Had Williamson's Heating & Cooling install a new furnace & split A/C system on my house. The whole process from beginning to end was extremely smooth. The owner Rob Williamson, couldn't have been nicer when giving the estimate. The two installers Brandon & Daniel did an excellent job and went above and beyond. They were incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After the install was said and done, I couldn't be any happier with my new system and with Williamson's. I will be using them for all my heating/cooling needs!

Brian was very efficient, timely and very personable. He answered my questions and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Cool Willy's to my friends and any one that needs A/C work.

Had them install our AC, Furnace and water heater about two years ago. At the time of install, they promised free servicing at the start of the next summer. Late next spring, I called, left messages and such, but no one got back to me, so I left them a bad review on Yelp. After that, they finally called me back, apologized and took care of what they promised, then asked that I remove the bad review. I did so, thinking OK, everyone has things that get in the way. They're probably OK. The excuse at that time was a new scheduling/billing system.

Last week (6/25/20) I called because our barely 2yr old AC wasn't cooling the house during the heat of the day. I was surprised to be informed that *all* work for the next several weeks was being done as overtime. The person answering the phone told me the next appointment at regular rates would be July 15. I took that to mean that they are charging time and a half until then.

I feel that, in the middle of the hottest season of the year, this is a form of price-gouging. I found another service shop and I won't be doing business with Williamson's again.

*NOTE: Nobody said We can only come after hours. All I was told was that all servicing until July 15 was overtime*. Nobody mentioned that they had staff out sick, only that they were really, really busy.

Our AC went out today (Sunday) and after calling several places, they were able to come out within 30 minutes of calling. Our tech, Darien was courteous, efficient and solved the problem within 2 hours. It’s insane not to have AC in Tucson so I’m so glad that this business operates 24/7 here! Thank you sooooo much!!!!

Williamsons is under new ownership under Jim Owen. He saved me $180 on an accidental overcharge that occurred during a recent repair call. The high standards of the company achieved under the recently retired Rob Williamson will be maintained under Jim Owen and the same skilled technicians.

My experience with Williamson's was very positive. Doug came out and was able to diagnose the issue with our unit. Turns out it was a faulty thermostat. Doug did not have the correct thermostat on hand for our heat pump/AC unit so he was going to return the next day. He was not able to make it the next day. I called and spoke with Maria. I asked her if someone else was available. It wasn't completely urgent because it was just starting to warm up (95 degrees) and I wasn't using my A/C yet. Maria didn't want us to have a non-working unit going into the weekend so she called another tech Walter and they rearranged some things on his schedule and he came out 3 hours after my call and picked up right where Doug left off. I have cool air and found a new AC company for my future needs. Thank you Maria, Doug, and Walter!

Went with this company due to the past Williamson name. I ended up needing a new outside condensing unit after Jerry came out, took the time and explained every option and every possible repair scenario. Jerry offered a price for a new unit I couldnt pass up. Jerry, Jesse and Will arrived on time looking professional and provided great service. The crew went above and beyond in my case and I couldnt be happier. Its hard to find good service now of days, but Jerry and his crew answered every question and made me feel confident in my purchase.

Wally with Cool Willy’s responded to our home after turning on our AC for the first time for the summer season with no cold air coming out. He was prompt, professional, and well kept. He diagnosed the issue quickly and found it to be a faulty thermostat. He also checked the entire system for any other issues and found everything to be in good working order. He explained the issue in layman’s terms and options for replacement. He didn’t try to sell us on anything we didn’t need and was very helpful. Would recommend this company and Wally to anyone. The new Williamson's Heating is certainly not the company we've come to know over the last 15 years or more. Had a furnace checkup on October 6th to complete our 2022 service agreement and the guy who showed up (1-1/2 hours late) spent, at best, 5 minutes on each of our 2 furnaces and didn't write up any details of the services (as per our agreement) he (couldn't possibly have) completed. I called their office to complain right after the guy left and then wrote to the company 2 days later via email and snail mail and have received no response. I have to assume residential customer service is no longer a priority in the new company.

