Adam from TEPCO came out to fix a low water pressure issue and ongoing problems with our shower fixture. He texted me in advance before coming out and was on time. He fixed the regulator, fixed the temperature and leak problems we had with the shower and found and fixed a few additional small issues such as with the shower drain. He was very professional and good natured. He also thoroughly explained the reasons why things weren't working correctly. The service fee was reasonable as well. Overall, much better experience than with a couple of other plumbers I've had over in the past. TEPCO will be my go to plumber from here on.

We called them initially to replace a broken pedestal sink, as they were recommended ACE Hardware as we needed a quick service and our previous attemp to find someone resulted in an exorbitant quote (EXORBITANT) and unavailability by others. They were friendly and quick, and the appointment was quickly arranged and replacement done with no fuss or issues. And the price was excellent. The staff wo came to do the work were very friendly and respectful of the home and us. They also worked quickly and competently.

So we called them to replace a garbage disposal and got the appointment immediately and the experience was the same. They even fixed a stuck faucet while they were at it.

We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Wow! Talk about service! We had a pipe burst last weekend during the hard freeze. They were out within an hour. Repaired the line and they were very reasonable! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Let the buyer beware! Was told a job almost identical to a prior one ended up costing me 40% more than anticipated. When I inquired, there was a reduction made based on a math error, but I still ended up paying 150% of retail for a water heater!! You better get it in writing, even if you are a repeat customer! We will not be fooled again!

TEPCO was did a great job installing a hot water recirculation system. They were very knowledgeable, on time, professional and everything else you would want in a plumbing company. Good people.
