Last few experiences have not been good with this company. Customer service is no longer good and work is no longer reliable.

Best plumber in Tucson! Not the cheapest, but the smartest and the best quality every time! Do it right the first time! And, they stand behind their work! Also took great care of my parents when they had a water emergency! Have been using them for 8 years! Won't use anyone else!

I stumbled onto Plumb Plumbing, and I’m so grateful I did. From the man who did my estimate to the office manager and the installer, all were professional, courteous and helpful. What a find. While waiting for my electrician to do work for my job to be completed, I suggested Plumb to a friend who used them for a job and was quite satisfied, in sharp contrast to her experience with a very well known company in town. Look no further, these are the guys to choose.

Charged me 110 dollars for the hour. They were here for 5 minutes, did not fix a single issue and still charged me, do not recommend using this company. This is highway robbery and no company who follows this business model should exist.

Terrible service, Cost is very High work is very poor would not recommend. Many other places in town with a lot better price and service.

Very unprofessional. Was accosted by one of their employees while driving. Driver wanted To make something out of it due to the fact he felt I was too slow! Tried to speak to Management to no avail. Keep your loved ones off the road when you see one of their trucks!

Plumb Plumbing was able to schedule service to repair a leaking shower even before our schedule allowed! James telephoned 20 minutes before his service call for which he arrived promptly. He methodically went about diagnosing the problem, clearly explaining each step he took for my understanding. James was professional and friendly throughout his repair work. Truth be told, I couldn’t recommend Plumb Plumbing more highly!

They sent a plumber out on time. I needed them to install a faucet disposal and connect the dishwasher. I've been in the construction business for 50 years. Usually takes 2 hours to do that. The plumber on the job was on the phone walking around wasting time got charged for 3 and 1/2 hours plus parts don't use these people. They don't have any integrity.

I have put off writing this review because I was afraid people would think I was paid to write it...that's how good Plumb Plumbing is. Several months ago SW Gas moved my meter from my neighbor's driveway to the side of my house, in the process they cut off gas to one side of my house. A contractor friend rigged a good temporary fix and I got an estimate from one of Tucson's better known plumbing contractors: that sent me into a deep depression. A few months later SW Gas decided to leak-test my system--it's a fifty year old house so everything leaks--and subsequently shut off my gas, that was on a Wednesday. The same day I called Plumb Plumbing to get an estimate. Joey came out early the next morning and we went over where and how I wanted the new gas lines run. Unlike the competition, his attitude was: You know what you want and it's code, we'll do it . On Friday they had an estimate for me, on Monday they started work, Tuesday afternoon they were finished. They put the new lines exactly where I wanted them at LESS THAN HALF what their competition quoted me. It took for Pima County and SW Gas longer to do their re-inspection than it took Plumb Plumbing to do the whole job. Need I say more.

Had a sewage smell in my condo. They were polite, punctual, and diagnosed and fixed the problem within the hour. No more stink! Very pleased.

Joey was very professional and came out to give us a quote to completely replace our water line. He asked the age of the house and challenged what another plumber had told us which was that we had galvanized piping and it all had to be replaced. Joey felt that was wrong and we determined that Joey was right, we did not have galvanized pipe. He saved us thousands of dollars we were terrified to spend, and right before the holidays too. They scheduled a tech, James, to come out and replace the leaky water valve and faulty galvanized nipple the very next day. In the end, they were more affordable, honest and better quality then the first plumber who dug a few inches and said it was all galvanized. I do not write these often but when I do I am either really annoyed and upset with someone’s customer service, or someone made it to my contact list. Plumb plumbing is in my contact list now and I will absolutely recommend. By the way, James was a good honest plumber too!

Satisfied with everything and recommend. Professional and complete estimate to redo bath plumbing. Great turnaround time on estimate. Office staff friendly. Plumber who did the work was courteous and knowledgeable . Cleaned up job site well. Prices competitive. Would definitely hire again.

My landlord put in a work order for our water heater we were notified the same day and they were here the next day, after confirming we needed a replacement everything was completed within 24 hours thank you again Steven and Jesse you guys were awesome and professional highly recommend

These guys are really great. They've done a few jobs for me and I'm very happy with their work. I'm also impressed by how responsive and on time they are - always checking in and explaining everything ahead of time.