Williamson's Heating and Cooling service is outstanding!! I had some major concerns with a very inefficient and noisy A/C and decided to purchase a new unit. I did extensive research and received estimates from six different companies in Tucson. When I got the estimate from Williamson's, I knew they were the right choice. Robbie was very professional, helpful, honest, and personable. No high-pressure sales pitch with this company. What a breath of fresh air! I was very impressed by the skill level and efficiency of the installation team. Wally was extremely thorough and conscientious in his work. The entire crew was great. They installed an American Standard variable speed air conditioner. It's been 2 months now since the unit was installed and with the 100+ temps lately, I can tell you that I'm thrilled with the performance of my new A/C. The unit is very quiet and the house is extremely comfortable all the time. I highly recommend Williamson's Heating and Cooling!

Nick came out this morning to do my yearly A/C check-up. He got here during the scheduled time & was very friendly and professional. He explained a few things to me about my system & even gave me some pointers on things to look out for, especially during the monsoon season. I've been doing business with them (as Williamson's) for several years and I'm glad to see nothing has changed since the new owner took over.

Changed my cooler and gas heater to 3 AC units, got a price where 1 of the AC would not be in optimal position since I had a very big bookcase nailed to the wall in the best place for that AC. When they came they decided to try to move the bookcase, they took photos and emptied it, then moved it. The Ac work was finished at the time promised, but next day two of the guys came back and put everything back in the bookcase. They refused payment for the extra work when I offered. The ACs are working beautifully.

I have a very complicated system of main AC and splits all over the house. Brian spent the time needed to figure it all out, is helping to set up combined contracts that work for me, and he’s really really nice to work with. Thanks!

We recently had a new furnace and A/C installed. The installation took a crew of 3 and they did a superb job, it took a day, they cleaned up and we had heat on by late afternoon. After a couple of weeks Walter came out, checked the system, made an adjustment and everything is working fine. Walter worked on our A/C in the past and kept that 20 year old system running. We could not be happier with Williamson. We had an air conditioner issue on a Saturday that we had an open house scheduled. The high temperature was expected to be 107, and our system was not cooling. Much to our surprise, Robbie, the owner, came to our rescue just in time for our open house. It was above and beyond our expectations.

I had a new HVAC system installed by a different company in July, 2022. It never worked correctly. They were out 5 different times to 'fix' it. Even though it is under warranty by that other company, I paid Williamson to come out and diagnose it. Walter came out, spent over 3 hours going over everything, and found two major issues, that he then corrected. Walter is excellent, taking the time to review everything, correctly diagnosing the issues, and performing appropriate repairs. I strongly endorse both Williamson's Heating & Cooling and Walter!

September 2020 Williamson's completed a full duct replacement in our home. We were shocked to see what was barely left of our aged vents. The job began with a new Evap install. That is when we saw the ducts were shot. It was a big job. Drywall work and sheet metal work... Williamson's crews were absolutely working every minute, they cleaned up behind themselves, were courteous and professional, and did outstanding work! Their prices are super fair based on the market! Jerry L. came by to diagnose a blower fan that mysteriously turned on by itself. We chatted about the condition of the 20+ year old system after he fixed that problem, and he came up with some proactive maintenance options to help keep it running, plus a solid recommendation on a smarter thermostat.

We worked up a plan and he came by literally first thing the next week--with help!--and they spent the better part of the morning scrubbing down the blower and coils. Tough work, but they powered through with grit and good humor. After they were done, they tested the system and reviewed the work they did with me. They even had video!

I'm confident the system is all set for summer, and will be looking to Williamson's first when the time comes to finally replace it.

Had Williamson's out for a quote in July and our rep, John Paul was very helpful and suggested we have our old systems tested for assistance from TEP and also wait until fall for some other rebates. We did that and with the testing we found we were qualified for the TEP rebate. While Williamson's was not the lowest bid we saw they were the most helpful so we decided to go with them. They installed two new units including gas heater in October. It took 4 days and the installers were great, did a nice neat install and cleaned up really well. About a week later they sent Walter out to check the system and he tweaked some of the things the installers had done and explained everything we needed to know about the system. Great service and follow up with a year customer service wellness plan. I recommend Williamson's very highly!!

After years of dealing with incompetent installers and servicers, it's a huge relief to have Williamson's on my speed dial. They have serviced our 4 rentals and my house, and have always exhibited very professional and competent service. They are also the only company I've ever used that sent a supervisor out to do an inspection of work done by their servicers. They are very busy, and for good reason.

