Once again I am amazed by Silverado Plumbing and their efficiency! I placed a service order today and a technician was there within an hour! Jack quickly assessed the situation, advised the tenant and called me with the results! Thanks for all you do!

Had an absolutely ghastly water main clog because of our landlord's unreal ability to only provide broken parts for our rental. Sewage coming up the shower drain, a broken hose piece under the house that isn't even made anymore - the works. Leland came to help out within an hour and a half after we first got in contact with our rental agency, and he was great! He was so polite, and went out of his way to communicate to the rental agency that it wasn't our fault that the break happened. He also went out of his way to pick up the right pieces for us, so we didn't have to wait possibly several days for a plumber to come out. 10/10 experience!! Give this guy a raise!! We'll definitely be calling him back if something else goes wrong in the future.

I would like to address a comment left on this page by a unhappy ex employee. I have worked for Silverado for over a year now and wear the uniform proudly, Art gave me a chance when no one else would he seen potential in me. Art holds us to higher standard then most companies, he wants the customers who use Silverado to feel like they have gotten the best value for there money, it is nice to work for a company where there is no pressure to up sell customers or offer them services they do not need. Almost every week I go into customers homes and solve there plumbing issues after other guys have been there telling these homeowners that there repairs are going to cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars. I go home at night and sleep well knowing that I did not rip-off or get over on some people in there time of need. I did not get into plumbing to be a humanitarian by no means. I am a husband a father of three and I can honestly say I earn good living and am completely happy with my job at Silverado. From ownership to the management they are by far the best company to work for. I have seen many guys come and go and usually it is because they do not want hold the standard that the company sets. I have also seen many guys go on to start there own businesses and Art holds no resentment and wishes them the best of luck. So for a past employee to get on here and bash Art and Silverado it was more than likely do to the fact that he could not meet the standard, and is now probably miserable with his new company...you know the old saying you think the grass is greener on the other side until....ill let you finish it! To Art and staff at Silverado I want to thank you for allowing me to be part of your team, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Silverado Plumbing is awesome! I have used them for many different services over the past several years and they never disappoint! They are professional, thorough, friendly, and best of all, their pricing is very reasonable. Most recently we had several projects completed by Justin ~ new water heater installed, all drains flushed, several faucets fixed, a dishwasher line corrected and a faulty drain repaired. He worked hard and did a fabulous job! I will definitely request his services for all my future plumbing needs!

On 10 August, we had just had a tiling job finish in our home, including in our bathrooms. We were going through the house looking at the floor and noticed that the toilets had been backing up into our roman tub in the master bath. We reviewed yelp, worrying about the cost of an after hours plumber (it was around 8pm), and saw excellent reviews for Silverado. We took the chance and gave them a call. I explained the story to the dispatch and he told me he would call the plumber and he would be in touch shortly. Within 5-10 minutes Tom called! We answered some additional questions he had and he told us he would be at our house within 20 minutes. Tom was very prompt and very friendly (especially given the hour!). He took the time to look at our toilets and showers in the home and then look around outside for a cleanout valve. He explained each step along the way and answered all of our questions. He promptly went to work getting us fixed up and was finished in no time! He advised us to think about having a camera inspection and possibly installing a cleanout valve to make any future visits a bit easier and cheaper.

The total price was extremely reasonable and about half of what we had been fearing! The receipt and summary of services was emailed immediately to us and within a few days, a quote for the camera inspection was also emailed.

The office staff and Tom were amazing! He helped deescalate a stressful situation and we will be using him again if needed! Thank you, Tom!!

We have had Tom back out twice. The first was for a free quote on a drain for a water softener we just purchased. He came out on 16 August. We were so impressed by him and this company during our emergency situation that we wanted to see if the price would be better than what we were quoted by another company. I scheduled an appointment and Tom was kind enough to call when he was on his way to provide an ETA. He was already familiar with our home, so it was quite quick. He also reviewed different options available to help me make an informed decision.

Tom came out again in another emergency type situation on Saturday, 20 August. The original issue we had of water backing up into our shower was happening again. This time we requested the camera inspection discussed at the first visit and we are so glad we did!! He climbed on the roof and sent the camera down. He found a 2 piece of tile lodged in our pipe, currently in the front yard, from the tile job we just had completed. He explained what it will take to remove the tile and steps to take to prevent further backups until that time. He allowed us to climb on the roof to see exactly what he was looking at and take pictures to submit to the floor company for reimbursement. Tom was again extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He is extremely honest and straightforward and is always willing to answer our questions. He provided the quote for the job via email in a very timely manner.

While we are a little sad to have such a close relationship with our local plumber already, we couldn't have chosen a better company!! We will happily recommend them and Tom to any of our friends! Thank you for your hard work!!

This morning I noticed my water heater leaking in my garage and I contacted my property manager. They sent over David Driggers with SIlverado Plumbing in the same day. David was very professional and his work looked great. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs

Charge way too much

Have had good results in the past, so that's who I called this time when I saw water stains on walls and moldings. Tech (Rodney) was dispatched promptly - called and gave me his eta. The guys know what they're doing.
He quickly trace and diagnosed the problem to be coming for, the shower inlet. He took photos of his progress and made the repair. Everything now functioning as it should. It is refreshing to have someone you have confidence in, and can TRUST.

I will always use them if I have plumbing issues.

I had a busted pipe on a Saturday, and they got to my place in less than 30 mins. Tom was the gentleman that took care of the situation. He was very pleasant and really knew what he was doing, only 15 minutes later my issue was solved. I highly recommend them. Definitely ask for Tom, he's high professional and helpful.

Aaron Morris is one of the best plumbers I have ever come across. I just moved into a new rental to find a pipe had burst in between the kitchen and bedroom! He was quick to inspect the issue, honest, polite, and to the point. He helped me understand what was going on and the next steps. Since I work from home, he was even considerate to let me know when loud noises would occur incase I had to make any phone calls and offered me a filtered mask for drywall debris. I feel very lucky to have worked with Aaron and would HIGHLY recommend his services at Silverado Plumbing!!

Dominic came and fixed my kitchen sink, and did an excellent job. He worked for about an hour, thought he had done all he could do, and told me he would have to come back and try something different in a few days. He instead came back to my home immediately because he was bothered by not finishing the job. He tried something different on the second go, and ended up fixing my sink about five minutes later. Being somewhat new to Tucson I decided to use Yelp to get estimates to re-pipe my newly purchased 73 year old home. The water pressure was unsatisfactory due to old galvanized steel pipes that were likely rusting from the inside out as well as narrowing due to sediment build up. My first estimate was from a reputable company and came in at $9400. My next estimate was from Silverado Plumbing. Rodney came in scoped the job and to my pleasant surprise gave me an estimate of $4300. HUGE difference!

