After some phone calls I was able to get ahold of the owner and sent out a couple guys and they made it right. He apologized and explained some transition problems as new owners.

I have been a 20 year customer of DrainMasters. Once or twice a year we have to have our sewer line cleaned. We have a 225 foot line and reminded as we always that the person they send out would need two cages of rooter line since each cage is 175 feet. The driver showed up with one cage and says his truck only has one when we asked him about the second cage. In the past they gave a 30 day guarantee so we agree to have him clean the line and then he says don't worry he could tell he got the clog. Two days later our line is backing up again. I call, explain the situation and the receptionist apologized and says they will make it right and asked what time will work. I tell her I'll call right back so I could check to see what time would work. I call back 5 minutes later and a different receptionist answers. I explain again the situation and tells me there no longer guarantee the work and that they no longer piggy back two cages together unless we pay $750 for some other service. I asked why they just didn't tell us they don't do anything over 175 feet and why they agreed to send a driver out that had two cages. She again said they don't guarantee the work. I told that wasn't right and I said we would take our business elsewhere. She just said okay.

The General we hired to do a remodel hired little john heating and cooling and they came and hooked up a multi split unit with not correct wire gauge that may have caused a fire when the system got loaded down they ran wires on the outside of building they disconnected other breakers to make it work.they did an absolute horrendous job and wasn't going to correct it . And there's more . But Picture Rocks came out and re wired everything made the entire system safe and it looks like someone cared when they did the work . We will call them back for other jobs . Good, reliable plumbers who can almost always come out right when you need them. Good service and good work. Prices are mostly reasonable but not necessarily always and their bids aren't always good about breaking out materials and labor.

I had an extremely high water bill, and I thought there might be a leak somewhere. I called Code Blue Plumbing, and they had a few service guys here the same day. They were very nice and professional. I would recommend them!

Had a emergency came quickly to my house with in 1hr. Professional staff I would never think about using anybody else price is very reasonable.

When the A/C cut out, I called the company that I had install the system, Alaskan Air, and they sent out a technician, Richard Cooksey, right way who promptly diagnosed the problem, scheduled and competed the repair complete with photographs and a clear explanation of what went wrong. Tucson summers, especially during monsoon can be brutal and the quick turn around time really mattered.

I have used Southern AZ Plumbing multiple times over the last couple of years. They have completed sewer scopes, replaced sewer lines, and installed hot water heaters for me. They have completed everything on time, are competitively priced, and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them!