Hi everyone, let me tell you a little about how Williamson's treated me a now X employee. I worked very hard and long hour's for Robbie & Millie the fine owners of Williamson's only to have my last check pretty much stolen from me and my wife. I worked 20 day's straight from July 25th thru Agu. 13. That's alot of over time, I did that not only because they needed me to but to help those customer suffering from the brutal Arizona Heat. I gave 100% of my talent not only to them but the customer more importantly! If they will treat me that way what do you think they will do to you. I've also installed the same equipment in two different houses with two different subtotals on the bill, I mean a couple thousand dollars difference every thing the same the amount of work different zip codes. So if you have money your going to pay more. Is that fair? Certainly not, neither is what they did to me and my family who also depends on the fruit of my labor. Daniel B Webb

I first used Cool Willy’s (aka Williamson’s Heating and Cooling) 25+ years ago. The job was massive. At an older home with no HVAC infrastructure, they installed an amazing A/C & heating unit, ductwork and all. This year, at another home, I needed the usual service going into the summer, but also requested a welfare check. Technician Jerry was prompt and professional and conducted a thorough inspection. He explained how my unit works in layperson terms (much appreciated!) and what challenges I might face going into the summer. As I anticipated, I decided to purchase a new unit. Jerry walked me through my options, and I am confident I made a well-informed decision. (I also researched in advance.) Cool Willy’s finances and that’s a relief. Thanks to technician Jerry and Cool Willy’s I will have a safe, cool summer.

Being a director for a local financial firm's customer service area, I know how important it is to clients to treat them honestly and fairly. It means being sure all the details are covered and then promptly and professionally working with the client to make sure they can be satisfied or help them to at least understand why something maybe didn't work the way they thought/wanted , so they dont walk away even more frustrated than they already may be.
The service tech,Darien, that serviced my AC today was the epitome of a person I would want for my team. He arrived early in the time-window provided, told me everything he was going to do and invited me to witness it all. He did it all and he was THOROUGH. Quick service at a fair price. What more could you ask for?

I guess you can't trust reviews. Williamson's Heating & Cooling has a good rating on almost every site, but my experience was about as bad as it gets. I called WH&C when my HVAC system started struggling to keep my house cool. The technician arrived, told me I had a small champagne leak in the refrigerant. I told him it was an old unit and I didn't want to put any money into it if it was on its last legs. He assured me it was a small leak so I paid $239 to refill the refrigerant. Apart from that he gave my HVAC system a clean bill of health. Ten days later I was having the same problem as before. I called WH&C and asked if they would stand by their work and come by to see what the technician had missed. They scheduled an appointment for the 22nd, but didn't show up. Scheduled again for the 23rd, and didn't show up again. When I called I was told, I wasn't here yesterday so I don't know what you're talking about, and we're kinda shorthanded right now. The only conclusion is that Williamson's Heating & Cooling does not stand by their work and their customer service is nonexistent. I would write more but I'm sweating to death (it's August) and I need to call a competent HVAC company.

Told us we were eligible for a TEP $500 credit when we received the estimate for the work, and told us we were not eligible when we received the bill!

We encountered the dreaded my AC isn't cooling on an evening when the temp is 106! Of course it happened after everyone had closed. We called the after hours number to Cool Willy's Air and Plumbing and spoke to Angela, who was so kind and helpful. She went on a search and found a technician that was able to come out! Stuart was at our house within 30 minutes. He was amazing. He was friendly, professional, and explained to us exactly what the problem was. He immediately replaced the part and was on his way. And we were on our way to cooler temperatures in the house. (The temp in our house was in the mid 80's and climbing) Thanks to Angela and Stuart at Cool Willy's we were able to sleep comfortably. Highly recommend!

We had to call 3 times in the past 10 months. Once to repair, again to repair, and finally to replace our 12 year old system. Each time they were prompt, honest (sometimes brutally honest), but fixed what they said they were fixing and did it when they said they would. The estimates were right on the nose too. I wish our plumbing work was as reliable as Walter.

Levi is a great Technician. A/C went out and part to fix will not be in for a few days and Levi went and picked up a portable unit to save the day.