The choice was obvious. Rodney came with his helper Derek and called to let me know he was on his way. Both were professional and personable the entire job. I knew this was going to be a messy job and was informed as such. Twelve holes were needed to be cut out of my walls and ceilings to run the PEX flexible plastic piping throughout my small home. Everything was going as expected but the shower for some reason was barely putting out water pressure after re-piping it, (the main reason I decided to do the job)! It was a mystery for quite a while but Rodney persisted and finally figured out the problem and now I have awesome shower pressure as well as in my other faucets.

Rodney definitely knows his stuff. He went above and beyond and even installed a new kitchen sink and faucet that I had purchased. He also accommodated a number of other little requests that I asked him to do without any pushback. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would definitely call Silverado for any other plumbing needs I may encounter and should that happen I’ll be asking for Rodney to do the job.

One of the best plumbing experiences. The work was done fast and well!

Service was excellent, both last night in containing the problem, and today in replacing the hot water heater. The technician, Jack, was polite and kept us fully informed. He made sure everything was working correctly be leaving and the worksite was clean. If having your hot water heater leak could be a good experience, this was.

Great Customer Service! Appreciated concerns that our plumbing issues could disrupt our holidays. Suggested we wait until after the first of the year to take care of our problem. Just made the appointment to have the problem resolved. Thanks Silverado.

Dreaded calling a plumber. Put it off forever. Until we couldn't, really. My partner found Silverado on Yelp! -- called on a Sunday morning, they were there in less than an hour. Rudy had the problem fixed 30 mins later, and at a totally reasonable price. Next time an issue came up (today), I called without hesitation. Raymond was there in no time, immediately fixed the problem. Friendly, professional, top-notch. Gave some helpful info, zero pressure to buy anything. Very pleased with this company, will be having them back for some additional work. Would refer to friends without reservation.

I am updating my review to include Keith in this, because he also did such an excellent job today. My situation isn't easy for these guys. My property manager is tired of this plumbing stuff, too, and doesn't want to spend a lot of money (understandably), so it can get tricky for these technicians.

Dealing with these multiple priorities and personalities can make it hard to accomplish anything and satisfy anyone.

And problems came up. The new toilet wouldn't fit. This could have gone badly.

It could have gone on for weeks more if Keith had been less open-minded and willing to step out of his job description a little bit. He definitely went above and beyond, and I will be calling Silverado to thank them for everything when I am finished posting this review!

I have had ongoing plumbing issues in my home for four years now, and the problems persist, so I can be a grumpy customer...
But I have to say, Silverado sent out a young man named Dominic today, and he was so pleasant and professional that I am happy to write a nice review.

I called my property management company because I came home late on a Saturday afternoon and discovered a leak. Jack from Silverado came out and fixed the problem immediately. He was fast friendly and professional. I will highly recommend Silverado to my friends.

I work for an apartment complex and Silverado is our go to. Jack M. is a definite asset to their company. We had 2 major leaks at our community and Jack worked tirelessly to restore service to our residents. Not to mention he kept us appraised of all that was going on. Thanks Jack and Silverado.

I called Silverado out to take care of a slow drain, they were able to get me in hours before my scheduled window. Raymond came by after he finished a job early and was able to easily take care of the drain within 20 minutes. We've also used Silverado to replace an old galvanized water main and they did a great job, and it's hard to beat their prices. This is definitely the only plumber we'll use.

Tom was sent out to my mobile home and was amazing. He was extremely friendly and did a great job getting my water back on and running. He was great to me for a few reasons he helped me by explaining why we were connecting things a certain way, and was very helpful to teaching me how and why his did something in particular.

Jose arrived to clear a backup at our rental. Great service, very professional! It was very last minute when we noticed the backup, so we are thankful he arrived as promptly as he did. Highly recommend!

We had a shower that was not draining that turned into a back up of the whole house sewer line. Samuel called and said he was 30 minutes out about an hour before the latest estimated time and got to the house on time. He was polite and after introducing himself and asking for details about the issue got right to work. Did a great job, put everything back in place and tested the drain flow for about 15 minutes to make sure it was completely fixed. Thank you guys.

I had the technician Tony hall and he was very nice and personable, he was excellent he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed the problem extremely well he explained exactly what was wrong and how to prevent this in the future if you call ask for Tony hall.

Very prompt service, called ahead to give us his ETA. Arrived on time. Jack Manning was very professional and got right to work. He diagnosed the issue and repaired it right away. The leak was on the outside faucet which shared the wall with the master bedroom. Jack decided to inspect the inner wall and realized we had a foot area inside the house where the carpet was saturated from the leak. He went above and beyond. Silverado plumbing is fortunate to have an employee like Jack Manning who goes above and beyond .

Jonathan was EXCELLENT. We had MULTIPLE (like 5 and the city) come out to check out the problem - some found a big problem that would cost thousands to fix, some found no problem at all so we were very confused. Jonathan came out and was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly even though it was apparently pretty tricky. So glad we decided to call Silverado out as a 6th opinion because Jonathan was the only one who simply just made sense. He explained it very well to us and we understood the issue even though we know nothing about plumbing. The best thing is we felt like he wasn't just trying to find a problem just because someone else said there was a problem. Would recommend!

UPDATE: I wanted to update our review. We were having a water heater problem so we went through our home warranty who set us up with an awful company. They ended up fixing one problem and then breaking something else. I didn't want to take any more chances so we called Silverado right away (of course it was in the middle of Saturday night). Jack went out there right away, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. He was so cool about it and it was worth every double overtime penny. Turns out the previous plumber fixed the problem but forgot to put a rubber cap on his fix causing a leak that by the time started to show itself, was apparently already covering electrical. The previous plumber almost burned down our house! We are so grateful for the skill and professionalism from Jack.

Had a great expierence with raymond, came over fixed my troubled plumbing and gave me great info on how to take care of my plumbing and explained why things were how they were. I will now always recomend silverado plumbing to anyone for there great and speedy service and professional persona. Couldnt be more thankful at the moment!

Dishonest orJust Extremely Inexperienced?!… I called Silverado when my regular plumber wasn’t available. After running a camera to find a leak, he told me the leak was in a line beneath the top rim of the tub and the entire tub would have to be removed, along with tile/walls demo’d. The quote was about $2,500. I waited for my regular plumber to examine the leak and he said there was no way a plumbing line would go under the tub in that (basement) bathroom. I subsequently had the tile/wall only demo’d for under $200 and the line capped off temporarily for about $200. For $1,100, a very thorough plumbing job will be done replacing piping, valve, securing the parts to the concrete wall, etc, etc. I would have paid $1k more to Silverado!—and I think they would have done much less with the plumbing components. When I asked for photos or video of the camera work silverado’s tech had done to show that the leak was under the tub rim, the company did not comply. It certainly seems that guy was extremely dishonest. My regular Plumber had warned me that they do have a turnover in personnel, and, in fact, when I called them, the company told me that that tech was no longer with them. Plumbing companies that hire inexperienced, non-vetted, untrained technicians are not to be trusted! Go someplace else!!

