Our repairman, Armando, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, prompt, and patient. The repairs were completed and the toilet installed within the time promised and for much less than we thought.

I had two plumbing companies at my house this week and told that I would have to tear out my bathroom to fix the problem.

I called Roto Rooter and they were out the same day with no extra charge. I

Called and made an appointment for my mom that is 62 years old and they told me that it would cost 95 dollars to 218 to unclog her bathroom sink well the plumber charge her 218 the max and he was not even there for an hour what a rip off customer service can't find it anywhere.

Mr dave tobara is one of the nicest people I've dealt with. So professional and explains everything to me so I understand what's going on.

I had called another plumber earlier, but got an answering machine. When they still had not returned my call an hour later, I called Roto Rooter. I am so glad I did. I got to talk to a real person, who assured me that they could have a plumber with me in less than 2 hours. In actuality, it was only about 30 minutes. They fixed the problem and the price was very good. The men were polite and knowledgeable. I think from now on, I won't bother with any other plumber. Roto Rooter will be my first choice.

Called Roto Rooter last night after my 80 year old mom lost her dentutes down the toliet! 🤪! They took my information and the technician called me back within the hour! He was in Tucson but was ready to come out right away! We waited until the next morning and he said he would be here at 9am! HE WAS HERE AT 9AM! AWESOME! Will tried to get those things out as they were stuck good! Finally broke then out! He had to remove the entire toliet! He cleaned up the toliet the area and caulked the toliet back up very nicely! He was awesome! Even guaranteed the work! I suggest this company.to everyone! We live kinda out far but they came out happily! Thank you for a great experience because I was upset about this whole incident to begin with! I appreciate the technician Will! He was awesome! 5 stars definitely!

The service men from RR were timely and professional. But the value for the service was highly unprofessional. We had a severe drainage issue and when the clog was discovered by RR in the alleyway more than 140 feet from our historic property, RR gave a bid for over $13000 to fix what was expected to be a collapsed drainage pipe.

Upon further investigation on my end, I learned that Pima County in most cases covers work even on private drainage pipes of it is located in an easement. It took only 24 hours for Pima County to determine our job fell under this program and to bring a crew out to fix it for us. Thank you Pima County!!

Roto told us they would bring the County out only after they dug the 7' deep x 6x6 foot hole to see what was happening. They never mentioned or suggested that what have the County take a look first. The other frustration was when they came to clear our clog they quoted me $280 for 100 feet. $3.50 for every foot beyond 100 feet and never mentioned a charge for camera analysis and location of the clog. So in the end we had to pay almost $700 for their service, received a bid for 13K and was never informed that with their initial discovery we should have involved the County.

We were seriously stressed over the possibility of such an expense at this time, facing hospital bills from a recent severe health issue. THIS was highly unprofessional and unethical. If RR doesn't know the policies of their own county to help out their customers, then they don't deserve to be licensed plumbers.

My shower was broken and I called this business. The plumber Josiah came on time and was very professional. I was terrified that the repair would be very expensive. Josiah went above and beyond finding the part for my shower so the whole thing wouldn’t need to be replaced. He was kind, professional, and a great plumber. I highly recommend.

Sal just saved my life! All my drains backed up, the day before my vacation...wha?!?! I called the company after trying 8 or 9 smaller companies but nobody was free...and then I called Roto Rooter and they had someone at my house within an hour. Gave me false information about what needed to be done to flush my toilet and clean the drain. Charged me $1071 to supposedly flush my drain. Then they said I needed a $4000 digging job to clean the drain. I then called another plumber and he said all I needed was a new toilet. I'm in the process of taking legal action to get my $1071 back. Going to call Better Business Bureau.

They tried to rip off my elderly parents, telling them their sewer line was crumbling and had to be replaced immediately. They even showed them a bogus video supposedly of the inside of the pipe. They said it would cost $5,000 to fix the pipe. We got a second opinion. Another plumber put in a new clean out and ran a camera down the pipe and said it was fine, with only one minor spot that might be an issue in the future. The other plumber charged $600. I think it is reprehensible that a company would try to prey on the elderly like that.