Williamson's did an excellent job fixing my heater. The contractor was resilient in diagnosing and repairing the problem and discovered that the gas valve was bad quickly upon the initial visit. Upon the second visit, he worked diligently to fix the valve and discovered that there was a second problem with the high stage pressure switch. He gave me updates along the way, was always kind and courteous, and was positive throughout the process. He never complained having to go into the attic to access the heater. He was honest and sincere, two qualities that go a long way. Now the heater works great, and he did a great job start to finish. I will be recommending this company to all of my family and friends.

Earlier this year I started a project to replace my old A/C unit with a new unit. The old one worked, but it was noisy and used the old R-22 coolant. I called around and scheduled three bids. Williamson's was *by far* the most professional in all aspects of the pre-sale process. The proposal was clear, concise, and with everything explained. The bottom line number turned out to be *exactly* what I paid. No hidden charges. No clever tricks. Just rock-solid professional business dealing.

The installation was performed by Josh and Randall, who were just outstanding. They took two days -- they did NOT rush the job; they did it right -- and the the quality of their work can be seen in the big things and the small. No detail went overlooked.

After the installation the owner (Robbie) came by to inspect the installation and make sure everything was done right.

I am cautious by nature, and I can sense where integrity exists ... and in Williamson's it does.

I *highly* recommend Williamson's for your HVAC needs. Enthusiastic endorsement.

7/27/2017 -- UPDATE: slight glitch required a service call. Called Saturday morning and was back in service that day. Follow-up today provided adjustments to make sure everything runs smooth going forward. Walter (service technician) was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. Positive reinforcement of my decision to have Williamson's replace my system in February.

We had Williamson's install a new air conditioning system at our house. We decided to use them because of their thorough measurements and explanations. Unfortunately, we had problems with the installation after that. We had a delay in the start date as we waited for the furnace for our unit in spite of assurances that they had all of the parts available. We were not contacted with a new start date and when we called, it turned out they were supposed to call us and were coming the next day. The unit did not fit in our space with the dampers that they had planned to use, the venting for the furnace did not fit well and we had to call several times to get them to finish our installation. The crews at our house were excellent but not really able to explain to us about problems and delays. All in all, the process took 3 weeks to complete when they had given us and estimate of 2 days after electrical upgrades were completed. Williamson's was the highest priced bid for this job and given all the communication problems, I'm not sure it was worth it.

I had Stuart come to my condo and take a look at my air conditioning as it went out in the early afternoon. I can't believe how quickly he was able to come in this heat. He took lots of pictures and explained all the various options. He didn't try to push or hard sell anything. I have chosen to replace my air conditioner and feel very secure in my choice of Cool Willy's.

From quote to installation to post installation walk-through Williamson's Heating and Cooling was totally on point. During the quotation process I liked that Rob really listened to my concerns and offered different possible solutions at different price points. He drew up the various quotes and explained each while at my house. No waiting around for a week or more to get the quotes, like I experience with the other companies I solicited bids from.

The installation process was completed by Brandon and Danny. I was super impressed with their friendliness, professionalism and ultimately by the quality of their work. It was a pleasure to have them around our house for the two days it took to complete the project.

And finally, Rob came back a couple of weeks after the installation to do a walk-through to inspect the work and find out if I had any questions or concerns with the system.

Start to finish working with Williamson's Heating & Cooling has been one of the best home repair/improvement experiences I have had to date.

Had an intermittent problem with my furnace shutting down and going into a 1 hour lock out mode. Williamson's sent Jerry and Brian over to look. Of course the furnace was working perfectly when they arrived, but the guys went in did everything they could think of in the way of cleaning and adjusting and left me with very good instructions about what info I needed to gather for them if it happens again. These are my go-to guys for any heating and cooling issues in the future!

I installed a new HVAC system with Williamsons in February 2023 and they did a good job. We had a little bit of a misunderstanding regarding the unit they quoted versus the unit that they were going to install (it wasn't the same unit as quoted), but they came through a fixed that prior to installing the new unit. Always double-check to see if what you pay for is being installed! Jesse, Jim and Brandon were easy to work with and were very responsive.

