He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

I set an appointment with Angelo for Saturday morning at 9 a.m. He arrived promptly, and went to work immediately. One of the items had the potential to become a Pandora's Box. His recommendation was to wait until it became a true issue rather than to open the box. I really appreciated his approach, allowing me to be part of the conversation. I can plan for a larger expense when the issue does occur further down the road. He repaired the valves in my shower, and replaced screens in 3 of the sinks in my home. He also suggested that I had the water heater set much higher than it needed to be, and it could be turned down which will save me money! Speaking of money, he was very fair in his pricing. He is a partner in your plumbing issues, and I will most definitely use his services again.

The diagnostics service appointment was not at all what I was expecting

I had a plumbing problem, so I called Al Coronado Plumbing. Xavier was the first one to come out. He was extremely professional and hard working. Unfortunately the problem was too bad for just a drain cleaning. He tried from two different spots, and didn't want to give up. I really appreciated his effort. Another extremely hard working and professional employee came to my house the following day. This was Brandon, who also was unable to clear the drain after much effort. My only solution was to remove the floor in my bathroom and expose the pipes. This is an expensive process which I could not afford, so I had to do some of the work myself to save money. Brandon was kind enough to stop by my house and show me where I needed to cut the concrete and dig to expose the pipes. His information was perfect!!! Then Kevin, the plumbing advisor, came to my house to see exactly what needed to be done. He was quick, thorough, and very informative every step of the way. Kevin had Brandon come back to do the pipe repair. He did a very fast and perfect replacement of the old pipes. After removing the old pipes, it became very clear why he and Xavier had troubles trying to clear them. There was no way a snake was getting through my clogs. Due to the hard work and information they provided me, my problems are now a thing of the past. I would highly recommend Xavier, Brandon, and Kevin to anyone who needs assistance with their plumbing needs. I cant thank the three of them enough for the help they provided me. Al Coronado Plumbing is very fortunate to have such hard working, professional , and knowledgeable people working for them. Fast, efficient replacement of water heater that quit working late Tuesday night. We received good info from Lisa in Tucson Plumbing office on Wenesday a.m. and got an appointment by 2 PM Wednesday; job completed before 5 PM Wednesday. Brandon performed the needed work in our home. He was focused, courteous, knew what he was doing, accomplished all needed tasks very capably. We appreciate the quality services received from Tucson Plumbing.

I sent a message to Frank, on a Saturday, and he had someone out to fix the clogged drains at my father's house within half an hour. Dave was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, honest, and got the problem fixed quickly. He did a fabulous job! I was floored at the reasonable cost, and for a weekend call! Highly recommend!

I like Hydro Rooter and Plumbing because Jake gave a fixed price quote, is licensed, takes credit, and explained everything clearly. He and Chris were very personable, arrived promptly, and installed a replacement garbage disposal quickly and were very neat as well.

We had a clogged kitchen drain due to a broken garbage disposal. The worker who came out did a great job. He removed the old disposal and installed a new one. He left the worksite clean. He was pleasant and professional. When I needed to modify his time of arrival he worked with me to accomodate my needs. All of this for a reasonable price which he quoted at the commencement of the job. All in all an A+.

Cal's Plumbing arrived in about an hour after I called reporting no water pressure. City water had been by and not much help. The price was high but the outdoor valves were replaced during a very cold & windy evening in Tucson. Great service & great attitude! Thank you.

About 2 weeks ago, Zach came out to replace a leaky water riser. He came in his personal vehicle and said it would be $800. Trusting his expertise, I agreed against my better judgment. When collecting payment, he said he would give me 25% off if I made the check out to him personally. I did and never received a receipt. Now the pipe is leaking again and he is nowhere to be found.

It seems that theft runs in the company as the BBB had a Pima County sheriff's police report generated from a little over a year ago

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person!