Our plumbing backed up this morning in the sink and shower. We called Roto-Rooter and Jacob arrived within the hour. He was efficient, professional and had all tools he needed to fix the problem. This is a Saturday and we did not have to wait through the weekend for help. He took his job seriously and was well trained. The problem became a non problem quickly. It is great to have the availability of technicians for the jobs.

I put in a request online for a visit from roto-rooters and within 10 mins of the request I got a call from an employee! The told me a time and double checked my information, and was glad to see that they showed up exactly as they told me. Joseph was very nice and quickly started working when he showed up, and was informative on what he was doing throughout the visit! The whole visit took about 30 mins and he fixed out plumbing problem! Highly request that u get Joseph to do your visit! 5/5!!

Had a plumbing issue that turned out to be at the tap into main sewer line. Chris Gonzalez came out to my home and worked at clearing the line. He was polite and got right to the issue. He located the broken pipe and explained my options. Roto Rooter has a great guy, with Chris.

Made an appointment online on Monday for 11am on Wednesday. They called the phone number I gave them to confirm the appointment and let me know ifI have a plumber on site between 11am and 1pm on Wednesday. By 1:30pm on Wednesday I hadn't heard anything so I called. I was told they had been trying to contact me and needed to confirm my phone number. I asked them what number they had and miraculously it was only one number off from mine. I found that strange since they had already called me at the correct number.

With that problem solved I was told that they were very busy today and that it would be another hour before someone would call me. When I told them that I had made an appointment to avoid something like this she told me well we always show up same day. Neat.

It's hard to play the we lost your phone number game when you've already called me. And you have my email address. Lazy and unprofessional.

Wil repaired my home water inlet valve in 9/20. I noticed today one of the welds had failed. Called and was told it was not covered under warenty after only 8 months. Welds that last 8 months? call someone else.
I had another plumber come out and look at the leak. I was wrong, the pipe was never welded they use some kind of crimping system. I was told it would have to all be redone. Again, call someone else, bad quality and bad customer service.

we had the water spiget snap off for our washer machine, water spraying everywhere it was a giant mess. I called Roto-Rooter expecting to wait three days but I was put on the schedule within minutes and had a text from Dave letting me know he was on his way in under 20 mins. Dave was very friendly and amazily professional. At this point I was expecting Dave to take a look and schedule an appointment down the road but to our suprise Dave was able to gather a few parts and had everything up and running again with in an hour or so. Not only did Roto Rooter get the job done but they earned a new customer for life.

Anthony solved my problem by installing a new pressure release valve. I believe he did quality work! It wasn’t an inexpensive ordeal but I believe he and his company were fair!

When another local plumber charged us $135 to tell us we had a problem he wouldn't or couldn't fix, we called Roto Rooter. Joseph was extremely professional and pleasant, let me know up front what my charges would be, and kept working on the problem until it was fixed. I'm now awaiting more information and a bid from him for more extensive damages that we may be dealing with deeper in my home, and I'm confident that he and his company will actually fix the entire problem, not just charge for telling me there IS a problem like the other guy did. I highly recommend this company, and especially Joseph.

My Mom's toilets were severely clogged. Blackwater was backing up in to the bath and the shower. I attempted to unclog to no avail.
I began calling plumbers, but they all were giving me a 4 to 6 hour time frame. I needed a plumber as soon as possible. You , my mom has dementia and still lives at home. I could not easily have her use some sort of makeshift potty, nor could I easily move her to someplace else (i.e. my house which is some miles away).
Roto-Rooter was the only company to provide me with a 30 minute ETA. Eddie showed up in less than 30 minutes. He was very cordial and easy going. He was also very knowlegable. My Mom's house is old and doesn't have cleanouts like newer houses. Eddie got up on the roof and I pointed him to the main drain vent. He used his camera first to identify what was causing the clogand where the cold was located. It turns out that my Mom flushed some flushable wipes which had snagged on the rough lining of the drain pipe and promptly blocked the drain.
Eddie easily removed the clog and all was well. I was happy that the clog was not more involved.
After the clog was cleared, Eddie ran the camera all the way to the junction to the sewer. Everything was clean and clear. The entire process took far less than an hour.
I have used Roto-Rooter in the past and was very happy with them. This time I called other plumbers before Roto-Rooter and was disappointed in the response time. Learned lesson. Roto-Rooter is my go-to in emergencies.