Steve was knowledgeable, speedy, and a pleasure to have in my home. He quickly and confidently fixed two drainage issues.

I've used Plumb Plumbing twice in the last month. They did the sewer scope for my home purchase and just this morning they fixed two new issues that came up after I moved in. Both experiences were excellent. Both plumbers were professional, on time, courteous, and did good work. I found the rate reasonable and am so happy that my frozen laundry valves and leaking tub/shower fixture are fixed. Will use again when needed!

Steve and Aaron are the best. They are professional, responsive and knowledgable. We had a leak on our whole house water filtration unit. They diagnosed and fixed it in less than 1 hour. I recommend Plumb Pluming for all of you plumbing needs.

This is a really good company. They are very responsive, knowledgeable, reasonable and professional. We had a leak that ended up in our downstairs neighbor's condo. They worked us in their schedule and fixed the leak for a very reasonable price. They were recommended to us by our condo manager and we appreciated the referral.

Called plumb plumbing at 2:15 they were out to my house at 3:20. They cut into my wall and got into my crawl space and fixed the issue in about an hour and charged me $176. I’ve never been more impressed with a plumber (James). I’ve been looking for a plumber that doesn’t gouge me on price and does good work and I’ve finally found them. 👍👍👍👍👍

Fantastic work by Ray today. He called ahead to notify me when he would be arrive. Ray was on time and did a very professional job of installing new pvc pipes and garbage disposal under our new kitchen sink. He did it all in an hour. Thank you Plumb Plumbing and Ray for helping us!

A great and reputable plumbing company run by a team of honest folks. Their prices aren't the cheapest in town (though not the worst either, theyre comparable) but would you rather pay a budget company multiple times or pay a little extra to have quality work done right the first time?

They're a company that cares far more about doing the right thing than making a buck and as such they've earned my business as my go to plumbing company.

I wish I could give 7 stars, that's how happy I am with Plumb Plumbing. James and Joe definitely saved our bacon. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Love Plumb Plumbing! Once again they saved the day at my rental property. They taught me a few plumbing tips and tricks as well. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Loyal customer since 2005.

We used Plumb Plumbing to replace our all of our natural gas lines after Southwest Gas detected a leak. They had the best estimate and did great work in very hot weather without any complaints. They made sure that they addressed all of our concerns and we passed the city inspection/approval on the first try.

Job Requirement: Full house re-pipe (Poly with PEX), replace water heater, replace main water line from street to home shut off valve.

I generally don't take the time to post reviews but was compelled to since the job requirement was extensive and expensive and as such may be helpful to others.

Contacted 5 plumbing companies. 4 provided quotes and 1 was a no-show. Needless to say, the 4 bids were wildly different and all provided moderately different approaches for re-plumbing the home. Eventually selected Plumb. Why?

1: They were the most certain about the re-plumb approach.
2: Whole Home re-pipes appeared to be a core competency.
3: Others who utilized Plumb provided favorable reviews.
4: Although not the cheapest their pricing was competitive.

Review:
1: Crews were always on time (shocking in todays environment !!).
2: They re-piped exactly as they described during the assessment. I believe Plumb's approach was the least disruptive (other plumbers planned to move some exterior plumbing which made me somewhat nervous).
3: Cleanup was excellent.
4: Only gripe (small) is the dry wall repair was great in most rooms but only good in one room. The skip trowel texturing was smoother than the rest of the wall. If you look wall with the intent of see if the texturing matches it is pretty obvious that it does not. However, after replacing the wall hanging items it isn't as noticeable.

Overall: Would recommend Plumb for any plumbing needs but especially for an extensive job like this one. I should note that we had a small gas leak in a pipe above our kitchen that Plumb was also contracted to repair (yes... crazy timing). When Southwest gas returned to turn our gas back on and test everything the technician shared that we must have hired a very good plumber because the quality of the water heater installation was exceptional. He said he has seen many shoddy water heater installations by other plumbers in town.

