Day and Knight Plumbing was amazing! Dave was at our house within 3 hours of us detecting a leak. He quickly located a broken pipe in our wall, repaired it, and called out the water restoration company. The following day, Austin came out to temporarily relocate our hot water heater. Huge job, but the insurance company didn't want to pay for a hotel for us. Both Dave and Austin were knowledgeable, informative, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend Day and Knight for your plumbing needs!

David showed up on time with the right parts via a picture I texted him. He solved my leaky shower faucet and replaced the valve cartridges. His price was very reasonable and he finished in less than an hour. I will use this company again.

Called and spoke to Vera who booked me for first thing the next day. Austin showed up within the 1 hour time window they gave me. He was quick and professional. Great, professional and honest service, I could not be happier. I called in the morning to have a pipe repaired that split/broke overnight. The plumber arrived before noon and got everything fixed in great shape. He gave me feedback and suggestions to avoid the problem going forward. Very reasonable fee. I needed the water line from the meter to the house replaced. I'd dug the 55 foot trench so only the line installation was required. I've learned the hard way that too many plumbers in Tucson aren't honest. If they need to advertise on TV it's because they always need to find new customers as they surely don't have many repeat customers. The owner of my air conditioning service provided the name for Knight plumbing. I value recommendations (word of mouth) over songs and riddles on TV spots.

Dave arrived and within five minutes he was busy at work. He didn't waste any time and being a handyman myself it was easy to see he knew what he was doing. Along with Austin they installed the Warsbow PEX line, connections to the meter, installed a ball valve at the house along with the required copper line. The job was complete in two hours. The time involved was what I'd expected and the cost was within $66 of my expected time and materials. This is the way service people should take care of a customer's needs. By the way, Dave's wife Vera answered the phone and scheduled the work. I was pleasant to her so she returned the courtesy. I wouldn't think of not being polite and demanding they drop everything for me.

I had home inspections yesterday and my client wanted the sewer scoped and they sent Austin and Matt. They were very polite and took the time to explain everything to my client and gave helpful hints as well. They even took a look at a couple other things well had questions about as well.

We have used Day and Knight Plumbing a couple of times and we will not use another plumbing company in the future. The first time we had a pressure release valve problem, not an emergency, David explained the situation what he would do and even explained to my husband what he could try to fix it himself. We ended up having David, the professional fix it, thankfully! The second call was more urgent and they were very responsive and run on time. They have parts on their trucks and are ready to fix plumbing problems quickly. We have our #1 plumbing company, Day and Knight!

I needed a quick plumbing repair on a pipe that started leaking. I first called one of the big plumbing outfits and got an outrageous quote for the work. I then searched yelp for another solution and decided on Day and Knight for no particular reason other than they were highly rated. I am glad I did, as the repair was done properly and at a price that I thought was more than fair. They were also very responsive, having a technician to my house in less than an hour. They will be my first choice for now on.