John was great and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and fixed the problem. Asked him to contact me once a year to maintain clear pipes.

Professionalism is at times difficult to come by, but Jacob - my Roto Rooter plumber - was knowledgeable, courtesy, prompt and instructive. It was a lesson in plumbing 101. Jacob's keen eye spotted drainage trouble and was quick to fix the issue and saved the day!

AJ came and was very professional and explained everything in detail. The customer service lady who answered our call had good customer service along with the other lady who called us and told us AJ was on his way. We got a 30 day guarantee and happy so far with the work and service.

I called Saturday and the gentleman said someone would be out on that next Monday at 10a to give us an estimate on the hot water heater. No one called me and when I called them back after 10a on Monday they said I was scheduled for the following Monday. She then worked to have someone come out. They came out and told us we needed a new hot water heater (which was true it was really old) but quoted us a ridiculous number to replace. We declined and went with another plumber who supplied the water heater and replaced it with a 6 year warranty for less than half of what rotto quoted us. They are very nice and professional I just wish their prices were more reasonable.

Anthony and his team worked diligently to resolve our plumbing issues. I will request his services whenever we need help .

Sunday night before Labor day Monday, had a serious water leak Anthony came within an hour of my call, stopped the leak and made an appointment to complete the repair after the holiday to save me a bit of money.

I always hate filling these things out, but needed to. I called this morning with water everywhere. They were there in an hour. A large new house to the technician we tried getting info about clean outs but did not have much luck. We worked together and fixed the problem. awesome service

Had a new modern shower fixture installed including the rough-in valve. Will did a good installation. Initially did not have hot water, but Will re-adjusted the components to fix it. Works well. He was very polite, professional, easy to communicate with me. Very satisfied with Roto Reuter Plumbing.

Courteous Service and great technical knowledge during our service call today for a clogged drain.

Dave and AJ were outstanding. The problem was complicated. Dave needed to locate the pipe as we would be cutting concrete. He spent the necessary time to make sure we dig in the right spot. Both of them walked me through the process before signing the contract. When the project started, everyone was professional and courteous. They cut the concrete in the right spot, repaired the problem and finished the concrete all in less than two days. I know that I will not see them again, but if you have a plumbing problem these guys are top shelf.

Will and Carlos spent 3 hours opening a plugged drain line. This is an old house with cast iron drain piping running under a slab. Between running a camera and a snake from vent lines on the roof and kitchen drain they were able to open the line. The whole time I am looking over their shoulder and asking questions. They were always polite and wanted to make sure I knew what they were doing.

Having a plugged drain in an old house is not a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. But Will and Carlos made sure that I was satisfied with the results. They are both good representatives go Roto Rooter.
Unfortunately I have a broken line and will need additional work but I have no hesitation having these guys do the long term fix. Just have to convince my wife it will be ok to tear up the entry way to access the broken pipe.

My latest experience with Roto-Rooter was excellent. The technician gave a fair estimate of my chances in repairing the 50+ year-old shower valve I had, and when it was concretely determined a new one would have to be put in, he did an outstanding job. Jacob was professional, friendly, and focused throughout the long day. Not only did he fix my problem, he did an exemplary job of cleaning up after himself. I was very impressed by him, and hope I don't have to see him again too soon!

Really negative to the extreme. Tried to con me into paying twice and told mw they would guarantee their work. The guy called and told me, I know it's going to happen again, we cleared the line but you can just keep calling us to clear it. Clearly no value here. Feeling totally ripped off.