I can't say enough about this locally owned business. The owner and his team spent so much time and energy on what I'm sure was a small project for them (but a big one for me). I truly appreciate their expertise, professionalism, and the careful cleaning and partial replacement of my 1920s sewer pipes, buried in a neighbor' yard. They truly earned a loyal customer, and I'm whole-heartedly recommending them to all of my friends and family.

James was outstanding! He clearly is a professional plumber and great at customer service. He was friendly, a problem solver and conscientious. A great employee doing great work!

Plumber JH came out to replace a leaking outdoor fixture. In the process he tried to pull a 1.5 fitting through a 1 hole in the stucco causing another leak in the interior wall. The comical thing about it was that the entire time he was there he told me how high his IQ(156 if your wondering) was and that he was their best technician. In the end I required them to come out two additional.times to fix the original problem and the other two issues they created . After all of that and sending out a different plumber, it still dripped which I just fixed.myself. Called to let office manager (Shawn/Shane) know but completely unapologetic. This incident occurred awhile.ago but didn't.wae Lots of better options. Don't use this company

Hired for home inspection. Inspector failed to identify a main sewage line costing us a considerable sum of money. Company denied any fault, was very condescending.

Had these guys do our home plumbing inspection before purchase, and then the new gas line to the pool heater. Each time the techs and estimators were professional, on time (even early), and completed the work inside the estimate. I would recommend for any need.

An employee with a company truck in the Three Points area needs to take some time and take a driving safety class. I cringe when I see him behind me as he is a habitual tailgater and bully on the road. I would never call you. If he doesn't have any respect for anyone on the road( a daily event), he sure as heck will have no respect for my home.:(

After a sudden urgent plumbing issue, James was there within an hour! He was able to assess and fix the issue quickly. This is a company that cares.

I used Plumb Plumbing for a whole house repipe. They quoted an extremely fair price. For future reference we shopped around a bit.

Ultimately we went with plumb plumbing for a handful of reasons.

1. The plumbers were knowledgeable and professional. The guy that gave the quote showed up on time, walked in and had a game plan mapped out and full quote in about 15 minutes. We also wanted a water softener loop which was no problem.

2. Plumb Plumbing at least when we got the repipe done subcontracted (I believe) to patch all drywall.

3. Their guys showed up on time every day, communicated everything clearly and cleaned up after their work. Repipe went flawless and I couldn’t be happier with the work.

The ONLY thing I took minor issue with was the guy who came out to put my appliance back. He definitely was not gentle with the appliances and insisted on taking my door off to put them back, then asked me to help with moving appliances and putting the door back on. I just wanted my house back so I helped but I probably shouldn’t have due to insurance coverage issues if anything or myself was damaged or injured.

To compare we got several quotes from other companies… Other plumbing companies showed up late for the quote, or even rescheduled. Other plumbing companies also tried to argue with me about water softeners which I have previously had and told me it doesn’t make a difference and I should go with their $15k system or that the drain for the softener would require them to cut up my driveway to tap the sewer main.

Plumb Plumbing is a class act. 9/10 recommend but be careful about the appliances

We have several gas leaks in 2 furnaces and a water heater that were discovered by Southwest Gas late on a Friday afternoon. The gas company turned off the gas to our home until we fixed the leaks. We are senior citizens and it is nearly freezing every evening. I called Plumb Plumbing's on-call technician (they advertise 24/7 availability). The technician told me that our problem was not an emergency and that we needed to try to coordinate a time next week for their staff and SW Gas to be at our home at the same time. (It had taken several days to get SW Gas to come out, and of course they only gave us a 4 hour window). When I told the tech that I felt that he was unreasonable, he said he needed to speak with his supervisor about coming out, although he had no other calls in his queue and we were willing to pay the emergency fees. He would not give me his supervisor's name, said he didn't want to deal with my stress, and hung the phone up on me. Very,
very poor customer service. I guess they don't want or need business.

Excellent service. James did a fantastic job in helping address a loud pipe and quickly found the root cause and proposed an easy-to-understand solution. Detailed and friendly; highly recommended to get the job done right.

I recently called Plumb Plumbing to fix a few items in my kitchen. I was checking underneath the kitchen sink after the plumber had finished, and I noticed that the base board in the cabinet (where he had been working) was broken. I asked the plumber about it, and he admitted that it had broken while he was working.

