Their friendly staff provided a quick turn around time, superb customer service, and made recommendations for services to keep the system running. Our technician Austin, kept me advised through the whole process so I could make real time decisions, which resulted in a timely repair. He even changed their air filters! I would recommend Picture Rocks without reservation.

The original replacement installation was faulty and the leak penetrated the roof and the ceiling below it.Upon my complaint, the new unit was removed, the hole covered and drying units provided. Upon repair of the ceiling, a second unit was installed. It was an upgrade.The problem was completely resolved and the new unit works perfectly.You are to be complimented for your ownership of the problem and the professional way you solved the problem.I can recommend you without reservation.

Zachari from Cummings came out on time for an inspection of our rooftop heatpump. He was very professional and helpful, explaining everything in detail to me (a longtime mechanic but novice at HVAC) so that I could understand. He had state-of-the-art equipment and although he was working on a dinosaur (aged) unit, and in 100+ degree heat, it took him almost no time to access and get the unit working. Working the best it has in many years btw! A+++ to Zachari! I highly recommend his honest and knowledgeable service!

Our AC recently stopped functioning in its normal capacity. We were experiencing only one zone triggering and that one zone was not cooling the room at at all. No one could come out to help us for days. Goettl was able to come out the next day thankfully.Justin was incredibly helpful, professional, meticulous, and communicative on what he was doing, what he was thinking, and what the plan was for figuring the issue out. Within hours he had us back up and running. I would highly recommend this company and their tech simply for the patience and professionalism with which they conduct themselves.

I was able to make an appointment fairly quickly, they were very responsive. The guys came out and were open to discussion about what my options were. Ultimately, they fixed the issue quickly. They were courteous and cleaned up after their work. This work was done during the COVID-19 pandemic - they were respectful of our space and wore masks the entire time. I would recommend them and will hire them again if needed.

Needing to have some gas piping work performed, and being new to the Tucson, AZ area, I relied on HomeAdvisor to recommend a good plumbing contractor to perform the job. HomeAdvisor was right-on with its recommendation of Strongbuilt Plumbing & Air. The service provided by Strongbuilt was first-rate; both professional and technically superb. Strongbuilt's customer service was impressive and its pricing was very reasonable. Strongbuilt will be my go-to contractor for any future plumbing needs.

Rite Way installed my new Lennox heating and cooling unit and thermostat. I kept expecting to be disappointed in the service since it is a lot of money and when it is that much you become hard to please. I wanted to wait to write this review until I made it up to my roof after they left to look over the work. I was expecting to have to touch up my roofs white protective coating because there was such a difference in size between the unit they craned away and the new one. No touch ups needed they coated around the unit themselves. After other companies contractors left cigarette butts after working on my house I was expecting to have to clean up after them but not a speck of trash was left behind and they swept up. They were careful with my plants around the base of my house despite having to set up ladders, throw down pieces of the old unit, tools and trucks. They showed up with enough men to do the job correctly and quickly. Inside the house when installing the thermostat they brought a towel to put down over my furniture to protect it from plaster dust. They took time to walk me through the features of the thermostat and how to improve access with an app for my phone. They did of course need access to bathrooms and water but again were very quick and respectful of my things. My street is very narrow but they allowed for neighbors cars to pass and even at one point moved a truck so I could take a family member to an appointment. I have been trying to think of anything they could have done better and the only thing was to explain the financing to me in more detail ahead of time but every time I came up with a question they got back to me with an answer right away, so it quickly became a non issue.