Good, reliable plumbers who can almost always come out right when you need them. Good service and good work. Prices are mostly reasonable but not necessarily always and their bids aren't always good about breaking out materials and labor.

While I appreciated them showing up afterhours to solve the problem of a backing up bathtub they ended up causing a worse problem by flooding the room with sewage and left it for me to clean up. I still can't get the smell out.

A faucet broke and water was pouring. They were at my house within a very short time. Aaron M was amazing. Resolved the issue quickly and fixed another problem while there. I am always concerned if I am going to be ripped off, but he was very competent and no question about his integrity. Great company

Called to have a hot water valve on my washing machine replaced and they showed up to fix my water heater? Had to order a part which was supposed to take 5 days and when the next tech showed up, he thought he was fixing the water heater.. again. Had no parts for the washing machine valve, still. Been 8 days now and I'm wondering what they'll show up for next. If we weren't renting this home, I would have dropped them already but now we're stuck waiting for them to figure it out.

This company has been very helpful for our apartment complex. We have been using Tom Shaw he is here on time and gets the job done. Silverado is our go to when in an emergency.

Had a clog in the master bathroom shower. Draino, and all the usual things would not fix it. They came out quickly, and within 15 minutes things were back to normal. Gilbert Lizarraga was the Plumber and he was very pleasant and did a great job. Thanks!

Aaron (Tony), the serviceman, arrived on time, very professional, and fixed our septic problem. He wasn't sure the problem could be fixed, but he was determined to try and amazed himself that he did. We couldn't be more please with him and the job that he did. The price of the work performed was well under the other quotes that we received. Would recommend this company to anyone who wants an honest quote and service.

Rather than making your customers leave a message and then not getting a response in a timely manner, dedicate someone to phones. Came out early Sunday morning on zero notice--less than an hour from phone call till Jack was on site and working. Dug up and fixed broken water line in about an hour and a half. Charged about a third of what I'd guessed, with no charge for Sunday, early morning, or emergency service. As he drove off, I thought I heard the theme music from Shane playing.

Excellent service, above and beyond. The woman who answered the phone and took my call deserves recognition too.

Silverado has apparently has gotten too large to take care of long time customers in a timely manner. Often promise to have a supervisor call back which never happens and then send quotes for service to the wrong people which further delays service.

Tony came when he said he was going to and solved the problem with speed and accuracy and answered all our questions.

Justin installed our new heater in a very professional and quality manner and was very courteous. Thank you Justin and Silverado!

I had Silverado out to my house this week. They did an amazing job. It is not always easy working with old pipes but the device tech did a great job of keeping me informed the entire time what was happening. I would recommend them to anyone needing quality work at a great price.

Worst service ever! Waited all day for someone to show up while my garage was slowly flooding. I called 3 times - last time someone called back said there was nothing they could really do on late afternoon on Friday (that 24 hour service they advertise is a lie). Then the office called to reschedule to Saturday. Very poorly run company - do not use!

We had an after-hours emergency and James from Silverado responded right away. He was great, professional, and nice! He solved the issue quickly. We are very thankful!

Called on Sunday for a leaking faucet on my RO in the kitchen. Jack Manning with Silverado was great! He came within 2hrs of my call and solved the problem real fast, bad o-rings. Another company quoted me $457 for the repair or replace the system for $928!!!! I will only use and recommend Silverado and especially Jack!

I just experienced another great call from Silverado Plumbing. I ordered a sewer line inspection on a new home under consideration for my purchase and since it was over 20 years old, I thought such an inspection was prudent. I was fortunate to have Karter Jones perform the inspection. He was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I will recommend him to others. The price was very reasonable.

My water suddenly shut off Sunday before Memorial Day. The water company said it was most likely the PRV valve that had failed. Silverado Plumbing was amazing!!! First off their prices were way cheaper than the competition, which is always a must with home repair! Silverado Plumbing is the real deal. I was terrified to try a new plumbing service but a friend recommended them. They were great. Dave and Aaron came out, were super professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fast. They quickly fix the problem. Two weeks later, I had another issue at another property and Dave went out and solved the problem immediately. Silverado doesn't charge you an arm and a leg. They have proven to be a very trust-worthy company. I'm going to use them from now on..the have very fair prices and no surprises..

This is the best plumbing company in Tucson! Starting with Tony the receptionist (I hope I got the name right) she answered all my questions and was extremely helpful everytime I called. I called to get my elderly mom's clogged sewer hydrojetted. I was not too sure about this service since I had never had it done but Dominic and Paul were very nice and explained it to me and even let me see the camera to see what was going on. They were able to get it unplugged. I don't think they realize how much they are appreciated. They were very professional and the price was good especially during these times when extra money is scarce. Thank you I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know.

Went very badly. Came on 8-19-17 to repair leak at piping connection. Charged $100.90; tried several things; added metal band; nothing worked; leak not stopped. I went to Walmart and got silicone tape, wrapped around pipe and stopped leak. What does it say for their competence that a novice like me could stop leak while their plumber cannot. Gave me bid 14221, IFSM W/O 58882 for $1160.95; got the work done by CURTIS PLUMBING for $816.08. SILVERADO is overpriced and incompetent; will not use them again.

This place was great. I received service on a Saturday within a hour of calling. They fixed everything for a very reasonable price, it was half the price of another plumber that came out earlier that day. Didn't fix the problem the first time, failed to diagnose using a camera before working on the problem and wouldn't warranty work unless we paid them to come back with a camera. Tried to get scheduled after hours but the call center, plumber and scheduling dept. all failed to get us on the schedule despite saying they would be at our house between 8-12p the next day - No show. When I called at 12:10pm to ask if they were coming the operator was rude and asked me why I didn't call sooner when they didn't come. Complete lack of communication on all levels. Would not recommend.

Jack and Matt are the absolute best in the business. Their effort, knowledge, and non stop will to fix the problem is 2nd to none! We rented a house June 1 and the gas company discovered major gas leak and shut gas off (hot water, stove, dryer all affected). Silverado came out that night and moved us to priority fix. We had just unloaded the last box and Odus reassured us we could unpack. Odus Berglund and Michael Wood worked diligently and cheerfully in the high heat repiping house. I could not have picked two better trustworthy guys - my husband and I knew we were in good hands. Gas on again.
We then had a backed up toilet and shower and could not use either. Again these two awesome guys made us a priority and while there are deeper issues, we can use our one and only bathroom.
We are renting at this time and our rental company contracted Silverado. We plan to own another home in future and these are the guys and company we will call on without hesitation! Thank you Odus, Michael and Carter!!

