Charlie, the guy who came and fixed this back up of sewer was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful! He also went the extra mile and offered and fixed a back-up in the tub caused from the original back-up that I seriously doubt any other plumber would have done or thought to look at! This guy is OUTSTANDING! Silverado would never need to advertise if he goes on all the jobs because he is a word of mouth via references walking advertisement that stands above and beyond any advertisement for a company I have ever seen! I hope they recognize they have a rare diamond who works for them and compensates him accordingly!

The guys were all extremely professional and on time. Marty showed up first to get things started by disconnecting the old AC and preparing for the new one. Albert showed up next to get my water heater up to code. He walked me through everything he was doing and answered all my questions. Meanwhile the crane showed up and they started to get it in place to remove the old AC. Again Marty shined and did most of the heavy lifting. Albert jumped on the roof and helped removed the old stand and the two of them got the new AC positioned properly. Albert took off when Mike showed up and again the team was crazy amazing with speed and precision to get the AC hooked up the drip line up to code and finally to reseal the roof. Unbelievable how quick these guys were, working in the heat and getting everything taken care of professionally. So glad Marty, Mike, and Albert were assigned to fo the install. Wouldn't ask for a better team.

Brandon came out to flush the water heater and change the filter on the water conditioner. Showed up right on time and performed the work in a very timely manner. Then Harrison came out to service the furnace. Very efficient! Both techs were courteous, friendly and very professional. Techs like these are why I continue to use RiteWay.
