I called at 2:30 on a Monday they had someone there by 4:30 same day. I needed to get an entire waterline from the street to the house replaced. They came back 8 am the next morning to do the work. I didn’t really shop around to see if it was a good deal but it was in the price range I was thinking it would cost and the customer service was great so even if they were higher I don’t mind paying what I did.

From the initial call to the end result our experience was as pleasant as could be. Rob, Brandon and Xavier went beyond the norm to make sure that the problem was figured out and resolved in the fastest and most economical way possible. Kevin K made sure that we had any additional information including different options that were available. The ability of the technicians to trouble shoot and stick with it until they were satisfied, stay professional but friendly made the experience as painless as possible.

Had polybutylene pipes in the home we bought in Green Valley, he disconnected them and installed pex piping. He was the lowest bid and also the most detailed bid. They were fast and efficient, and did a great job.

With the weather being so cold lately, my water heater broke without warning. I gave these guys a call and I had a service tech out within the hour. Water heater was replaced within 2hours. Great work!!!

One of the best plumbing companies around. My water heater blew and I am new to the area, i didn't know who to call, i did my research online and saw Tucson plumbing has great rating with the BBB and on yelp. I called they came the same day within hours, the technician was respectful, and very thorough. He explained everything in detail and fixed my leaking water heater for a great price.

Ram plumbing was quick to respond to our request. They arrived on time and the work was done very well. They cleaned up and made it look like they were never here. I would use them again and would recommend them.

Jake and Chris came out right away for the estimate. We set up a time for the next day to do the work. They were on time, professional, and got it done right.

We called Glenn because we needed a new water softener as our old Culligan broke and the cost to replace it with Culligan was astronomical. Glenn had a great product and also suggested we might want a charcoal filter based upon our complaints about the taste of the water. Within 3 days he was here to install them. They did a great job, were personable and courteous, cleaned up and hauled away the dead equipment, and it looks like we are set for years to come. One thing we appreciated was the communication. All calls were returned promptly by Glenn himself. He was here to do the work, and when his schedule went awry on installation day due to another customer's water emergency he called us to let us know we'd be getting the install a little later in the day. We prefer to help out local businesses that do a great job and we would use Sampson again.

After an emergency leak I needed an emergency Plumber. I found Plumber of Tucson after some online research. I vetted the company and decided to go with them for the repair. They fixed my busted water line and provided some information regarding a Phyn Plus Digital Water assistant to help prevent future leaks. They provided a wonderful service. Thank you! I will highly recommend.

Called for an appointment on Friday for an estimate to repipe my entire house. Next availability was Tuesday. Meanwhile had other plumbers out to give estimate. One was very low and they were able to start right away. Called 7:30 am on Tuesday to cancel and explained that I had accepted another estimate. The man (owner?) said “well great. Thanks for a waste of time.” And hung up on me. I am so glad I never got an estimate from him because I would hate to give my hard earned money to such a awful person. Will NEVER recommend this business.
