I called on Monday morning for a plumber, I was promised an appointment in the afternoon, the owner sent mark he arived in the early afternoon, mark very quickly found the problem made the repair and was finished within the hour, we'll done, although I'm on a fixed income i think the price was very reasonable. We have the Sadie program with Goettl and when we had a sewer backup occur on Sunday night I knew we were going to need to use our plumbing portion of the program. Goettl responded first thing Monday morning and sent 2 extremely professional and knowledgeable individuals to our home that afternoon. Larry was amazing and Abel was very sweet. They found our issues, discussed the options and immediately went to work to help us try to schedule an appointment before our Christmas Eve party. They were able to get us an appointment the next day and made the paperwork quick and painless. They both were super nice to my family and our pets throughout the entire process! If I ever have to have Goettl come back for plumbing I want them to be the ones who show up. The next day a handful of guys including a manager came to the house and took care of the work quickly, efficiently, and with as little disruption to the day as possible. I am very grateful for the crews and the company for making what could have been a disaster before Christmas a quick fix!

I've used Curtis Plumbing for several repairs this year. They show up when they are scheduled to show up. They do good work and clean up when finished. I recommend them.

I called Al Coronado plumbing for a leaky pipe ,mainly around the water meter. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Eli was my plumber and he was very helpful, patient, informative, knowledgeable, and did a great job all around. Hopefully wont have another issue (different) but if i do will definitely call Al Coronado plumbing and also ask for Eli.

Tucson Plumbing was called to our rental property to unclog a toilet (toys flushed). They pulled the toilet and removed a couple of small items but were unable to remove a large piece. We were told that the toilet would need to be replaced and charged $225. We decided to try another company (licensed, bonded & insured) and they were able to remove the stuck part and remount the toilet on a new wax ring in about 15 minutes and only charged $97 total. Tried discussing the outrageous cost with the service manager but he wouldn't budge and just touted how great they are and worth their $160/hr labor rate. Call anyone else if you don't want to get ripped.

Do not trust this company to come out and help you. We have had a drain clog since Monday. Made an appt and have been canceled and rescheduled 3 times at the last minute?? They were supposed to be here this morning (3rd reschedule) they just called to say they don't have any technicians in Tucson today. Ridiculous. Never again.

Ram installed a reverse osmosis system which I love. Eric changed out and replaced new filters today. Thanks a bunch.

We are doing a master bath remodel and needed a plumber to reconfigure our two sink drains into one. I left messages with several plumbers on the east side as I live in Corona de Tucson. Angelo was the only one who called me back. He was able to schedule us a couple days out to fit my schedule. I loved the efficiency of interacting via text and him asking for pictures after we opened the wall so there were no surprises and wasted time. Rigo arrived early, was friendly, well prepared, and got straight to work. I thought he would merge the two somehow and there would be capped off lines, etc. What I got was complete removal of the previous connections, new pipe, boards moved and there is no evidence of the previous connections! Very professional work for a very good price and he was done in an hour and a half! I will be calling back when demo is complete to have him cap the tub drain, etc. I am so glad to have found Affordable Plumbing!
Update: After shower/tub demo, I called Affordable Plumbing back because of some hidden leak damage and to cap off the tub drain. Rigo came out and assessed the problem. We thought a lot more would need to be replaced, but Rigo pointed out the origin of the leak and replaced only what was necessary. He installed the new mixer valve we had bought and even added the connection for the additional spray bar that was going in. Nice and tidy for the tile guys… Very honest and fair price for all the work he did (chiseled thru concrete to expose the drain) Thank you again! I appreciate the consistent excellent service!

Mr. B is awesome and honest! He took the time to figure out a very odd tub installation that was done incorrectly by someone else and he solved the problem. If I ever need plumbing help, he's the first person I'll call. I highly recommend him.

About 2 weeks ago, Zach came out to replace a leaky water riser. He came in his personal vehicle and said it would be $800. Trusting his expertise, I agreed against my better judgment. When collecting payment, he said he would give me 25% off if I made the check out to him personally. I did and never received a receipt. Now the pipe is leaking again and he is nowhere to be found.

It seems that theft runs in the company as the BBB had a Pima County sheriff's police report generated from a little over a year ago