My work tried for three days to get somebody from Roto Rooter to come out and unclog our toilet. A plumber finally showed up and tried to overcharge us we requested that we wanted to look around for more plumbers when we called and tried to request for a specific plumber the owner said that he was refusing to send anyone to our property to help. Roto Rooter used to be a place of great customer service and good plumbers and now it’s like pulling teeth to get them to help with anything and they definitely do NOT take care of their customers. I am highly disappointed and don’t recommend them to anybody I would call Mr. Rooter before I call Roto Rooter. We had one employee who was good in trying to help us but was shut down from being allowed too.

Jorge showed up to a total disaster at our Clinic. He jumped right in and helped us while our business operations continued to happen. He was fast and accurate and we will be requesting him again.

We had a major sewer problem with it backing up into all of our showers. Roto-Rooter had someone to our house in 30 minutes. The technician, Joseph was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. He found the source of our problem and had it fixed right away. He also made recommendations for repairs that we could make to prevent any future problems and had an estimate put together for us in no time. Joseph is great and Roto-Rooter really helped us out of a jam.

Jerry and Anthony were extremely friendly and helpful. They installed my water softener and whole house water filter. They explained the work they were going to do and what was required to install the systems. I had an extremely bad drain clog in my kitchen sink. I hired a plumber from a different company and they left the pipes loose and weren’t able to fix the clog. I called roto rooter and they had one of their plumbers come to my house within a couple of hours. The plumber we got was Will and he was incredible. He really explained the process and made sure he was able to fix us up and even fixed a couple of the last plumbers mistakes. Will really made this experience a 5 star experience and I would gladly call roto rooter again based on his service alone. Thank you so much!

Anthony was great from the start. The initial visit we found out that we had sewer pipe damage not just a clog. Got it all setup for today and Anthony came out and did the repair after several hours and all was good.

My experience with Rotor Router was painfull from beginning to end. The ONLY good part was that five days after I called in my problem they finally augered down from the roof and while I worked the toilet plunger in the toilet, and one employee was on the roof, and one employee was watching the cleanout, the clog was finally cleared.
I made fourteen calls to the call center asking for help, asking why my drains had never been cleared, and they had no idea. On Sunday evening they even told me they had no record of a service call made on Friday, two days earlier. I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, and I was repeatedly told they were not available, but would call me with the answers to my question of why the drains were still clogged on Monday evening after they left.
That never happened until Tuesday morning (the fifth day) when the call center supervisor Melissa called for payment for the Friday and Monday service calls, and my renters still had no toilet or shower drainage.
She then called back with the personal phone number of the Tucson office supervisor, and he was able to get the job done SIX HOURS after I called him. He told me their technician tried to call me on Monday afternoon for PERMISSION to auger down through the roof vents, but I did not return his call, so they left to go to an emergency call.
In summary, the call center was a total joke manned with people who never knew anything, and were totally worthless. They kept me in the dark, and denied me access to the people who could help me get my drains cleared.
I will never use your company again, and I think you need ro re-think the call center concept.

Who gives 6 months warranty on a water heater that cost over thousands of dollars to install including the unit itself. That just shows you that they're after quantity instead of quality

With family coming to visit we had a total failure of our main sewer drain line and needed help FAST. David, Armando and the team from Roto-Rooter were here within a couple hours of my call, diagnosed the problem and completed a major repair in less than 1-1/2 days. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous and neat- even after some serious excavating they left the landscaping looking as good as when they arrived. All at a reasonable price. Wow thought I was getting good service. Clog was fixed. Paid really high rate during normal business hours. Found this out after pricing afterwards. I was happy with roto rooter when I live in another state. Tech brings in a bottle of drian cleaner says he's giving it to me free off charge. Got itemized receipt in the mail today and wow that free bottle was $30.00 I wouldn't have taken it for that price. Rediculous. That's also fraud. Will never use again.

They came, unclogged the sewer the rep was very nice but this company is expensive. There are more affordable companies that do quality work in Tucson. We won’t call them back.