This was odd, the guy was not going to tell me that he broke it until I noticed something.

Anyways, I had the plumber call his boss, because if a worker breaks something, I feel they or their company should replace it. The boss took a look at the broken base board and determined that because it was not plywood (the correct type of material in his opinion), he would not be replacing it. I told him that the type of material is irrelevant. What is important, as I explained to him, is that companies have integrity and do the right thing. I told him quite clearly that he could do the right thing by having his company fix the base board which was broken by one of his employees, or do the wrong thing by doing nothing. He responded by telling me he would not fix it.

Plumb Plumbing has shown a lack of integrity by treating a customer this way. I will personally never reach out to them again for any future work, and would recommend that anyone reading this do the same.

We detected water in our garage and side of the house coming from the hot water heater. I called Plumb Plumbing call center on a Sunday morning and the repair man was here within an hour of that call. Sadly, we will need a new hot water heater, but until then all is dry. I am grateful that Plumb Plumbing is truly are a 24/7 business and provide service in a timely manner. I must say here that I did call 3 places in all and Plumb Plumbing was the only one to get back to me even though the other 2 say they are open for emergencies. Thank you James for your efficiency and help.

I was amazed at the excellence in service Plumb Plumbing and ALL their associates provided. I have not seen such quality in service and fair pricing in years. From responding to a leak to repiping my house. It was time as my house had polybutelene and was failing. They go the extra mile. I haven't been able to say that about any business in a long time. And finding a plumber with integrity and mindfulness to quality performance and service has been a challenge until having Plumb Plumbing in my home. This is my second time using them in the last few months and every time they do a great job and discuss the best and least expensive options. They don't try to force expensive services on you. Between my parents and I, we have called other plumbers in the past and they don't show up. Plumb Plumbing comes when they say they are coming and call right before they show up. I would recommend them to everyone.

I ordered a 3rd party water conditioning system for my house (as in not normally sold/recommended by Plumb Plumbing). Plumb Plumbing was very welcoming to working with an unfamiliar product and get it installed in a timely manner.

Very professional, fast and reasonable

We used them to completely redo the plumbing in our new house with poly pipes and to renovate our downstairs bathroom. They went above and beyond. The guys and gals over there are wonderful.

I have always had great service with Plumb Plumbing. Have used them about 5 times for various plumbing issues.

The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the actual plumbing work is great. The house inspector for our re-pipe job was impressed with the quality of the work. Joey was super friendly and helpful in our estimate. The main problem is customer service. If you have a problem and have to deal with Vicki be prepared for someone who couldn’t care less about you or your experience. Their drywall sub was scheduled to come to our home on Tuesday however when we went after work nobody had shown up nor was a phone call placed to us as to why. When Vicki was questioned her excuse is they’re a 3rd party so not our fault and she was on vacation Monday and Friday (what this has to do with Tuesday I’ll never know). We were told they’d be out on Wednesday & the job would be finished Wednesday but that wasn’t true either. We were notified that they had to come Thursday to complete the work and we’d be finished on Thursday. After I called Vicki out of frustration all she reiterated to me was “Sorry but I’ve already told your husband this..”. How condescending to not even speak to me or try to be sympathetic to the situation. I’m a customer just as my husband is and deserve the same respect. After a circle of empty sorry’s and letting her know I’d never recommend them again (she got agitated at that but just said fine like she didn’t care or didn't believe me) I hung up. She then proceeded to email my husband a passive aggressive email to try to “tattle” to him about our phone call. Turns out her statements about our phone call were incorrect and my husband knew exactly what I had said as I told him about it after I hung up. There is a paragraph where she cites what she told him and it was a lie as well. He has her prior email which states otherwise. Save yourself some headache and just pay a little more money to get actual customer service. It’s terrible because the work was great but I’m beyond excited to be done with Vicki and this company. I’ll never use them again & tell everyone I know to NOT use them and go elsewhere.

Had our house completely repiped and was totally happy with the professional work in all aspects of the job from the plumbers to the drywall repair. Excellent job