Unfortunately being a home owner sometimes has its downside....especially if you have an older home. I ran into some main drain back up issues spilling into my shower! Silverado plumbing was suggested to me from a friend. Today I had the opportunity to meet Jack Manning who responded to my emergency call. No one wants to come home to this. Water on the floor, your water heater obviously about to go into the great scrap heap in the sky, and it is freaking four o'clock in the afternoon. Well, it wasn't a huge deal when you got Silverado on the job. Yes, the guys with the man sitting on the toilet on the trucks. You can't miss them. Either way, the quirky visuals doesn't fully illustrate how good their work is. When the plumber Tom Shaw showed up, he changed everything out with ease and fixed the problem. in a timely manner. This was the middle of the evening mind you, so I fortunately did not have to go a night without water. What I enjoyed most was the knowledge he bestowed upon me, doing so courteously and not being contentious with my queries. I like knowing a little bit about the components to my home, so I am thankful he indulged me. Anyway, I highly recommend this company. They fixed up my father's house rightly and soon after I quickly realized my water heater definitely needed to be changed, for I had the warmest shower I have had in quite a long time. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing!! Troy came out to fix a broken seal under my kitchen sink and ended up multiple seals, using some extra parts he had for a very fair and cheap parts pricing. He is quick, efficient, and friendly. Called ahead of time to let me know when he was coming which was nice especially since it was difficult to have a four hour window completely open with no idea of what time someone would come. He took a look at a problem with my bathtub too since he finished the sink so quick and expertly solved that as well in little time. Troy took the time to do excellent work, educating me along the way so I know what to do in the future, and so I have a better understanding of how the piping and plumbing in my house works. One of the best service calls I have ever had help with for any issue and any company. I highly recommend Silverado Plumbing and Troy.

I have used this company before and been pleased. However in February they came out to replace a water leak. When they took the pipes out, I had 2 double angle stops so I could hook up a ice maker and dish washer. When they put them back in they only put single stops. Had to call another plumber to come out to replace what I had originally. They would not make it right.

I thought I knew what I was doing relighting a water heater pilot light but Gilbert took me to school and now I’m all set if we encounter the same problem again.

My toilet stopped working right at the end of a business day of course my apartment maintenance couldn't snake it so they called them then my apartments told me I was probably out of luck and it would probably be a different day. Thankfully they called me back right away and was there within the hour!!! The plumber Tony Hall he was friendly helpful and amazing! Got the job done fast and was very nice! Charlie, the guy who came and fixed this back up of sewer was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful! He also went the extra mile and offered and fixed a back-up in the tub caused from the original back-up that I seriously doubt any other plumber would have done or thought to look at! This guy is OUTSTANDING! Silverado would never need to advertise if he goes on all the jobs because he is a word of mouth via references walking advertisement that stands above and beyond any advertisement for a company I have ever seen! I hope they recognize they have a rare diamond who works for them and compensates him accordingly!

Never will use this plumbing vendor again. The plumber was rude and overcharged a removal of some debris in the garbage disposal. He USED NO TOOLS and used his hand to remove some debris and charged 220.00 for less than 30 minutes of bare minimum work. He was a smooth talker and liar on the invoice. 220.00 for no work --- no repair or anything. Never again. This company is very dishonest

I contacted several companies to get estimates for a large job (re-pipe of galvanized steel to PEX tubing) for my house. This company was by far the lowest bidder and included important things that other companies simply neglected to mention in person or on paper (ie. replacement of water heater, city inspections, ect.) The job was completed without incident! The job itself was in depth and took about a week and a half from start to finish. It was terrifying having my home torn apart but Gary the plumber was very professional and went the extra mile just to ensure that I could have running hot water over the weekend by working on a Saturday, which I was told upfront by the foreman that they don't typically do.

5/5, would recommend to others and would contact again for all plumping needs.

He had already taken the pipes apart so the water was off! I called Silverado and was greeted by a professional and understanding employee who told me someone could come out in a bit. Over the last week I’ve had some plumbing issues that required a plumber to come out after hours. Silverado was recommended to us by the property management company we use here in town for some of our rental units – early on they were fine. Reasonable prices and the service was ok. However the quality of their plumbers dropped off and we had a couple really bad experiences – rude, dismissive – had one tech out to fix a drain attachment to a cast iron drain that the sink drain was hooked up incorrectly – he didn’t fix it, just noted it was wrong on his way out with no details. Nice. The final straw was my wife met them at another property to get an estimate to replace a couple old style sinks (steel connectors coming out over the sinks instead of copper stub outs under the sink) – they were rude and told her it probably had steel behind the walls (it doesn’t – a professional would walk over to the water heater and look and what’s coming out of the wall) and said if that was the case the property probably wasn’t worth doing anything with anyway. Just ridiculous excuse for professionalism, freaked my wife out and made her cry for Pete’s sake. Told my property manager to never send them out to any of our properties again for any reason and they relayed they were having problems with other sites with them and were switching to Pioneer. Good move – Pioneer was miles more professional, respectful, excellent workmanship on all jobs we’ve sent them out on. Maybe Silverado has gotten its crappy service turned around but I don’t care – they’ll never get another dime from me.

Had an issue with the plumbing at our apartment around 9:30pm on a Saturday. Called the property manager. Within an hour technician Tom arrived.(That's amazing in itself ) Tom worked until 3am trying to resolve the clogged sewer line. It unfortunately needed more work. Tom and Jack (Manning) came at 7:30 am the next morning and in about an hour fixed the problem and cleaned up. Both were very professional. Friendly and explained everything they were doing. Very pleased.

I recently contracted with Silverado to convert a residential septic system to city sewer service. The plumber assigned the job was Tom. The job required digging a trench from the house to the street, eliminating the septic system, and connecting the house to the city sewer line - all meeting the required city building codes. Simple enough? Except, the city provided ambiguous information about the location of the sewer branch. Then there was the required negotiating around the gas lines, other miscellaneous underground obstructions, and last, but not least, monsoon which flooded the trench and required a several day delay for the ground and now the trench lake to subside and dry. This, of course did not include the heavier equipment sinking into the mud and needing special rescues. Through it all, Tom was diligent and resourceful - might I even say philosophical about all the obstacles placed before him in what was otherwise to be a bread and butter job.