We had damaged pipes from the water meter at the street to the water box at our house. The distance is 70 yards (approximately 220 feet) up a rocky slope, under a front yard wall, through grass, and under the walkway at a depth of about 2 feet (all new trenching). Our technician, Jacob, was excellent. He arrived by 6:00am every morning and didn't leave until it began to get dark. All of this in 105 degree heat. He was pleasant, timely and most of all thorough. Highly recommend this company. Jacob did an outstanding job.

Toilet repair replacement and hot water repair replacement. Excellent workmanship.

How these guys a getting a 5 star is beyond me. The first guy they sent ended up flooding the bathroom left the water sitting there all day and now all the floor boards need replacing. Apparently thinking i was signing the bill for his service even though the problem was not fixed, I actually signed a waiver releasing them of the damages. Next day four guys showed up. Why four guys I dont know Im in a manufactured home not a huge house and most of them were just standing around, one was continally chatting to my other tradesman instead of doing his job. . At this stage now my bill has risen to $1600 for a new Sewage outlet but I needed more work done which I was then told $3200 on top of the $1600 when they realised I couldnt pay that trying to get the most money out of me the price went down by $1600. These guys are just sales men first trying to get the most out of people. Call a one man drainage company. I was quoted $1500 for the same job to do everything. I wish I had of known how expensive roto rooter are !!!

Roto-Rooter did a great job getting my home's main sewer line unplugged. With family visiting I woke up Saturday morning to a plugged up sewer line. Called Roto folks and Eddie was at my house on far NE Tucson in 2 hours . He had us unplugged and going again in 30min. Thank You Eddie .

Roto Rooter told me about an hour or two, but were there within 45 minutes. The tech called when he arrived and before he left to let me know what he did. Great service.

Searching online, I found that Roto Rooter is rated #1 favorite in Consumer Affairs. I decided to give them a call, and yes, they do more than drain work!
I called about a leaking bath faucet and a slow water supply in the laundry room faucet. The plumber, named Jacob came out. He was in protected mask mode, was nice, polite and professional. He determined the bath faucet needed to be replaced and there was grit in the hose in the laundry faucet. There was no charge for no work! How nice!
I purchased a new faucet, and Jacob came back on a SATURDAY to install. The job took about 3 hours, the drain stop was replaced along with the under cabinet turn off valves and he cleaned up the area.
We are very happy with the quality of the work. The price was reasonable and there was no travel charge! Jacob took the time to explain things to us and he let us know how much he likes working for Roto Rooter. Someone happy with their job is going to be doing a great job for their clients. We will be using Roto Rooter and Jacob for all future plumbing needs.

I am very grateful to Roto-Rooter for their excellent service this morning! They took care of my plumbing issue expediently and professionally. This morning I discovered I had a toilet that was leaking from the base. I called Roto-Rooter and they told me they would be able to send over a technician within 1 to 2 hours and told me that the technician would be calling me. Not only did the technician Jacob, (who was professional, courteous, competent, and all around provided excellent service) call me, a representative from the office Tatiana also called me to let me know that Jacob would be coming and when. I would definitely use their service again! Their communication with me was top notch!

I called Roto Rooter to come evaluate my kitchen sink, which was draining slowly. The technician responded within 2 hours. The tech was courteous, and 100% confident in his ability to fix the slow-drain issue. For $207 he was going to run a plumbing snake through the pipe, a guaranteed fix. The tech ended up getting the cable tangled up in the pipe and he proceeded to shove the cable repeatedly until he broke through. In the end, he ended up breaking the drain pipe, filling my walls with water, and leaving. No one at Roto Rooter will acknowledge this issue and I'm unable to get their attention unless I am willing to pay over $2000 to repair the damage they caused. It has been a month since this occurred and they still won't fix their mistake. I am forced to seek help from outside agencies such as the ROC, BBB, and next will be an attorney. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT subject yourself to this unethical business, not even for a small job like drain clearing. They won't take care of you, the customer, if they mess up.

Very disappointed in this company. I called at 11:57 am and was told that I would get a call when the plumber was on the way. It is 5:46 p.m. now and I have yet to receive a phone call. Very unprofessional..

after about 60 calls and several other plumbing companies, Roto Rooter succeeded in clearing the drain that had been clogged for 5 days and several other plumbing companies could not!

