I had asked them for a second opinion on if my water heater could be fixed or replaced. The very polite and professional repair man was very honest and straight forward with his opinion of the water heater. I was extremely pleased with how he'd handled the appointment today. I'd definitely use them again if something else goes down and I'll also recommend them to others in need of a repairman.

Nick S. from Cal's Plumbing came out to install an isolation valve and pressure reducing valve and to replace a shut off valve. I received a call to let me know he was on the way and Nick S. arrive very shortly after. I was familiar with the problem and what needed to be done, however, Nick S. wanted me to thoroughly understand what he was going to do. He took the time to explain everything, why he was doing it, and why it was needed. An estimate was given and the work was completed. When done, Nick showed me what was done and how to use the shut off valve. He asked if I had any questions. I told him I was completely satisfied. Thanksgiving Day, I moved into my new home built in 1999, and the hot water heater (original) was leaking. It passed the pre-move-in inspection then died. I can’t tell you how much I truly appreciate Juan who came and repaired our A/C! Our A/C had broken Saturday night and we had another company who was supposed to come out on Monday but it was 6 pm Monday and they never came! We called here and they told us they could be there at 7 pm! They showed up and quickly figured out what was wrong! They arrived at 11 am and quickly got to work fixing our A/C!