I have nothing but good things to say about Silverado Plumbing! We have used them multiple times at our property. Dave and Tom are always friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our last blockage was a tough one, due to the age of our building, and it usually happens after business hours. Dave and Tom came out that same evening and stayed until the job was complete. I coordinated with Silverado Plumbing for a large project at a condo facility in northern Tucson. Silverado's senior technician Tom worked with us and our customer (24 unit condo complex), multiple owners, tenants and HOA to run new gas lines underground after a large fire. They installed new tankless water heaters, coordinated directly with SW Gas and other vendors on site to work around them and constantly communicated with my team, the HOA and their owners. We uncovered gas pressure leaks as well (unrelated to the scope of work from Silverado) and Tom continued to access and make repairs as we uncovered issues. We are very pleased with Silverado and Tom specifically for his constant communication, professionalism and detailed explanation of the processes.

My experience with Silverado Plumbing began with a courteous and professional appointment scheduling with Chandra. I cannot stress enough how vital to a company’s well-being is their phone management. It is the first, personal impression that is made on behalf of a company, and I have rejected using a company based on the sloppy, haphazard attention and service extended via the initial phone call. It is the first opportunity to excel in making the customer feel they have made the right choice. Chandra did just that and represented Silverado very well. Then Tim arrived within the scheduled work window with prior notification that he was on his way. He was friendly and did an excellent job replacing a kitchen faucet, installing a garbage disposal and swapping out old, stuck hot and cold, water turn-off valves at a reasonable price. Tim went above and beyond by noting and solving an aggravating problem involving the RO system that I didn’t know could be eliminated. I will definitely call Silverado again when the next plumbing need arises. Silverado Plumbing make both customer service and a quality product a priority.

My rental company had Silverado Rooter and Plumbing come out to fix my faucet and disposal funky smell. First, the company was quick to respond. They called about 30 minutes after my request and was at my house 30 minutes after that. Jack Manning came to check on the issues. The faucet leak was an easy fix. I could tell he was a professional, because I showed him what was wrong and he knew exactly how to fix it and fast. Then I told him of the foul odor coming from the disposal when the dishwasher was running. He checked under the kitchen sink and immediately knew what was causing the problem. He said since the tubing was hanging down there was food and debris stuck which he then showed me where the problem was. He raised the tube by securing in up underneath the sink (nicely out of the way now). He recommended a few things I can do to help flush out the current build up and also told me what would be the next step if that didn't work and what time frame to consider. I am happy to say, since his visit, the smell has decreased so much! I don't even know if we will have to do anything further in the future. Jack also had time and courtesy to answer another question/concern of mine regarding the toilet. I am VERY happy with Jack and his company. I will recommend them to anyone I know and use them in the future. Thank you so much!

I had one of the folks come to give me a quote on a gas line extension to feed a pool heater. I believe the technician was Raymond. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received a quote after calling their office to remind. On top that, he mentioned he could pull the line from my garage heater and furnace line but it turned out what he was planning to do was a shortcut and will have been a problem with inspectors. I don’t think these guys know what they are doing.

The customer service is top notch Tom and all the staff are professional, helpful ,problem solvers and they answer their phones . There is nothing to change here they do it right the first time.

Gilbert Lizarraga was our plumber and he did a great job. He was very professional and willing to answer my questions and keep me in the loop of what he was noticing while snaking the toilet. The tenets before us must of not got the memo for flushing baby wipes, because Gilbert pulled out what must have been the Costco Economy Sized box of of wipes. It was to the point he had to unleash the heavy equipment. He took his time and care to bring this machine into the home and that is something I can appreciate. This is not my first rodeo with Silverado and I am starting to think their quality of service is a standard.

My sewer line under the house was so clogged that when my water softener drained, water would overflow at my kitchen sink. Fortunately Jeremy and his associate came out and cleared it in short order. They were both very professional and courteous. They left my house in the same condition that they found. Will call Silverado again for future plumbing needs.

Great experience with Silverado. I had used them for some small jobs in the past and never had a problem, so I chose them to install a new water heater. The installer (Tom) was on-time, professional and finished the job within the estimated timeframe. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturer's defect in the until which didn't appear until a few days later. The emergency Tech (Aaron) came over early on a Saturday morning to troubleshoot the issue and confirmed a replacement would be necessary. I was thinking it wouldn't be until that Monday when they could come back out, but Tom arrived just a few hours later with a new unit and I was able to have hot water for the weekend. On a Sunday, of course, the roots growing through the main line of the house finally backed up every drain in the house. Based on Google reviews, we picked Silverado and our expectations were exceeded. This was especially true for the price because we expected a knock on the door to cost about $140.
Jack M. explained the process and gave accurate time and price estimates up front. Before starting work, he asked us to move a vehicle to eliminate the risk of damage from the equipment. When Jack was done, he showed us the cause of the problem and cleaned up after himself.
In lieu of poo emojis we give them five stars.

Our home needed major pipe repair under the foundation, which would be stressful for any homeowner. After having three companies over for estimates, we chose Silverado. Every member of their staff, from office to technicians, were friendly and knowledgeable. Silverado was also more affordable than their competitors. Aaron and Reggie were our plumbers. If what you are looking for is quality work at a fair price, you need look no further! This is what is great about them: 1) Their technicians have no less than 10 yrs experience (most 15-20). 2) They do NOT charge a trip charge and in fact will give an estimate for free (which other company does that?? I was personally quoted $350 charge to diagnose my problem from Dean's plumbing and over $200 from two other companies!). 3) Quality work - in my case it was a head scratcher problem and they were there for 4 hours until they got it figured out. But most importantly, 4) They have the most fair pricing of any plumbing company in town in my opinion! I was charged less than $300 for a four hour call? And previously my friend got her clogged kitchen sink snaked and the whole call charge was under $100! Hello? Why would you call anyone else? If you own a mobile home like me, you have likely been price gouged by others in town. Look no further. This is the type of service, quality, and prices that our parents talked about in the 50's! I will never change companies now that I have found them.

I called Silverado today for a plumbing issue they said someone would be out between 12 and 4. I had to call 6 times to get updates to see when they were going to show up after 4 I called again they said it would be a half an hour and no one called or showed up at all. We started using Silverado Plumbing last spring when our long time plumber retired. They were a good choice. Our home, and the two homes we are managing, were all built in the 40s and 50s so the aging infrastructure is starting to fail. Raymond has been excellent: he understands about working on old houses, he explains what he is doing, and he is very patient with the customer. Unlike some contractors, he is very courteous about letting us know when he will be here and if there is a delay, he does not leave the customer wondering what happened. We have been very pleased with the work Raymond has done for us and are glad to have someone as skilled and professional to call on when we need help.

