Best Heating Maintenance in Tucson AZ

Chris and Jake did a plumbing inspection for some home buyers I represent and were great. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and very nice. I would absolutely call them for inspections on other properties I am helping clients buy.- Jeff

Today Chris and his assistant Noah installed a new AC unit and they did excellent work. Very nice guys and did their work professionally, friendly, competent. Started and finished up when they said. So very happy with this company for quite a few years. New AC works really well!! Thank you!👍

Costumer service is outstanding. From the sweet welcoming voice of Brenda on the phone, to the awesome installation techs, Eric and Tim, our overall experience was great. We had Andrew visit us personally to get a quote for a new system and he quickly had us scheduled for install. The techs that came out were great! They were very informative every step of the way and I loved watching Eric show Tim exactly how things should be done. He really took his time and explained things to the new guy without getting upset or just trying to rush the job. They even interacted with my children instead of getting upset that they wanted to observe and were really just overall great genuine people. They were here to do a job, but they did it with great care. We are very happy with our choice to go with Intelligent Design.

It is always a pleasure having Roy L. perform my AC service! I appreciate how he checks everything thoroughly and gets it done in a timely manner.

Our AC unit was not cooling and Cummings scheduled service the same day. Our Technician John called ahead and was able to come out early. John diagnosed the problem and had us up and running right away. I would definitely refer Cummings to family and friends.

My technician Elieser Rosales was on time, polite, and walked me through everything. I am grateful he could come out so late so I didn’t have to relocate in the middle of the night. He replaced only what was necessary and made sure I got the best deal.

He explained everything he was doing and let me know about the things to watch for in the future , based on my unit specifically. Highly recommend! Everyone at Swanson Plumbing are excellent to work with, I called Rachel and scheduled a water heater replacement due to mine was leaking and they responded the same day. She was super polite and understanding on the phone. Tim and Adrian were both very professional and knowledgeable. There was some extra work due to the leak and they took care of everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing needs. I will certainly be calling them again when I need any plumbing work. THANKS again to the whole team.

Beyond terrible experience. Our hot water tank died on a Saturday evening. Called Mr. Rooter, they came out to inspect. Agreed to replace hot water heater the next morning and was told they would contact us by 9 a.m. to begin work. Paid them $299. Never called. I had to call and was told a dispatcher would be contacting me. Never called back again. I called after waiting for 2 hours and was told a dispatcher would be giving me a call. Never called back again. Finally at 12:30 p.m. I called to cancel my “appointment” and requested a refund. All they did was take a few pictures the previous evening. Beyond disappointed to be treated in this manner and given false/empty promises. Especially with a timeline. Was also told it would take 7-10 days to get said refund and they would make sure the supervisors were aware of the issue.

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
