We had a slow leak in really old plumbing under our kitchen sink, and Maira was able to schedule service to arrive in under 24 hours. The wonderful team of Cody & Billy arrived on time, completed the service in a timely fashion, and were both very knowledgeable, efficient and sweet. The price for the service was very reasonable. I called to have an AC condenser fan replaced I was told If I signed up for their family program It would guarantee a team member being dispatched to my home in a timely manner After not using their services I find out I am going to be charged monthly this was not explained to me nor would I have ever agreed to a monthly service please service me for someone to come to my home one time I don't doubt that they do good workBut they wanted $1200 for a $200 part that took me 5 minutes to installWhatever you do do not sign up for their program

With summer right around the corner, I needed my 3-year-old A/C unit checked out. I was hoping someone would be able to come on Thursday, 4 days away.

Cool Willys was the one. Initially, they didn't have any openings, but, after checking again, they said they could make it happen.
On Thursday, I was given the standard Noon to 5pm window. At around 1pm, Cool Wiilys called to inform me that their tech, Nick, was dispatched with a 45 minute expected arrival. He arrived 45 minutes later.

Nick was the best. Professional and polite. What impressed me the most was the way clearly explained what he was going to check on my system. He also shared his 30 year knowledge from working in the industry and gave be advice about how to avoid future catastrophic breakdowns. (Hint: change your filters once a month.)

When Nick was finishing up, he had my system running as efficiently as day one. The wrap up was done on Nick's tablet gizmo, smooth and secure.

Our technician was Bobby and he was on time, very knowledgeable, and very thorough. We have a maintenance contract for our HVAC with them, so our service will be every 6 months. We have requested filter service every 3 months per our commercial property management guidelines. I will review again in 3 months to let you know how it is going. So far it has been great service. I have to say when I called to inquire about service they were very knowledgeable and they had great customer service, which is something that is rare these days. The call to let us know our technician would be there within the hour was pleasant, so hands down start to finish so far, the customer service is outstanding, and the maintenance service is outstanding as well! We would recommend Strongbuilt!

I have been with this company for a few years. This year my heating and cooling system finally gave up. I decided on the system that was best for me with the help of my technician Richard and sales tech Heath. Heath told me about my payment options at length and found what worked for me. They were I felt honest and very informative. A wonderful crew came the very next morning and removed my old unit and installed my new unit. They were also very professional and friendly. They had my new unit installed and running within a few hours. Daniel one of my installers tested everything and gave me a nice very understandable tutorial about my new digital thermostat.My experience with Right Way couldn’t have been any better. Wasted 6 hours over the course of 2 days waiting for a service appointment. And this is with a service plan in place. Bought 2 Rheem units from them for my split level home that have literally required major maintenance almost every year, tying me into expensive service plans every year to avoid a catastrophic expense. Can't wait to be done with these folks.