I have always done business with Silverado and I’m always impressed. Ben installed a new water heater for me. He is very professional and very friendly. He explained everything to me that had to be done . He worked very hard and I thought maybe my water heater gave him a hard time and he said nope just another installation. Aaron installed a new toilet in my home and did a terrific job. He actually had to do it in two steps. The first time he was here, he removed the old toilet and repaired the water connection valve. But the footprint of the old toilet didn't match that of the new water efficient toilet. So we needed time to fill in the footprint with grout. We had the sewage alarm go off which was a surprise since we just had the pumps replaced a couple years ago. The people who replaced it were unable to come (go figure) but Silverado came to the rescue. Tom was very sweet and took the time to look at everything and explain it all. Will be using them again in the future (hopefully far off future cause that alarm was not fun to listen to).

I called on a Thursday afternoon and Donald Carroll was at the house within 3 hours of our call to replace a leaking faucet and valve. Donald diagnosed the problem, came back with the parts on Friday morning and had it completed by noon. He could not have been more friendly or professional and I will use Donald and Silverado Plumbing for my future needs.

Fast response, and excellent service. Jacob even cleaned our dryer vent hose, which he noticed had grit in it - completely unrelated to the job he came to perform. Above and beyond.

We called Silverado for a slow drain that was causing water backups in our kitchen and laundry. Technician Matt Mattox was on time, was quick to diagnose the problem as a clog, and made sure he was satisfied that it was cleared before he left the job. It’s been over a month and all of our plumbing is still running perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Matt. If we have any future plumbing issues, we’ll call Silverado and ask that they send Matt again.

My last call happened to be at 5:30am with a busted pipe..they actually picked up the phone when I called and I had the tech call back within 5 minutes...he was at my house within 40 minutes and then apologized for taking so long!!! These guys are fantastic. My ancient water heater finally bit the dust, and I was worried that it was going to cause foundation problems, because the water was dripping from the water heater onto the concrete in the utility closet and then steeping underneath the tile in the kitchen! Nooooooooooooo! I called around to a bunch of plumbers and Tom showed up almost immediately and gave me a really decent price estimate, based on the estimates I had previously gotten for other things, so I gave them the thumbs up and schedule the repair for the following Monday! Tom and Jacob showed up halfway through the time window and installed the new water heater, bringing everything up to code (the last one had been installed in the early '90s!), and showing me what they were doing, explaining everything clearly! So now we have glorious hot water in the east part of the house as well as the west, and added bonus: there's magically a functional hose bib on a formerly dying spigot out front! It works and it doesn't leak! THEY ARE AMAZING! I'm so calling them for everything else (plumbing-wise) that needs fixing here!!!

Two stars because all of our previous experiences with Silverado had been very positive. This time, however, went very wrong. We had a water filter that needed a part replaced. When Silverado returned to replace it, we had issues. First was that half of the house did not have water. I found where the water was still shut off and fixed that. I then realized we had no hot water. Tom's response was that there was a mixing problem and it was a shower head and/or scaling. Neither issue made particular sense to me since we had hot water before the water filter was replaced; it seemed that it had to be related. I was supposed to get a call with an estimate to descale and work in the showers, but no one contacted me. It took another plumber and $600 to find the actual problem. Our home is historic and the plumbing has been redone. The original pipes for the house are supposed to be off. Tom turned it on, which then caused the mixing problem. I did contact Silverado regarding this, understanding I would not be reimbursed for what I paid another plumber, but I would have appreciated an apology. They ignored me entirely.

Tom Shaw was at job on time. He was very courteous and professional. The water heater was replaced efficiently and quickly. He cleaned up after job was complete! This was a bid job and there were no extra charges. We would recommend him and Silverado company to all who ask.

Not recommended. They came to my house to fix a leak. They were able to find the leak and took a part off my water line and said I needed to replace this part. Charged me $100 and left without fixing my water. Now I am here with no water and even a worse leak than before.

Every single time my property manager send them out for a repair . They never have the time scheduled correctly as to what they tell me. This has happend the last 4 times now. They always say they will call 30 min ahead NEVER receive a call ahead.

We had a leak in the wall behind our shower and he cut a hole in an interior wall to gain access to the valve, created a logical set of connections to replace the existing maze of pipes in that location, and then installed the new shower valve and fixtures. We moved into our house on a Thursday, discovered a leaking sink drain, and after calling Silverado very late in the day, they had a plumber out to our home early the next morning. Aaron, new to the company, did an amazing job. He explained his process in great detail as he went along and took his time to ensure the job was done right. He found a cracked washer, which didn't contribute to the leak, but replaced it anyway because he didn't want it to cause us issues in the future. He was kind and meticulous. If we need work from Silverado in the future, we will definitely request Aaron!

Would not recommend. Silverado’s management does not care about properly fixing issues or customer satisfaction. They did not fix leak fully. Had to call a different plumbing company two days later, which then resolved the leak. The second company replaced parts that should have been identified the first time. I called Silverado 4 times requesting to speak to the manager and even once spoke to the dispatch supervisor. The dispatch supervisor said she will speak to the manager and get back to me. The manager, never returned any of the 4 calls.

5 STAR SERVICE~Mike was very friendly and helpful in setting up the appointment with me for Tom to come out to my house. Tom came out on short notice over the weekend to solve my water leak under the sink. He was on time, efficient and did an great job. They really messed up this visit. I was to be first in the morning so I could wait for them. Confirmed twice in the two days before. He was to come between 9-10. A 10.45 I called and they said he had been in a training class. They couldn't tell me this two days before?? Then they contacted him and told me he was on his way and would be there in a few minutes. An hour later he showed up and said he had been on another job that morning. He gave me a $75 credit for this mix up. Fine. then he said my job wasn't on his list at all for that day so he didn't have the parts he needed (he already knew what we were going to do). So he left at 11:45 and 2 1/2 hours later came back with the parts - really?? He could have gone to Ace hardware down the street to get them. We also felt charged for lunchtime. They never responded to our issue about this. I think he did the job that was needed but we felt abused and way overcharged. Never again. Update: months later the owner of the company called and refunded the extra charges plus some additional for goodwill.

Thanks so much to Silverado (I think the tech's name was Jack)!!! We had a pipe leak in our bathroom ceiling occur at 2am and naturally we were freaked out. My property management called Silverado and not only was he super quick to get to my home, he got the job done quickly as well and even urged management to do some other repairs. As someone fairly young and new to renting, I really, really appreciate the help and can't say enough to express that.

I've used Silverado Plumbing twice in the past 6 months.. both times I called them on a Sunday (of course) for a semi-urgent problem and they were quick to respond - their on-call service is fantastic. It's very hard for me to take time off from work, and it was a blessing to get top-notch service at a reasonable rate. Per their on-call service, they keep you in the loop as to their whereabouts, and give a best estimate as to their arrival time.
Two technicians have come to my home - Cody and Matt - both were very personable and courteous, explained the work that was done, and left their information in the event that something repaired had a problem.