Tyler arrived as scheduled. Very friendly, informative, and easy to approach. He explained what maintenance he performed and was very thorough. I would highly recommend Tyler & Cool Willy's. Thank you Tyler for a job well done.

I have used Williamson/Cool Willy’s since we moved here 7 yrs ago which includes the installation of a new package unit 3 yrs ago. Today, a part had failed and we had no heat. When I figured out we had an issue I could not resolve I called. This was about 9:15. They said someone would be here between noon and 5. Walter arrived about 12:45 found a couple of problems and got them repaired in a timely and professional manner.

Tyler was polite, introduced himself, thorough at the maintenance. Then explained his findings so I could understand. He was honest and worked to get me a new unit . I enjoyed having him as the technician.

Called and had Stuart knocking on my door less than 2 hours later. Stuart was friendly, fast, and efficient. Every company should afford themselves the opportunity of an employee like Stuart. Stuart had my a/c going and the house chilling down within an hour and a half of arriving. Pricing was extremely reasonable for being a holiday. Cool Willy’s, mostly Stuart, was a life saver during this triple digit heat wave. Give Stuart a raise, you can’t afford to lose him.

Without question the worst customer service experience I have had. The fact is that a chain is only as strong as its weakest link and at Williamson's their field techs are nt only weak, they're awful. What a shame to sour what otherwise seem's like a good reputation of a company over the actions of inexperienced, ill-trained and seemingly otherwise incompetent technicians.

With summer right around the corner, I needed my 3-year-old A/C unit checked out. I was hoping someone would be able to come on Thursday, 4 days away.

Cool Willys was the one. Initially, they didn't have any openings, but, after checking again, they said they could make it happen.
On Thursday, I was given the standard Noon to 5pm window. At around 1pm, Cool Wiilys called to inform me that their tech, Nick, was dispatched with a 45 minute expected arrival. He arrived 45 minutes later.

Nick was the best. Professional and polite. What impressed me the most was the way clearly explained what he was going to check on my system. He also shared his 30 year knowledge from working in the industry and gave be advice about how to avoid future catastrophic breakdowns. (Hint: change your filters once a month.)

When Nick was finishing up, he had my system running as efficiently as day one. The wrap up was done on Nick's tablet gizmo, smooth and secure.

I called for a summer AC system check. Angela was very informative and nice to speak with. She explained the yearly service contract to me in detail after setting up a service call for just two days later.

He shows you all the readings on a tablet, takes photos of everything, goes over in detail the unit, and answers all your questions so you understand. We had an new heat pump installed in October, and the heat strip was on back order. But it was still fairly warm out, and we forgot about it. With temperatures dropping below freezing, our heat pump just wasn't keeping the temperature up inside, and I began to wonder about the heat strip, forgetting that it had not been installed.

I called Williamson this morning, and Wally (the technician) came out this afternoon. He suspected a defective heat strip, based on our symptoms, but then we remembered that it hadn't been installed. He called his shop, ordered one for us, and went and got it. He had it installed by late afternoon.

In the evening, we noticed the heat pump wasn't coming on, and called after hours. When Wally heard, he got in his truck and came out about 7:45 pm. The disconnect fuse was loose in its bracket (really old fuse panel); he tightened it and it started up. When he came in to do the paperwork, I pointed out how much the new unit rattled the walls and pictures, and he said, Oh, that's not right. I can fix that right now. And he did.

The unit is running properly AND quietly. Thank you Wally.

Solid 5 stars from beginning to end. Called to schedule two annual maintenance A/C inspections for homes in close proximity. Appointment process was quick and easily scheduled back-to-back, received a follow up reminder text and the technician Stuart was punctual. Stuart was polite, extremely professional, and knowledgeable. He checked the entire system, was completely transparent during both inspections. Explained where I may have risks in the future, checked temperatures as each vent output and emailed a complete receipt with images of every pressure reading, and component inspected showing the status of components across the entire system. A testament to a thorough review. On the second home, with a slightly older AC unit, he organized and grouped some of the wiring and included a missing safety valve cap – above and beyond. I will admit I thought these assessments were a little like rust proofing a car, and that perhaps I could shopvac the filter myself and call it a day. Nope. They do so much more than that….Stuart was a rockstar – and we will definitely recommend to others & call Cool Willy’s next year for our service. Thanks again Stuart.

