BEST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE RESPONSE I’VE SEEN IN 30 YEARS! Just moved in and needed some hose bibs and the pool line fixed. Glenn was very responsive and punctual. He fixed our issues at a cheap rate and was quick and thorough. He also identified and adjusted the water heater’s regulator pump that was not on the list of things needing to be fixed. He saw the potential issue, showed it to me and corrected it with no additional charge. It wasn’t just his professional aptitude that was refreshing. Had a plugged kitchen sink drain. Called at 9 AM about problem. Glenn arrived shortly after 2 PM, by which time our reverse osmosis unit had run and we had a minor flood that I was trying to control. He got right at the problem and had to modify the trap while cleaning out the clog. Very efficient and cleaned up well when done. Price very reasonable for the work performed. Will be using them again for some other things I need to remedy soon.

Glenn installed a water softener system, carbon filter, and RO system in my home. This replaced a much older and cheaper model water softener. I could not be happier with the work or the price. The system is excellent and sized to accommodate my family.

I obtained several quotes for this system; I chose Sampson's plumbing for several reasons: Glenn uses a non-proprietary water softener made here in Arizona. He took the time to explain the water softener system, the brand and his reasons for using it. Glenn was happy to work around my schedule and responded to all of my calls quickly and professionally. The price of the system was very reasonable and competitive. Other quotes, for similar systems, were several thousand dollars more expensive from other plumbing companies.

We called Glenn because we needed a new water softener as our old Culligan broke and the cost to replace it with Culligan was astronomical. Glenn had a great product and also suggested we might want a charcoal filter based upon our complaints about the taste of the water. Within 3 days he was here to install them. They did a great job, were personable and courteous, cleaned up and hauled away the dead equipment, and it looks like we are set for years to come. One thing we appreciated was the communication. All calls were returned promptly by Glenn himself. He was here to do the work, and when his schedule went awry on installation day due to another customer's water emergency he called us to let us know we'd be getting the install a little later in the day. We prefer to help out local businesses that do a great job and we would use Sampson again.

After a really poor and unprofessional performance by another big plumbing outfit here in town that wasted a couple days of our time and got us nowhere we called Sampson plumbing to help with a somewhat distressing plumbing problem we were having at one of our rentals – seemingly random times in the morning water looked like it was “seeping up” through the tile floor in one of the bedrooms and it didn’t smell great. Not good. We figured a sewer line had busted or the like and some very bad news was coming our way. Glenn showed up early after calling to see if we could meet him ahead of schedule and immediately started testing things out to narrow the problem down and quickly found that the problem stemmed from the sink drain in another unit in the building – leaking behind the masonry wall (behind a drywall skin) and ending up in another tenant’s floor – short version he cut into the wall, found the leaking pipe section and replaced it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Wish we would have started with Sampson Plumbing, it would have saved a few days of stress and unhappy tenants. They’ll definitely be our go-to plumbing outfit for all our properties here in town moving forward.

Reverse Osmosis - Great Job done - I bought a RO system from Costco and called Sampson as referred by a friend of mine. They offered me very good price to install this reverse osmosis system. In fact, they drilled a hole in granite to place the faucet and ran a pipe from RO to the fridge through cabinets. Install was perfect. Few weeks after install, my RO faucet went bad (defective part) and manufacturer sent a new one when I reported it to the manufacturer. I called Sampson plumbing about this. They said, let us know once you have new faucet in your hands..we will come and install it. They installed it at no cost even though it is not Sampson plumbing problem. Their customer service is great. Very friendly, customer oriented. Thank you. We are drinking good water because of your help.

Glenn Sampson is honest and reliable. I would highly recommend his services. We had Thanksgiving on Friday with our entire family and grandchildren. Our sink got clogged in the kitchen. The clog was 50 feet from the sink. He came out within 2 hours and was successful fixed our clog. I would highly recommend him.

We recieved a quote from a well known plumbing company in Tucson when our toilet wasn't flushing. The company rep said it wasn't clogged and that the toilet needed replaced. The price he quoted was steep so we researched other options and found Sampson plumbing on Angieslist. The owner, Glenn, called quickly and provided a quote at half the price and was willing to come out the next day! His technician arrived started pulling the toilet and found a clog (kids 😐). I had a block between my sink and garbage disposal that could not wait for attention. I called 3 different plumbers and Glenn from Sampson’s plumbing was the first and only one to call me back at 8 pm that night. he was busy the following day but available the next and arrived on time. He gave me flat rate prices over the phone on 3 different garbage disposal options which were very fair prices- I had researched prior . I described the problem and he said it sounded like there was a blockage too and that would be an additional charge to snake but told me worse case price. My house is 37 yrs old adobe with plumbing parts not used in newer homes . Long story short there was a rust blockage that he broke the snake head trying to break up. the pipe needed replaced through drywall with an unexpected adobe wall behind that.. Glenn has the experience and the tools on hand to do the job and replaced a new up to code pipe. Glenn then identified 2 leaking valves under the sink and replaced those too. During all this found out the hard way the water main shut off valve was frozen and he came back a day and half later to change that out better than it ever was . It turned into way more than a 300.00 garbage disposal but Glenn was more than efficient and knowledgeable and VERY FAIR PRICED. I would suggest if you have ever been gouged by other inept over priced plumbers that you give Sampson plumbers a try. it is so important to have a plumber and I found one I can call on who i trust to get the work done correctly in a timely fashion for a fair price.

Sampson's has rescued me twice. Once just before Christmas and then again today. Before Christmas, I needed to toilets replaced which was done in record time including picking up some good quality replacements. Today, I had a leak under the sink and the shut off valves were shot so they needed to be replaced. He came, got the values replaced and fixed the faucet quickly. He was very informative talking about my options in both cases and incredible clean. I had no clean up to do afterwards. That may seem like a small thing but I've had other plumbers that I had to mop up after. Highly recommend.

These guys are Amazing! We had Alan out to cap some lines for us since we are installing a new vanity and realized we had 4 lines running into our bathroom sink. He was on time, efficient, good natured and funny 😊 He ended up coming back the next day to help move some pipes behind our dishwasher so that it would fit the way it was supposed to in our kitchen. The job took longer than he expected but he was so nice and even took time to say hello to our dog who would not leave him alone. Quality plumber that provides good value.

I hired Sampson's to install an RO system in my kitchen, hook up a water softener, and repair a bathroom faucet. Glenn was responsive to my calls, arrived on time, and did quality work.

When one of the cheap fittings on the RO system formed a small leak, he returned within hours and replaced the fitting with a higher quality part, free of charge.

Glenn seems honest and reliable. I would definitely hire him again in the future.