Gabriel A. with Silverado was the third technician we called to come out and give us a proposal on a new install of a new water heater. He was professional and represented the company very well. From the first call to the completion of the install, everyone was very pleasant to deal with. The proposal was great and I needed the job completed on a particular day and I had requested Gabriel to also complete the install, the office had mentioned he was off the day I requested and due to time restraints I told them I was okay with anyone they sent out. I was extremely happy and surprised when I opened the door that morning to see Gabriel standing there. I said, they told me you were off today and he replied, the office had mentioned I had requested him and so he came in on his day off to install my unit! Not many would do that. This latest experience with this pluming company has been one of the worst customer service experiences i've ever encountered. They replaced a part and left without verifying that the toilet flushes. If they would have tested it, they would have found that it is broken it doesnt flush. Additionally they left the bathroom extremely dirty, potentially ruining two bath mats, and to top it off they did not even bother to put the lid to the toilet back. I called again to get this rectified, and was told a technician would arrive today 6/20/2019, no one arrived. When i called and was connected to a technician i was told that i was not priority, because there was another toilet in the house, he was an hour away, it was an inconvenience for him, and that they had to pay people over time. These were the persons direct words. this is unacceptable. Ii had left a very positive review 9 months ago but this latest experience destroyed that.

not very happy with our first experience with this company. we spent 200 dollars for him to snake our bathtub and not even half an hour later he came out and said he could get it. Now the clog is worse, the tub won't drain at all and there is now a slow leak underneath our bathtub that I have to deal with. Not happy and would not recommend their services. I can only image if I hadn't found a coupon... $250 to NOT unclog the plug, well I could have done thar myself

Update: if your a plumber don't work here you won't make the money you made somewhere else the owner doesn't think plumbers should get paid what they deserved. Having just concluded a major home renovation the final step was to add a water line to my new fridge. I spoke to many of the contractors that were part of the project all of them wanted to drill holes through my new cabinets and run a soft line to the fridge. I knew there must be a better way to route the line and called Silverado to assist. We had worked with Rodney on a previous project and I knew he would have the vision needed to complete the job professionally and hopefully without drilling holes holes in my cabinets. Silverado was able to schedule Rodney and he seamlessly identified the best path forward which didn't even touch my cabinets. He added a permanent waterline through the ceiling and behind the fridge. When the project was completed it appeared as if was part of the original build. First class recognition to Rodney for another flawless performance! Thank you sir!

We had 2 toilets that were no longer flushing at all for quite some time. A while back someone came and told us that it was a broken pipe and would have to dig up our yard and replace it, looking at about $2,500+ for it. They came out on the same day to fix a leaking upstairs pipe. They even ran to the hardware store to get a missing piece, then came back to finish the job. My pipes are leak free and everyone is happy again!

Tom and Dennis installed a new water heater. They were quick and professional. I would use their services again.

When I called for an after hours service call with a clogged main line the service technician was extremely rude. I was highly disappointed in the company and decided to go with another company.

I contacted Silverado for an estimate to replace a main sewer line. They told me someone would be out between 9 and 11 a.m., but by noon, no one had shown. I called them, they apologized and made some excuses and assured me someone would be out between 1 and 3 p.m. We waited and waited, and eventually (around 4:00) got a call saying they couldn't make it. More apologies and excuses. We pretty much wasted a day waiting for Silverado to show up, and they failed--even failed to call us before each of the two time windows expired. Although I can say nothing about the quality of their work, I would certainly be hesitant to employ a company that can't manage to show up for two consecutive appointments.

Jack has come to take care of the terrible plumbing in my rental house a number of times, often after hours. He is always kind, efficient and effective. He even pushed my rental company to pay for a closer inspection to get to the root of my recurring issues. They are now reviewing Silverado's bid to do the work to permanently fix the problem. Highly recommend!

Silverado is now my go to for any plumbing problems. Jack Hudson was awesome! We had a leak outside and I couldn't be there when he came. Jack texted me photos of the progress of the work and kept me informed during the work. He sent a picture of the completed job and called when he was done. That's what I call customer service. Overall, the experience was great. We had a running toilet as well as a leaky hose. We called at night and the plumber came over in less than an hour. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the problem. He managed to fix everything in under an hour.

The price was reasonable (under $200). There's a $25 fee per hour if you schedule outside of office hours, which is lower than other places. However, there was a trip charge on the bill even though their website claims they do not have a trip charge if you live in the Tucson area, which we do.

The experience was productive and it was at a decent price. Would definitely consider calling Silverado again.

I am writing to express how satisfied I am with the work of Silverado Plumbing. I am renting a property that has had major plumbing problems and Silverado has been out on numerous occasions. Every time they have come the workers are very polite, courteous and show up in the time frame quoted. I am a business owner myself and certainly understand the importance of the two words Customer Service and Silverado certainly knows what those words mean also. My main line became clogged and backed up so I called Silverado Rooter & Plumbing. The technician they sent me was Jack Manning. He was there when he said he would, was polite and courteous. Got straight to the point in diagnosing the problem. I followed along out of curiosity, which he obliged. Turns out I had roots which he pointed out and let me see for myself. He was quick to resolve the problem, made sure everything was clear and up to my satisfaction, walked me along throughout the entire job so I knew what he was doing and why, gave his recommendations so as to prevent any further obstructions and turned out to be not even half of what I was expecting to pay compared to other places I have used before. I would recommend Jack and Silverado to anyone in need of plumbing help.

Silverado installed faulty sewer pumps in 2012 at our HOA that have failed and are not being responsive to giving us their insurance information or helping in anyway to resolve this plumbing crisis that we have been experiencing for the past 3 weeks. I would NEVER recommend them to do any work.

Had to find a plumber last minute and it's a day before Christmas Eve, and it's 4pm. Silverado Rooter and plumbing responded quickly and they were very polite. My plumber was Jack Manning and he had a great attitude and was very helpful and informative. Jack Manning did a fantastic job and double-checked everything to make sure it was working and i was satisfied. Very pleased with the service and very happy with how affordable it was. I had a clog in my kitchen sink & Jack Manning came to work on it. He ended up discovering one of the pipes had a crack in it. He was great at communicating at what was wrong, what needed to be done & when he was finished, what he did to fix the problem. The piping looks even better than what it did before. I highly recommend this company & Jack Manning to do any plumbing for your home.

Technician did not snake in area of obstruction, said it was septic without snaking from house out to tank, only did half way. After tank drained and backup not cleared a second technician came. He didn’t want to snake from inside house until he spent over an hour outside. Finally cleared when he went inside. Company made me pay full price twice!!!!