Kelly, the sales woman and Jesse the site manager did a phenomenal job going over all the features and reviewing my home for installation. Kevin and Josh did an outstanding job on the removal and reinstallation of the new system. They were very knowledgeable and professional, and did a great job in a short amount of time. Wally, the service technician, did a phenomenal job finding a minor quirk with the existing thermostat wiring after system was installed. He took the extra time to redo splicing of wire for the thermostats to ensure everything was operating correctly. System is performing outstandingly! The best in town! The front office staff is communicative, fast, and easy to work with. Nick came out to do the diagnosis and later, the repairs. He was on time, very friendly, respectful, and efficient. Williamson’s heating and cooling fixed our furnace at a quarter of the cost that a competing company quoted us. Cool Willy’s came out on a Friday afternoon in July. Tyler our technician was wonderful. We ended up needing a new unit and the process was very simple. Jim loaned a portable to us and the new one was installed promptly. Our installers Josh and Joel worked very efficiently and cheerfully in 110* heat. The new AC runs so quiet and cools very efficiently. Since the installation my nasal allergies have gone away!! I am a huge fan of this company and highly recommended!!

They sent Dave to the rescue! My AC compressor was making a loud noise when kicked on. Requested he change the Schrader Valves which he confirmed they were leaking. Then found the unit was overcharged & fixed to the proper pressures levels. Also confirmed my min split has a small leak. Did I mention they used my R-22 & 410-A that I recently purchased from an AC refrigerant depot. =) <-- Just GREAT / AWESOME.

Bryan was phenomenal. He took the time to explain everything to me, including what he was doing and what ti look for, etc. This was the most thorough and professional experience I have had. You MUST hire this company for all things AC, heating, or plumbing.

Williamson’s installed a heat pump for us. It saves power and is quieter. However, when cold weather set in it behaved strangely, sometimes on when it should be off, and vice versa. The problem was not in the unit itself but in the controller. These are complex devices, and adjusting one to your particular setup is like breaking the Enigma Code. Our technician Walter solved the problem, and was a pleasure to work with.

Not only did I get a better price than other companies, the owner came to do the work because he cares enough about his employee's to ensure they have time off for themselves to maintain their well being.

Our A/C went out on us back in February. We got ahold of Walter Meyer at Cool Willy's, and he wasted no time taking care of our problem. He was quick to respond, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We recommend Walter if you ever have issues with your A/C.

This company is all about integrity and customer service. We can’t thank John Paul Kammeyer enough for helping us. We had asked for an evaluation of whether our heat pump was big enough to handle a planned addition. Within a day he visited our home (thanks to the scheduler), and shortly after sent the evaluation, to include detailed load calculations. Conclusion: our heat pump was sized large enough to handle the addition, unlike another vendor who insisted we needed a bigger one at an estimated cost of $3,500-$4,000. John Paul also quickly sent a professional proposal for duct work and system balancing for our addition.

We've had a service agreement with Williamson's for years. Walter has always been on point with his diagnoses and keeps our system super clean and running in top notch condition!

I had Williamson's install a Mitsubishi mini-split in my canning kitchen/guest quarters after I had problems with another local contractor. Estimators from Williamson's looked at what the other contractor had done, and they informed me that the other contractor installed a lineset on the wrong wall (short dimension of the room) and he used solid house wire in the lineset instead of stranded communication cable. He also specified a high wall unit that didn't exist. So I fired the first contractor and hired Williamson's to install a Mitsubishi unit. The price was even a little lower than that from the first contractor, and I think I got a higher quality mini-split.

There was a small problem with the original installation, in that the cover for the lineset was about 5/8 too short. So I called them and asked them to come back out and fix it, and they did. I don't think you will find a better HVAC contractor than Williamson's.

Stuart came punctual. He was professional and explained things very clearly. They do the proper checks and it is thorough. Highly recommend.

Before it gets super hot I began looking to replace my 30 year old roof system. I got a few referrals and check TEP for more companies and added Williamson to the mix. Robbie came out and explained everything and hopped on the roof and got my proposal.
One was pushy, one had quite a few a la cart add ons and after a week and a half I chose Williamson’s. Pricing was all about the same, responsiveness was different.

