Robert who is fairly new to Intelligent Design was able to see us on short notice. He was on time, friendly, yet professional in looking at the current equipment which he concurred needed to be replaced and brought to code (current water heater over 10 yrs old)....since we asked a lot of questions he explained his proficiency with plumbing and water heaters. My husband was in construction so we always get 3 bids - that does not mean we go with the cheapest.....we would recommend this company to give you a bid

Angelo went above and beyond in helping us with our plumbing issue. He came out after business hours to fix a leak and even fixed another unrelated plumbing issue while he was here. His prices were very reasonable. I will be calling Angelo for any plumbing issues in the future.

They cancelled a critical gas job without notifying us, after having collected payment information and scheduling the date. When we called on the day of no-show, they claimed they could not reach us, but two different people whose phones were provided had no record of missed calls or any messages. They offered to reschedule two weeks later, even though they knew we had been without gas, hot water and heat for two weeks already. When I asked to talk to a supervisor they said he was in the field, and they would get back to me that day, and they never did! (We provided two more phone numbers that day). All this happened the week before Christmas, and we are now at risk of not having hot water and heat for the holidays. If zero stars was an option, I'd give that rating.

I had a pipe break, needed a new hot water heater, Vera got it ordered and scheduled the install in two days.
Dave and Austin came out and had the pipe fixed and the heater installed by noon. I can’t thank them enough for the rapid response to my problem. They were very professional and brought everything up to code. Thank You Dan
