We’ve had to reach out multiple times this year for some issues with our toilets. Paul had come to help us each time and is very friendly in each occurrence. He introduces himself over phone call to let us know who is coming and plan a convenient time and is very prompt. He explains the issues he sees well and the possible solutions, and he always works very swiftly and leaves things better than he found them.

We had a sewer line plug up in our front yard & called Mr. Rooter. The technician, Justin Chilton, was here within about an hour. He quickly located the problem & got to work fixing it. This involved a lot of digging in hot weather plus hard ground, some big rocks & tree roots. Justin was very professional & polite, plus explained in laymen terms the situation we were facing. Some additional digging beneath sidewalk was also required to replace faulty pipe. In total he & assistants worked 4 days including a Saturday. I never heard a complaint about the heat or the hard ground & every time I checked to see how things were going Justin patiently explained their progress. This was greatly appreciated. When they finished, the yard showed no sign of repair having been done. I wouldn't hesitate to get Mr. Rooter out again if another problem were to develop & I would insist on Justin. He is a valuable employee for the company.

Called in the morning to have a couple of Costco toilets reseated ( we tried to do it ourselves :( )and were scheduled for the afternoon. Received a call that the schedule changed and did we want them to come right away. Yes! Nick arrived and went right to work. Was impressed with skill, attention to details, knowledge and offer of foreseeable problems that could be addressed today instead of later when it became an emergency. Will call again as needs arise. My wife and I are satisfied with the timely and professional manner in which Taz plumbing conducts their business. They diagnosed leaks throughout our house, and repiped our entire house-with extras along the way. Taz plumbing is fast to respond and fast to fit the customer in on their schedule. We are pleased in the entirety of our dealings with this company.

About 2 weeks ago, Zach came out to replace a leaky water riser. He came in his personal vehicle and said it would be $800. Trusting his expertise, I agreed against my better judgment. When collecting payment, he said he would give me 25% off if I made the check out to him personally. I did and never received a receipt. Now the pipe is leaking again and he is nowhere to be found.

It seems that theft runs in the company as the BBB had a Pima County sheriff's police report generated from a little over a year ago

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

James was outstanding! He clearly is a professional plumber and great at customer service. He was friendly, a problem solver and conscientious. A great employee doing great work!

I can’t tell you how much I truly appreciate Juan who came and repaired our A/C! Our A/C had broken Saturday night and we had another company who was supposed to come out on Monday but it was 6 pm Monday and they never came! We called here and they told us they could be there at 7 pm! They showed up and quickly figured out what was wrong! They arrived at 11 am and quickly got to work fixing our A/C! Great customer service and fast service!