Brandon and Mike showed up with skies and can do attitudes. I swear these guys were so proud of their work and every step of the way they said their aim was to make me happy. They took pictures of their handwork and came inside and moved my thermostat. I paint and my art needed to be in the place where the thermostat was. They fished the lines down and it took a fair amount of time. There was no gripping, they love where they work and said so.

I have allergies so they set up an accuclean system filter and within 48 hours my nose feels better. The American Standard 2 stage is super quiet. Sweet.

Today Walter arrives to do some Tep follow up and changes the background color on my digital thermostat so it would be more pleasing. It isn’t screaming blue it’s a nice gray. Another guy who was an absolute delight.

This is a hard working family business with good values and it shows. Robby, the owner works super hard and well let’s hope we have many years of happiness and no sneezing. I feel certain any missteps will be corrected.

The installers are employees of the company, there was no upwelling or funny business.

On April 19, 2021 Williamson's installation crew of Edwin Martinez, Enrique Chavez and Chris Baldenegro came to my residence to install a new heat pump. The crew was courteous, professional and just overall pleasant to be around. They worked tirelessly throughout the day to get my 21 year old single stage removed and replaced with an American Standard Platinum 18 variable unit up and running by days end. The install was really neat and clean. Williamson's and their crew delivered more than was promised. The crew they sent are just the kind of guys customers always hope for and the upgraded heat pump is really very nice and much quieter than my old unit. Long and short of it is, I would recommend this family owned business to my family and friends.

Called for service maintenance on my AC and was given an appointment for one month later. On date of service, they called to reschedule appointment due to busier than usual services. Got an appointment for two weeks later and on date for service, they showed up without calling and missed appointment. Turned out they called an old home line number I had canceled a year ago. Said it was only number they had listed for me Made no sense to me as they had always called the proper phone number to contact me before when they needed to reschedule appointment. I will not be using their services anymore.

Nick was excellent! I am so happy that he was the one chosen to come to our home. I am a former enthusiastic customer of Williamson’s, but I am still getting used to the staff at Cool Willy‘s, the company that purchased Williamson’s and installed our new HVAC earlier this year. Nick has exceptional knowledge and skills, he was very thorough and he seems to have fixed our problem easily. I am very satisfied with his work. My AC stopped producing cold air yesterday afternoon and after calling 4 different places this morning it looked like we weren't going to be able to get it fixed until days later. I called Cool Willys at 730am and Levi arrived at 820am. He got here in under an hour and diagnosed the issue in under 10 minutes. At 10am we now have AC up and running again! We have been customers of Williamson's for almost twenty years and would never consider going anywhere else. They appreciate customer loyalty and consistently go out of their way to try and find the least expensive solution for any problem we may have. Recently one of our Mitsubishi mini-split systems began to fail but rather than replace the whole system, as the manufacturer suggested, Robbie (the owner), was able to repair the existing system at a fraction of the cost of a new system. In these days and times this kind of service is hard to come by.

I am totally upset that your company would take such advantage of a a woman ! For $309.00 you could replace the motor,copperline,waterpump, and fuses (205 W Mossman Rd) I demand an itemized receipt listing labor and cost of individual parts. My Credit Card will be more than happy to hear from someone who bbn quotes a $50.00 charge then balloons the cost? Please respond.....

As a veteran of the HVAC industry I am very pleased to give Williamson's A.C. in Tucson the best of ratings. They recently worked on my daughter's system in Oro Valley after another HVAC co. had been there numerous times just changing parts. Williamson's tech came out and quickly diagnosed the problem correctly. The previous co. had put in the wrong parts and had charged exorbitant prices for those parts. Williamson's tech found that the unit was still under warranty, ordered the correct parts at no charge and installed them at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Williamson's to everyone needing service or installation.

Kudos to Cool Willy’s! Scheduling staff were very helpful and friendly. They also happily accommodated my need for a Saturday appointment for an A/C check-up. My technician, Stuart, called to let me know what time he would arrive. He was prompt, very knowledgeable about my system, took his time explaining what he was doing, showed me how to make my system run a bit more efficient by adjusting vent registers, and left his work area spotless.