The onsite maintenance man couldn't clear the clog that was causing my kitchen drain to back up. The office called Silverado and they came the same day. Gilbert was great. Cleared the problem and ran the water long enough to make sure it was draining properly and checked for any drips. I wasn't really timing him, but I'm pretty sure it all took less than an hour.

My water heater wasn't producing hot water after it had to be pulled out and put back in by another company because they were fixing a water leak. I called to schedule an appointment with the company and explained we had been without hot water for a While, they scheduled me for the next morning! Later that same night Jack Manning called me (7 pm) he stated that he was on call and was in my neighborhood and seen that I had an appointment the next morning and if we were home he would come right then instead of the next day, he came over, found the problem, fixed the problem, he was very nice and professional! I broke the drain valve on my water heater while trying to drain it. My water heater doesn't have a dedicated water shut off valve so I had to shut off all the water to my house. Tom with Silverado Plumbing arrived at my house within a couple of hours of calling them. Tom was able to quickly fix the problem & get my water back on. Thank you Tom! The price of the repair was also very reasonable. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received from Silverado Plumbing.

Had to have two major services in a row. Jack, from Silverado, was polite , had know-how, and took care of business. I know this shouldn't be an issue, but they showed up on time for every appointment. That shouldn't be a surprise, but we all know that's not the norm. Used to be great, now hopeless. They sent out a guy who didn't even know what a sprinkler valve was. A different guy from Silverado had installed it 6 months ago, and the installer no longer works there. First visit he wanted me to identify the parts - didn't know what a solenoid was, either the word or the part. Came back 2 days later with a part his boss told him to buy at Home Depot which I had told him on the previous trip that we had already tried. When it didn't work was mad that I hadn't told him. Told him don't bother to come back. Will never attempt to hire again.

A simple shower head leak that shouldn't have been more than $300 (parts and labor) to repair ended up taking 2 days and costing me $620.

Sure glad I took a friend's advice and called Silverado. The competition only wanted to sell a whole house re-pipe of our gas lines. Karter came right away and found/fixed 3 small leaks. After being stood up by 2 other so called plumbing companies, I reached out to Silverado. I explained my problem with tub drain. They gave me a appointment in the morning for the following day. Was skeptical at first due to previous experience, but Jack arrived on time. He was very respectful, personable and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, answered all my questions and was very efficient. He took great care to not cause any damage and cleaned and wiped down the tub and floor after he was finished. Price for service was very reasonable. I am very impressed with the service I received and will use their services again when needed.

Called on a Saturday night during a pandemic. Tony provided great service, went over pricing very clearly prior to coming out so there were no surprises, and got our busted pipe fixed quickly. Would definitely recommend Tony.

At first I wasn’t happy with my service the first plumber took hours and completely bailed on me and didn’t even finish the work. The next day a new plumber, Gilbert Lizarraga, came to fix my shower with not problem, informed me of what’s going on and completely the job in a timely manner. Very please with his customer service. He even replaced my toilet seat without asking and really appreciate that because I was having a hard time replacing my toilet seat. I’m not sure if you could request plumbers but GILBERT IS YOUR GUY!! Thank you !

After a frustrating experience with another company, we called Silverado. They were prompt and professional, came during the scheduled time window and completed the repair for about 1/4 of the estimate given to us by the other company.

Tom was professional and friendly. He provided quick and efficient service. I would certainly recommend Silverado for any plumbing needs!

We had an emergency plumbing backup at our apartments here at Randolph and I called Silverado! I expected a long wait but within 15 minutes Jacob Lovato/Silverado's weekend plumber pulled into our parking lot! Yahoo! He cleared the drain and saved the day! (actually night). Jacob was sooo smart and courteous I now call him Saint Jacob!

I need to start by saying that the four stars that I am giving for a review is strictly for the service that was provided by Jack Manning. Unfortunately, not that company as a whole; since the person that I spoke with in getting my services setup left little be desired, and was actually quite rude! She would get a big fat zero! Jack was pretty much able to save face for the company due to his high level of service and respect. Jack did a wonderful job. The company really needs to get some customer service training, organization skills, or some type of educational training for the scheduler who I dealt with. I had a hard time scheduling, and was pretty much called a liar at one point. They never came back out to complete services - following about a month's wait after the initial visit and work order creation. However once we got past the scheduling, Jack did a great job at getting the job done!

Silverado rooter and plumbing appear to be colluding with rental management companies, IMO. I will never use them again. The services are not the issue for me it’s the way they prioritize tenants and management companies.

Plumbing emergencies occur and they never happen at a convenient time. New Year’s Day 2021, and we realize that we have a substantial leak behind a stand in shower stall. Based on a recommendation, we called Silverado Plumbing the next day. This was a Saturday morning and Manny was our service technician. The results were outstanding! Manny arrived early and completed a very difficult job quickly, professionally , and to our great relief, affordably. A most heartfelt thank you to Manny and Silverado Plumbing. We will surely recommend this dedicated company to all our friends and relatives.

George H came out to address a sewer blockage. He was friendly, knowledgeable and on time. He addressed all my what if scenarios with patience. George found the problem right away and it did not take long to clear. Silverado includes putting a camera in the line as part their diagnostics and you are not charged for it if you do not accept their estimate. Come to find out the previous company who was here four times to address the same problem was not even using the right cleanout to get to the clog in the sewer line and wanted to charges for putting a camera in the line.

Jack really helped us out after Presidio Plumbing totally screwed us. Got our water back on and running after fixing an obviously ‘catfished’ job. Impressive work for sure and worthy of praise!

Jack Manning was very professional. He called ahead of time, arrived on time, answered all my questions re: my plumbing issues, and solved the problem completely. I would highly recommend Silverado Plumbing and Jack to anyone who has plumbing problems.

Jose did a great job clearing a blocked sewer line. Worked quickly and professionally. I have used Silverado previously and will use them in the future. Highly recommended. Showed up well on time and kept me well informed.

I’ve had nothing short of subpar service from this company from every person I have dealt with. Originally, I had a plumber go out and give me an idea of how much it would cost. He was going to put it on paper and get it back to me by the weekend. Two weeks passed and I hadn’t received anything. I contacted the company and I received a bid that day but it was for $500 more than what he told me. After I disputed this with their dispatch, they worked out a deal but didn’t update the bid. I finally received the one reflecting the actual cost but the pricing was vague. I asked dispatch via email about specifics and they never responded. A few weeks later, I decided to schedule it and I asked dispatch for the plumbers number to ask his those same specifics that were still left unanswered. I never received the call.

The appointment was scheduled a week out and I had to get a friend to be at my house for the service. I received a call the day of to cancel since the plumber was out sick.

I will never use this company even though they have competitive rates all due to their lack of commitment to the customer and horrible communication.
