They came out to the house (on a Friday) and found out the problem within 20-30 mins. He didn’t have the part needed to fix our issue. He came back out today (Tuesday) with the part needed to complete the job and had it done within 25 mins. Awesome technician and I would hire them again for future plumbing needs.

Honest, dependable, professional, and overall awesome!!!!! We were planning on expensive repair but after estimate, they advised us to do nothing now. They checked everything out and visually inspected then said they could do work but felt unnecessary and encouraged us to call back if problem arises. Previous company gave estimate of over $8,000.. No charge for today's estimate! Felt extremely comfortable with knowledge and advice given! They have definitely gained our trust and future business !!!!!

I recently did a kitchen and bathroom remodel on a forty-year old codominium.
After hiring sever plumbers, I still had leakages, no-shows, and incorrect plumbing parts.

Fast and efficient.

All Pro Rooter and Plumbing was fantastic yesterday. On a Saturday in the middle of the day David, their tech on call came out to my house in between jobs and saved me. We had main drain line clog and I couldn’t last much longer without my kids being able to use the toilet or showers. He was very professional and was able to clear my whole drain line in less than 30 minutes. Again fantastic family owned business!

All Pro repaired my main water line into the house. THey showed up on time, the price was less than the original estimate, and were very friendly and communicative. Can't ask for more. Thanks!

Called this company to repair the outdoor faucet as it was rusted and leaking. Water was turned off to the house and faucet replaced. After he left I had to call back as the toilet wasn't filling after being flushed, the sink water flow was very low, and metal shavings came out of the tub faucet when turned on. He came back and replaced the toilet parts that were blocked and replaced a part to my tub faucet. He took off the tub faucet, went outside and turned the water main on and water shot out with force hitting the shower wall and sprayed all over the window, floor, wall, vanity, mirror - I was yelling but he couldn't hear me as he was outside. Once it was turned off, I grabbed towels to soak up the water on the floor and elsewhere. I noticed the toilet tank was now leaking on the floor and mentioned it; he fixed that. While I wasn't charged the $100 or $110 for him to come back, I did have to pay for the parts that were fine before the outside faucet was replaced. I believe that had he flushed the lines by running the tub faucet, the second visit and extra cost to me could have been avoided. Thinking back it was quite comical when the water was spraying, but nothing was comical about having to pay an additional $130 something.

Marcus arrived on time and replaced our water heater.

He was professional, exacting in his work and very caring.

He was a joy to work with and an asset to his company.

We hope not to have more plumbing difficulties but when we do All Pro Rooter & Plumbing will be the company we call.

All Pro Rooter and plumbing is AMAZING! I have had a plumbing problem since I bought my house (1yr). Several plumbers have come by, tried to up sell and and just ckeaned it out the easiest way. Which resulted in multiple visits and stop pages.
The very first thing the technician did was start digging for the ground level clean out. No up sell no questions. This is probably going to fix my plumbing problem longer term than any of the other plumbers. Thank you thank you Thank you so much for taking such great care of me and my family. You now have a customer for life. High integrity and great overall service. And this was from the first call till they arrived!!

Had a claim through my warranty company with a home in Tucson and wasn't happy with the lack of attempts to try and unclog a drain line. Not sure why an experienced plumber doesn't have a snake that's longer than 6 ft. Also, it took the office 4 days to respond back to my home warranty company regarding an estimate and more than 24 hours to return a phone call even after it was escalated to a higher level with our warranty company. I left a message in regards to the service call later in the day and spoke to a woman in the front office on a Monday and 5 days later never heard back from her. I'd give them zero Stars if it was an option.

These guys treated me great from the first phone call to the end of the job. I’m a small business owner here in Tucson and I had an unusual job, (to say the least), that needed to be done. They came out ASAP and Jarem, the plumber who helped me, was very patient and open minded listening to my problem and came up with a GREAT solution. Super polite and respectful, while professional and knowledgeable at the same time. They fixed an off-and-on problem my business had for about a year. I couldn’t figure it out on my own and they bailed me out in a huge way!

Always great and reliable work

Awful service! I called All-Pro to repair two leaks I had outside. Within two months, one of the leaks continued. A plumber was supposed to come over and take a look. Twice he was a no call no show. I called them again because they other repair failed. The secretary told me she would check with supervisor. I still haven’t heard from them. It’s been two days and I can’t even talk to anyone. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
