Previous experience in 2002 was very positive, but our recent experience in February of 2017 was anything but positive. Quotes were misleading , secondary contractors were overkill and unnecessary, regulations were not explained well or left us ill-informed. Seamed more like a conspiracy with subcontractors and insurance company that were motivated to take the consumer for as much as possible.Almost $3000 for a 40 gal mobile home compliment hot water tank seams excessive to my thinking.

In the middle of the hottest summer ever recorded, I wasn't very hopeful that I could get someone out within 24 hours to have a look at my dead a/c unit, but Rite Way and technician Ramon Castillo made it happen and got my system back up and running in no time.
