Best Heating System Maintenance in Tucson AZ

The guys were great. They explained what they were going to work on. I tried to call the City of Tucson earlier however, I do not have the 6 digit number that is missing to complete the call. Still waiting for your office to call back.

Has an airconditioning/heater unit installed. The installation was done in a timely way and they showed up on time. After that day nothing else happened. I could not get the company to answer my calls in request that they process the rebate with the company which they insisted on doing. (later found out from the company that they had to) Finally had to go thru the company that manufactured the unit to get this company to process the rebate. The unit itself was installed poorly in that the unit was sitting crooked and the base was not the proper base per another company. Very disapointed. Spent a lot of money for this. A big investment. Not even a followup for 1 yr checkup. Was not conveying any problem on the phone. All calls were just inquiries. Have no idea why no communication.

Kristopher and Intelligent Design are servicing a unit we purchased through another dealer who is no longer in business. They are honoring our service contract and provided needed support for thermostat setup. Kris was knowledgable, courteous and friendly. He reviewed our paperwork, patiently answered questions and gave us advice on how to keep our system in top condition between servicing. We highly recommend Intelligent Design!

Roy, my tech, was awesome! He was great at communicating with me. He figured out the problem and quickly fixed it. Great experience from start to finish!

I called Cummings Plumbing on a Saturday morning to fix a standing clog in both kitchen sinks. I tried previously to contact another company who I had been using for a number of years. They wouldn’t even answer their phones. Tyler came out, on time, and actually a little bit early. The problem was diagnosed quickly. I was told what they were going to do and what the cost would be. Exactly what I was looking for. My expectations were exceeded, and I won’t hesitate to contact Cummings Plumbing again with any other issues.

Dan with Temperature Control did a excellent job of explaining how my new air conditioning system works. He walked me through all the functions and features of my new wifi thermostat. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family.

Goettl's moto is pointless! I laugh when I even heard it.. They are expensive and don't deliver. We scheduled Goettl for seasonal service as we have two units for our house. I wanted to use another company that was cheaper my husband insisted we book Goettl. They scheduled us in 3 weeks said it was there soonest appointment. The day they were supposed to be here we receive a call that they won't be able to make it and they rescheduled on me. My husband called them back and insisted they check their schedules and fit us back in as we had already waited long enough. They show up the following day. The technician advised we should perform a leak check and charged us for this. Said he would personally come back for that appointment. Low and behold of course they didn't show up and we had already paid!!! We called and they rescheduled us for the leak check and again they don't show up to this 2nd scheduled appointment for the leak check. At this point we scheduled another company and I called Goettl to request a refund. They said I should have never prepaid but did see the transaction and said they would refund $450 for the leak check they did not finish. I did not want to prepay but the technician told me it was required and swipped my card for almost $900. Called 3-4 times to get this money back and tell me credit processing but it never does. 3 months later EXPENSIVE seasonal service. This company is bad news!!!#unreliable#lie#cheat#steal

I initially left this company a 5 star review after my install in September 2022. Well it's now august and my brand new system has already stopped working (compressor). Mind you it's the middle of the summer with upwards to 100+ days multiple days. My ac busted 7/17/2023. They accessed problems the next day.... It's now august 3rd. I've gotten NO ETA on the compressor.... Not call backs minus one where they informed me the part was ordered but no ETA. (Mind you this was after several calls for an ETA) and have still gotten nothing back in regards to when my ac would be fixed. Everytime I've called I've been told I will be called back that day and have yet to have this come true. No one there knows anything about what they do, and the people that do know what there doing apparently are too busy. If id known what I know now with how they take care of clients, id had chosen someone else for my ac needs a year ago. I now have a doubled electric bill trying to keep my house semi comfortable with window units and haven't had AC for going on almost 3 weeks. Im highly disappointed and frustrated this is who I have to trust my warranty through... Wouldn't recommend.

The Technician was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I especially liked how he explained each of the repairs required and showed me the damage that had happened to my system. I will be using Cool Willys from now on for all of my HVAC needs !

Very professional and reasonably priced service. Quick to respond. When out me water heater wait working Dustin had to come out multiple times due to difficulties on our end, ie no part available locally, part not shipped from manufacturer when promised, etc. All this with me out of town. When we finally got the part, the repair was complete in under 5 min.

I had a pipe under my sink break, Sun. evening and called this company which I found on Google. Jesus was at my home within 30 minutes, repaired the broken pipe, and did not upsell nor overcharge. This company has been in business since 1952 and that most likely is due to their business practices, customer service and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone. They will now be the ones we go to for our plumbing needs.

Tyler was polite, introduced himself, thorough at the maintenance. Then explained his findings so I could understand. He was honest and worked to get me a new unit . I enjoyed having him as the technician.
