurance company. He then scheduled the repairs to begin in a couple of days. Both Dennis and John have been professional and clean. They placed a mat by the door and wore booties and gloves while in the house. They showed me everything they found and told me what options there were to fix the issues.

Orlando did a clean and professional job. He helped my parents with their leaking shower. He was super fast and gave us great pricing. I would highly recommend for all my plumbing needs.

The water supply to the toilet tank had started to leak suddenly and quickly and we had to shut off the water to the whole house.
We called Rooter Ranger Plumbing and they arrived at our house just a few hours later. They communicated clearly on the time and estimated arrival and were able to arrive even a little earlier than they first thought.
Louie and Fernando were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and they did an excellent job stopping the leak and repairing the pipe, as well as checking for possible leakage in the wall.
We are very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to call them again.

Summary: scam and upsell bonanza.

Called for a simple root blockage, turns out the drain cleaning special doesn't include an actual cutter blade, it's just a small cable down the line. So it's $200 to actually see the roots which I knew were there and it gets worse from there. They quoted over $15,000 to reline the pipe, which I didn't need and thankfully didn't get. I could go on, but you get the point.

Just had Aaron come out to my mom's house around 7pm to clear an emergency clog. He worked very fast and clearly explained exactly what was going on and what we could expect. He was super nice and explained things to my mom a few times so she understood what was going on even though it was late and she was crabby haha. Above and beyond. Not usually a review writer but I don't usually encounter service this good!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Frank responded to our call he was personable, took the time to educate us on a few options for our repair and actually advised the easy fix for now. We have an older home with galvanized and copper plumbing that we really need to give some attention to, but thanks to Frank, we can start planning for it now rather than being upsold through scare tactics to do something immediately. Whomever the owner is, he/she should be extremely proud of have Frank representing your company. Because of that, he just guarented your company all our future business as well as recommendations to friends. BEWARE OF SCAM,

A few months ago I asked Rooter Ranger to come out to finish a sink install that I was only able to get halfway done. They advised it was a free estimate even if they dont do any work. When they arrived the Technician called his manager and stated it would be over 400 dollars to finish the installation/repair. I politely declined and ended up having it repaired by a family friend. Much to my surprise I received an email months later saying I owed over 400 dollars for a service I never received and a solid line was used as mt signature. I have called multiple times to resolve this and they stated their billing team will call me back. Never received a call back and I waited weeks for some resolution. I called today and spoke with Roman and he advised that he would have the billing team call me within the hour.

We live in Sierra Vista and had a sewer back up. No one local would help. We finally got a hold of Rooter Ranger and they got here early the following morning. They quickly diagnosed issue and arranged for help with clean up and drying. We are incredibly grateful for the quick response and ability to have water. The servicemen are very knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and very patient with our hundreds of questions. We will use Rooter Ranger for all of our future plumbing needs. So grateful for them!

No $47 drain unclog, try more like $200. Never again. Stay away!

Recently I was on a trip during December cold wave in Tucson. Upon my return I noticed my garden irrigation system was not working and there was puddle of water. I checked my main meter and it was clear I was loosing lot of water. My neighbor had used their service and was happy. So I called and in few hr Aaron their technician came by , explained my problem , we closed main water line. Next day he came and completed repair work in short period of time. Very professional work and reasonable price. I am a senior so they gave me discount. I will use them in my future plumbing job and will recommend to my friends. Thanks for your help. Happy customer.

They came out to my house and did the job. They wouldn't discuss with me what job they actually did. And they have refused to send me a receipt for the money that I gave them. And this has been going on for longer than 6 months so I have contacted them numerous times. But they did the job.

On 8/8/21 called rooter Rangers for clogged drain. The plumber was sent out on time. He spent 3 hours trying to unclog the drsin. Never fixed it. Left a mess. He did not know what he was doing.Very unprofessional i will never use Rooter Rangers again. I would NOT recommend using this service.

Luis(louie) and Fernando were called last minute on a Saturday. Were given a difficult task of a clogged drain and having to replace the pipe. They were very attentive to the situation and kept advising my boyfriend everything that was going on each step of the way. It took much longer than expected and still made sure the job was done right. They never rushed it and finished the job so we could have our kitchen sink working the right way. They were both very nice polite and very clean and organized. They made sure that after the job was done they even showed us that they sanitized everything. Highly recommend them!!!

After spending all day trying to get someone ASAP for plugged septic inlet( front yard flooded with sewage). I tried Rooter Ranger and I got the Cavalry! Problem solved!

Billy did an excellent job on uncloging my drain

I called and had them come out because I had water leaking from the bottom of my toilet and shower drain due to a clog. When they got here the guy said he had fixed it in just a few minutes and to turn on the shower, washing machine and flushing the toilet at the same time to make sure everything was all good.

When I did that, water seeped out of the toilet and FLOODED half of my house more than an inch deep. The guy had left to talk to someone on the phone during the time and was not monitoring what he did, so the water stayed on for about 20 minutes even after I had told him to turn it off. He said he was going to take care of the water, and then proceeded to use my own paper towels and bath towel to try and soak up the water which ruined my bath towel.

He had called someone else to come and then a new person had came to try and see if they could figure out what the issue was. He had brought a camera but didn't even use it when he told me he would have to bring out special equipment to fix it which would cost $1350 when they didn't even verify what the actual issue was. When I declined the service, all they left me with was a ruined bath towel and a flooded house. These people are extremely incompetent in every sense of the word.

I called Rooter Ranger on 8/14/21 to diagnose and fix a main sewer line backup. They came on the same day, claiming that the problem was due to a broken pipe in the line. I needed the problem solved quickly, so my landlord authorized the repairs to be made by Rooter Ranger.