Guy that came was professional and informative. The only thing I didn’t like was I was told on phone I’d get a Free Estimate and when guy got here he said he couldn’t do the estimate unless I paid $194 for use of a camera to accurately diagnose problems.
He did give exactly what problem was and then gave estimate. Customer should be told on phone before sending a technician that customer will have to pay for camera and one does NOT get free estimate

I was kept informed when the plumber, Anthony would arrive. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after himself and showed me how to fix the issue if it occurs again. Worth the money spent. Will call Roto-Rooter again if I need a plumber.

We had an issue after hours that needed attention so that we could use our plumbing that night. Roto-Rooter's call center was professional and polite, assuring us that they would be able to help. They sent out a service professional, Jacob, who asked specific questions, advised what he would be doing so that we could clearly understand, advised what our costs might be, best case and worse case. He set about to clear a blockage in our lines under the house, explaining as he went. When he was finished, he reviewed the costs (exactly what he thought they might be), explained the invoice, and explained the guarantee. He was extremely professional and articlulate in all his work.

My toilet fill valve was clogged up, probably with rust from the old galvanized pipes. Jerry from Roter-Rooter was open to me watching and even explained in detail how the valve works. Thanks Jacob and Roto-Rooter. A 8:00pm plugged up sewer emergency solved professionally and promptly. Jacob showed up fast and cleared up our issue. Friendly, polite, courteous, and professional, Jacob explained everything he did while I tagged along. After clearing the plug a follow-up rooting way down the line gave me confidence that we will be problem free for a long time. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter if a similar emergency happens to you. I'm the type of person that fixes my own stuff regularly but this was something I did not want to deal with. While not cheap, having Roto-Rooter deal with it was well worth it!

Woke up to a busted pipe in our driveway Friday morning. Roto-Rooter sent Will within the hour to inspect the problem. When he told my fiance the entire water line had to be replaced she was in tears! Will went back and tried everything he could to repair it but the old galvanized pipes were done for and we had to replace it. Will was always courteous, professional, and communicated with us the entire time. He left our yard spotless and you can't even tell there was ever a problem. We also worked with AJ and Elizabeth for financing and they were extremely patient and helpful. It's horrible to have this unexpected expense but at least the customer service from Roto-Rooter's was exceptional.

I called Roto-Rooter needing service for two bathrooms in my office. The dispatch did a good job communicating expectations on when they would arrive. When they did arrive, both John and James were professional, listened to my concerns, and explained what might be the cause. They didn't try to oversell the problem, or make it seem worse than it was and try to tack on other services. They were clean, did the job they needed to do and we're able to articulate what they found and how the warranty worked for the services performed. They have an office in Casa Grande but they don't have any Techs so they sent one up from Tucson. They were here at the time given. Joseph Villareal was very professional and ask a few questions about the problem then went right to work. Figured out the issue in minutes. Explain the problem to me and what all needed to be done to repair. I can't vouch for all of Roter-Rooter but if you get Joseph Villareal I can say your in good hands.

Sept 2020-Visit 1, installed new disposal unit. When turned on, leaking. Visit 2 new tech, still leaking . Visit 3 another tech, Still leaking. Visit 4 tech supervisor found and fixed leak. Stated that unit was installed improperly by first tech. Whole process took 5 days. Would never use this service again.

Armando and Jesus were very polite and Armando explained what our opinions were and they did a good job. He also said we have a 6 month guarantee on the work that they did for us. 👌

We experienced a sewer backup at 11 p.m. on a Saturday. I contacted your company and the technician was at our house in less than 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had the issue resolved in less than an hour. I can't say enough about what a wonderful person he was. It's so rare to find someone who knows their job and is willing to work these days. You've got a great employee!

Quick to respond, cleanup was excellent, follow-up great, priced competitively. I have used this company and asked for Orlando now a second time, and have NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED! If you want a feeling of security and an excellent job for any amount of money (always priced competitively) this employee and company ROTO-ROOTER will not disappoint.