They came back on 8/16/21 and ensured us that the problem would be fixed later that day. They charged my landlord $5,500, which is about double the cost of an average pipe repair. When I returned home, there was still sewage overflowing in the yard and the plumbing was still unusable. I figured it was an honest mistake, and the invoice included a 2 year warranty for problems related to their service.

When my landlord contacted the company, they informed him that they would have to charge him EVEN MORE to fix the real problem and that the warranty would not cover the issue. Needless to say, we contacted another plumber to get the repairs done for a reasonable price.

TLDR: Claimed to identify problem, overcharged for repair, didn't fix the issue, and didn't honor service warranty.

Don’t call this company! I made an appointment for today and they said it would be sometime around 1. 3 hours go by and I don’t hear from anyone and no one shows. I call and they tell me someone would be out in an hour. Hour passes and no one shows. I cancelled my appointment and will not be rescheduling with them. Very unprofessional and rude in my opinion

The first time they came out and repaired the sewer, I thought all was done well. They warranted the work for 15 years. Eight months later my drains had clogged and it was the 4th of July weekend and I could not get a hold of anyone so I had to call another company to clear the drains which costed me extra money. I was very upset because I am on a fixed income. I called the company and told them they needed to come out and do something about it and they came out and found out that their guys had not done the job correctly. I am happy to say that DAMIEN MUNGUIA came to the rescue and had his employees redig and correct the problem. They were efficient and anything they did they let me know. Damien was very courteous and professional and kept assuring me that everything is covered. Although I am still waiting for pictures of what was done{these are for my records) I am glad DAMIEN MUNGUIA came out and worked on my problem and all was resolved. If I ever have a problem I will personally ask for DAMIEN MUNGUIA. I hope that he is recognized as a perfect example of an employee (supervisor)! I would like a response to my comment to make sure you have read it and have recognized DAMIEN MUNGUIA!!

I was in need of a plumber & was kind of nervous cause i haven’t had good experiences with previous plumbers in the past. My friend referred Luis Campos to me & let me just say you won’t be let down! He was very well mannered & professional. He let me know exactly what my problem was & immediately began working to fix it. Worst experience ever. They showed up when they wanted to and were horrible at communicating. Getting any information on the plan of repair was like pulling teeth and the information I got was not accurate. It was disappointing and I will not be contacting this company ever again.

Friday august 12th we called to schedule an appointment for the company to come and unclog a bathroom sink. I was told the technician was coming to my house on Monday august 15th, between 11am-3pm. On Monday the 15th i got a call from the company letting me know the technician was coming to my house at 3pm. which was fine as it was in the time window i was told. at 4:30 pm i called again because the technician never showed up, and the operator told me the appointment had been moved to 7 pm. i understand things can change but no one had called me to let me know that the promised time was not doable.

Well to start off it was already after hours. We knew we needed professional help after we noticed both of our tubs were filling with black sewer water. After calling various company's I came across Rooter Ranger. Gave them a call and a nice woman answered she was very knowledgeable in the plumbing industry as she spoke of many things that can go wrong in such cases. Gave her my info and she gave me a 2 hour window of when the tech should arrive. After getting off the phone not even 10 minutes pass and Luis gives me a call saying he was on his way with an eta of 15-20 min. When Luis arrives he is on time promp and very professional. Introduces himself nice respectable gentleman. Checks out our issue and knows exactly what's going on goes to his van grabs couple things in and out in 20min. Luis is awesome at What he does. Keep up the good work. Just want to say thanks again to Luis and the Rooter Ranger family for your amazing service. Will definitely use these guys again and not to mention very affordable.

Wanted to charge an insane amount of money for repairs and were very pushy on financing and getting the work scheduled. Got a second opinion and saved thousands and dollars! Never would recommend or try to use again.

Had a back up from my house to the sewer line. Timothy was at my house within 45 minutes and worked on it for over an hour. Extremely nice, professional and tried what he could to rectify the issue at hand. I had a clogged drain emergency come up during the late afternoon on a Saturday. Joe from Rooter Ranger was polite and professional. Despite his jammed packed schedule, he was able to move some appointments around and squeeze me in. He was at the hose within a few hours and quickly had the drain cleared. Great service.

Rooter Ranger was not my first choice, yet I wish they had been. I had a major backup in my rental.. emergency situation. I went with another company that made big promises, yet gave poor results. Previous unnamed company left in the middle of starting a job for a higher paying job. Very tacky. From a friends suggestion, I called Rooter Ranger. They showed up quicker than ordering a pizza. They understood my frustrations, my budget constraints, and delivered a solution. They even cleaned up after the work when I mentioned it wasn’t necessary. What a class act! I would recommend these folks to anyone and everyone. Thank you again!

Sewer and water line issues are tough to function through, then you add Asbestos and it becomes a nightmare. We had to abruptly move out of our home, pets, kids and all. The crews worked fast replacing sewer and water pipes. Outside landscaping was saved. Inside… well, everything was ripped out due to added asbestos issues. Fast-forward 5 months… we are moved back in. As we find things that aren’t what we expected, Dennis and Luis have been amazing in tweaking this huge job to be what we expected. I give them 5 stars for quality customer service. I recommend Rooter Rangers.

We found a leak in the kitchen and called Rooter Ranger at 8am. By 9am Cisco was there for an estimate and by 1pm Junior, Cisco and Javier immediately started working. All three were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Junior provided updates and pictures while explaining the process every step of the way. We couldn't be happier!
